Hotel Bogor dengan Gim

Went to Swiss-belhotel Bogor for 2 days of meeting and stay 1 night. The location itself is great, close to cafe and resto, to toll road and easy to find. it's not a big hotel but it accommodates our needs. The meeting room and the hotel room are clean, the staffs are fast respond, Mba Lena and Mba Meriam were very helpful for extra guests we had, for any sudden request or at any trouble. From what I see is most of staffs are women to handle meeting rooms but cannot ignore men staff's capability, they are helpful and fast too ;-)

Overall ok banget hospitalitynya. + Reseprionis, security, seluruh staff ramah + Sarapan melimpah , rasa enak + Kamar bersih , AC dingin , lorongnya juga terang jadi ngga serem + Kulkas dingin ngga cuma jadi pajangan + Akses juara , banyak cafe hits , tempat makan banyak .. - Cek in nya bener2 harus tunggu jam 2pm - Kolam renang air nya cukup keruh

Good service, good people, good food, nice ambiance and very strategic location. Near gate 3 Bogor Botanical Garden, not far from mall in the right and left of hotel. And many cafes to try.

Hotel terletak di dalam Kompleks perumahan Bogor Nirwana Residence. Hotel terletak di area Bogor yg lebih tinggi, sehingga udara terasa sejuk. Proses check-in berjalan baik, namun karena kami tiba sekitar jam 1 di lokasi , kami harus sedikit menunggu sampai kamar selesai di clean up. Hotel memiliki 3 buah kolam renang (kolam renang anak, kolam renang dengan kedalaman 1.2 meter dan kolam renang dengan kedalaman 1.4 meter) non heated. Sangat disayangkan fitness centre masih tutup selama saya menginap disana. Untuk type yg kami pesan, 2 bedroom condotel garden view dan 2 bedroom condotel pool view. Dari sisi harga, pool view memang lebih mahal. Namun view dari balkon kamar lebih bagus. Unit kamar terdiri atas master bedroom (king size bed), second bedroom (2 single bed), living room, pantry dan ruang makan. Breakfast , untuk variasi dan rasa oke. Namun yg perlu diperhatikan, menu pada saat weekend lebih banyak dari saat weekday. Overall, very recommended hotel.

Staying 2D1N at mirah for business purpose, workshop meeting. Honestly i have a good impression in the first sight. Nice lobby and the hallway to their restaurants and meeting room. Their menu in the restaurant is good. Especially their chicken noodles and rawon.. But i kind of dissapointed with their room facilities. Lack of electricity plug, and amenities. I stay in room in old tower (3 digits) room, and they provide soap bar at the bathroom for bath. When i call the operator to ask for the liquid soap, the give it but the package is not look like a new one.oh, and they dont have a hair dryer at the bathroom i hope they can upgrade their amenities for better experience of staying at mirah hotel. Because honestly i feel like staying at 3 stars hotel, not 4 stars hotel.

Als ich im Zimmer war, innerhalb 2 Minuten kann ich gleich sehen, 1. Es gibt viele flecken auf dem Bettdecken , nicht nur ein Bett sondern zwei davon. Ich habe aber nur eins fotografiert. Eine von das Bett sieht wie nicht neu aus (wie jemand hat da geschlafen bevor ich). Als ich die Flecken gefunden, kann ich nur alles wieder kontrollieren. Da gibt auch Kalk bei der Duschkopf und der Raum ist einfach alt, nicht gut gereinigt und gepflegt. Als die Hausdame den Betten neu machen finden wir zusammen noch eine große Flecken auf dem Bett gibt, omg. Ist das wirklich? Das Housekeepers sind aber nett und schnell kommen 2. nachdem ich das alles kontrolliert, habe ich an der REZEPTION angerufen und erklärt alles. Sagte Sie „so möchten Sie das Bett neu machen? Sollen wir kommen?“ fragst du mich? Na klar! Was soll ich machen? Soll ich auf dem dreckigen Bett schlafen? Was für ein 4 Sterne Hotel fragt das? Also muss Mann ja gleich wissen was die tut soll. Omg 3. Frühstück haben wir bezahlt und als wir da gewesen, müssen noch warten weil alles voll ist, und haben wir in der Lobby gewartet voll Hunger aber kein Problem, bekommen keine Getränke oder so während wir warten. Wenn wir ein Tisch bekommen, hat der Kellner ein schmutzige teller bei uns gegeben, der Kellner war voll unfreundlich, habe ich gesagt bitte saubern hat er nur einmal gewischt ohne zu sehen und wieder weg. OMG muss ich alles mit der Hand saubern, kommt eine Kellnerin aber zum saubern (hat die mich vielleicht gesehen, dass ich mit der hand versucht sauber zu machen). Das Essen war nicht wahlreich, Hauptsache kann man essen.

Uniquely, in the early hours of the morning the bathroom light suddenly didn't stop flashing then I turned it off and in the morning the light couldn't turn on anymore. Hmm maybe the lamp is broken. When staying here, it happened to be quite crowded, so the swimming pool and restaurant were quite full. The food here is varied, he said, the winner was the vegetable lontong. Old but gold! We are stayed for 1 night at deluxe room ( large and room with a good view ) . They provide Delman every Sunday morning and wow they hv Kids activity too. Kids very happy! Food was good , we are definitely Will be back! Thank you Sahira , btw Sahira near from Bogor Botanical Garden .

We book 3 rooms for 2 nights. Two wasn't ready when we checked in at 2.30 PM. The cleanliness in room needs to upgrade. The food in restaurant is tasteless. The variant of food needs to expand. The hospitality and the knowledge of some staff also needs to be improved. The staff near pool can't inform what time the pool would be closed. The male pool staff yelled at me (April 21 around 6 pm) because I need to borrow towel from the pool to cover child's head from heavy rain. I put the towel by the pool. I know the rules. But he didn't yell at some men before me who ran while wrapping their bodies with towels. The parking lot security was helpful. I am not going to recommend this hotel to my acquittance anyway.
