This place is a concrete fraud. Don't go crazy! Do not book here under any circumstances, you will be very disappointed. Turkey is of a much higher standard than this. I pity those who come here for the first time and think Turkey is like this. This hotel is a disgrace! We were immediately turned out of the mouldy, dirty, room where it is difficult to describe the conditions. The staff readily showed us 2 more rooms. It was a pity... The sight was disgusting everywhere, the dirty beds, bathrooms, the smell. If you've booked here, cancel today! (They should close the whole place down immediately.)

Quick summary : SCAM and don’t even come close to a 1* star My family stayed at this place for one night as we had a late arrival in bodrum and needed a place to stay. If I knew how bad this hotel was, thru reviews in general, i’d not come close to this place. Broken glasses in the room, mattress quality below 0, amenities none, staff dont speak english, curtains missing, lights were as white as you are in a factory, insects and I can go on. Checkin took over 40min, staff in shorts, smoking in back room, have better printers in Somalia probably, no noise reduction in room. Sleep as if you were in a club, felt rather insecure and I can still keep going. You get the point. Room smells like pee and ashtray. Skip this one please!

14-21 Temmuz 2024 tarihleri arasında 20 haftalık hamile ben, eşim ve 6 yaşında kizimla tatilbudur aracılığıyla konaklama yapmam gereken otel adı altındaki ne olduğunu anlamadığımız bu tesise geldiğimiz günden itibaren sorun yaşadık. Öncesinde şikayetleri okuyup endişe duymama rağmen TATİLBUDUR a güvenerek ve yüksek puan kandırmacasıyla otele giriş yaptık. İşletme kabul etmese de bozuk yemekler sunuluyor. Her gün taze olduğu iddia edilen yemeklerden patates salatasını enginar zannettik. Patates salatası üç gün boyunca önümüze kondu. Brokoli salatası bozuktu. Brokoliler bozulmuştu. Bir gün sular kesildi. Akşam sıcak su bulamadık. Soğuk su ile yıkanmak zorunda kaldık. Park bölümünde sorun var. Sürekli havuzdan denizden sizi arabayı çekmeniz için çağırıyorlar. Fiyat-performans odaklı bakarak tatilimizi keyifli geçirmek adına üstünde durmayıp eşimle şehirde gezip istediğimiz zaman dışarıda yeme kararı aldık. 17 Temmuz 2024 saat 21.30 civarı eşim, 6 yaşında kızım ve 20 haftalık hamile ben otelin kamusal alanında bütün müşterilerin gözleri önünde elektrik akımına kapıldık. O gece otelden yanımıza uğrayan kimse olmadı. Biz tatilbudur yetkilisi ile görüşüp hemen çıkış yapmak istediğimizi söyledik. Acil koduyla dilekçe yazıldığı bilgisi verildi. Ertesi sabah onlarca görüşmeye rağmen otelden çıkış onayı gelmedi. En son bizi misafir hizmetleri ile görüşmek üzere resepsiyon bölümüne yönlendirdiler. Bu kadar olay sonrası otel yetkilileri kameralardan incelediklerinde çocuklardan birinin ışıkların üzerine soda döktüğü için akıma kapıldığımızı söyledi. Sağlık desteğini o gün vermeyi teklif ettiler. Tekne gezisi hediye etmek istediler. Fakat biz otelden çıkışımızı 18 Temmuz 2024 sabah saat 11.00 da yaptık. Onlarca görüşme sonrası TATİLBUDUR konaklamadığım günler için iade yapmıyor. Şikayet etmek için 176 Turizm Bakanlığını aradığımda otelin Bakanlığa bağlı olmadığını Belediye ile görüşmem gerektiğini söylediler. Bodrum Belediyesini aradığımda zabıta ekiplerini otele yönlendirdiler. Ben gerekli şikayetlerimi yasal olarakta gereken yerlere yapacağım. Fakat altyapı sorunu yok. Altyapı tamamen yokkk!!! TATİLBUDUR hiç bir açıklama yapmadan para iadesini yapmadı. Ben hakkımı hukuki yollarla arayacağım. Tek pişmanlığım o gece polis cağırmamış olmam 112 aracılığıyla sağlık kokusunda destek aldım. Fakat polis çağırmadığıma çok pişmanım. Allah kimsenin başına vermesin ama böyle durumlarda ilk yapılması gereken polis çağırmakmış. Bütün yıl çalışıp yılda 1 kez yaptığımız tatilde TATİLBUDUR ve Oscar Seaside işletmesi tarafından hem maddi hem manevi mağdur tamamen mağdur edildik.

This was such a disappointing experience. Upon check in we were given a room that smelt like an ashtray and was in a dilapidated condition. The state of the room was unacceptable and it was clear it had not been properly maintained. After voicing our concerns we were downgraded to different room. While this room was more habitable it lacked basic facilities and the aircon was working properly. The staff members we interacted with were surly and unhelpful which added to the overall negative experience. Overall my experience was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise looking for alternate accommodation.

This was by far the most revolting, dilapidated and unclean accommodation we have ever stayed in. Our room smelt like the smoking lounge at an airport, and the furniture was falling apart. Surly staff and a very poor experience all round and not to mention that the hotel tried to deduct payment for the room twice. Do not stay here.

I booked at Oscar Hotel for end of September 2024, but had to cancel my booking. It was in the time of free cancellation and payment was only suppose to go through beginning of September 2024. But they deducted the whole amount from my bank account in March 2024 and I am still trying to get my refund out of them. (we are in June now!) I get no reply from them. This is unacceptable!!! And it feels like a dishonest thing for them to do

WARNING: ABSOLUTE UNPROFESSIONAL AND FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR - baited guests with low prices during pre season - withdraw deposite from our account - used money probably for highly praised renovation works - after three months, when prices drastically risen, came up with an imaginary reason (terms nowhere mentioned before), and cancelled already confirmed reservation - manager (Mr. Anil Özel) "admitted mistake" and gave word (also im writting to well known reservation service) to keep up reservation - shortly before vacation, when we asked for some written statement / voucher, they decided to go absolute silent - got our money back after 7 month... - DO NOT TRUST THEM, HUSTLERS...!!!

The location of the hotel is very good, it is a good option for those who want to rest in peace during their holidays and those who are looking for silence. The sea is very clean and you can easily see the fish in the sea from the pier. A small fishing village with markets nearby for shopping. it was a good experian for us

The location and view are very beautiful. The staff is caring and friendly. The food was delicious too. The friends working at the spa center are therapists who know their job. I really enjoyed the massage I had. It is very easy to reach the hotel from both the city center and the airport.
