O hotel está datado. Os quartos são bem antigos, com carpete. Porém o atendimento é muito bom e o café da manhã é excelente para padrões americanos. Realmente diferenciado. Confirme se a sua reserva também dá direito aos drinks de HappyHour. Das 5:30 as 7:30 PM vc pode degustar do bar a vontade, inclusive drinks não alcoólicos para crianças (leve seu tira-gosto!!; Eles não oferecem) A suíte com duas camas de casal acomoda até 2 adultos e duas crianças. Próximo ao maior shopping de Boca e a Turnpike e 95.

The condition of this hotel (particularly in the common areas) was very poor. The rooms smelled musty, the rugs were dirty and dungy, and the bathroom fixtures and features were old. The rooms were cleaned to an acceptable level upon arrival, but were very dated. The other main complaint we had was the lack of housekeeping. We did not realize until check in that the hotel rooms and bathrooms were not being cleaned until every FOURTH day. There were three of us in a room for a 4-day stay so this was not convenient. We were also promised that if we need clean towels (which we obviously did), they'd be supplied promptly. That never happened and other people staying there said the same thing, as towels were asked for and never delivered. We also asked housekeeping we saw about towels and they never had more than one, and one employee just barked ”no” when my wife asked for towels. On the plus side, the hot breakfast was very very good and well stocked, and the manager's free drink two hour period each night was nice and generous. But the other issues we had really surprised us for an Embassy Suites which we have stayed in before and were usually very well run.

We stayed here based on the Marriott name, having a kitchen, and the price. This hotel is not worthy of Marriott's name. The staff are nice and helpful, but that's not enough. The sofa is so saggy we could barely get up out of it. The bed isn't any better, and we both woke up with back pain every morning. The kitchen didn't have a single frying pan. The dishwasher just did a barely passable job. The black out curtains don't meet in the middle, so light comes pouring in. Dingy carpet. Toilet paper not consistently restocked. Coffee never restocked. There aren't enough disabled parking spots. Parking lot not well lit. Breakfast is across the parking lot at a sister hotel. Then the fellow guests: multiple people checking in with garbage bags as luggage, which seemed sketchy. A 2 hour domestic shouting match next to our room. Staff talking about a shattered television. People drinking liquor from a paper bag wrapped bottle from their trunk in the parking lot. We didn't feel particularly safe, and certainly didn't feel comfortable at this hotel. Spend a little more and stay elsewhere.
