This was our third visit to Barcelo Maldives Resort, and once again, it exceeded all expectations! We stayed in one of the Sunset Beach Villas, which was perfect – spacious, beautifully designed, and right on the beach with stunning views of the sunset every evening. The villa was a peaceful sanctuary, and we loved the direct access to the water. Despite the resort being quite busy, the staff remained attentive and made us feel valued at every turn. Special thanks to Adam from the front office for his help organizing everything ahead of our trip and ensuring we had everything we needed. Also, a big shoutout to Saaid from the front desk, who was always ready to assist us with a smile throughout our stay. The level of service, along with the breathtaking surroundings, keeps bringing us back, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Everything is wonderful in the resort, the food, the room, the beach, the service, the staff everyone was super friendly, special mention to REJIN ,he made our stay special. We will recommend this place to our friends and we will definitely come back.

We have spent an amazing week at Barcelo Whale Lagoon. The food is pretty delicious and various. They had different dinner nights based on nationalities setted up on the beach. The whole vibe is spectacular, staff is super welcoming and professional. Rooms are pretty clear and it was cleaned 2x a day. The house reef is rich and a lot of excursion is provided. We went on manta ray and whale shark trips. The crew did everything to make sure we leave the boat happily. We truly appreciate the joy that the crew gave us, especially for Shan 🙂 Me and my finacé also tried the Balinese massage which should not be missed when you visit the island. Recommend the resort from the bottom of my heart!!

There are no trenches!
