My stay was very pleasant and amazing at the same time! I have created a TripAdvisor page just to give all the credit to the one who most impacted my stay! THAT GOES TO EDWIN the Bartender at the beautiful cocktail bar in the lobby, yesterday was my last day at the hotel, my friends and I room 834, we were hungry and went out to eat but it was already late and all the places had been closed. We went at the bar in the lobby, where Edwin was working, but he was already closing his shift, Not only did he greet us with a genuinely smiling face, he also provided us with his full attention and amazing service!! Even though all the items were cleaned and already stored in the cabins, he took his time to take everything out and went above and beyond to make our drinks; apart of that, he also called room service for us and we were able to eat at the bar!!! He deserves a Raise!!! He stayed with us until late, put music for us, and we had a great time! THANK YOU EDWIN FOR MAKING OUR LAST STAY Such A MEMORABLE TIME!!! Please share this with him!!! Modern hotel in good part of the city, although no restaurants within easy walking distance, but eating in the hotel restaurant was no problem with tasty food and good service although prices are higher when compared to restaurants elsewhere in the city. Spacious room, well designed , mini bar , safe, desk ,sofa, everything you want except control of the room temperature. We spent most of the time feeling cold in the room with no way to heat it (outside temp dropped to around 7-8C). Beds are very , very firm which is not ideal for anyone. Room pricing is very reasonable and represents good value. Caution with the breakfast buffet - our room was B&B, so we helped ourselves to the buffet only to be confronted with the manager half through our meal telling us that we had only paid for the basic breakfast and therefore needed to pay an extra 56,000pesos per person - the buffet was adequate but falls well below the offerings of 4 star hotels elsewhere. I did find pricing somewhere on the website that confirmed that full breakfast was 56k pp but I never managed to convince the manager that we should only pay the difference between basic breakfast and full breakfast , I felt cheated. One female member of staff on the front desk was very helpful and understanding and spoke good English and tried hard to help, but by this point we had decided not to use the buffet and buy food at local coffee shops close to the hotel. Our travel agent was to blame for only paying for basic breakfast but this was not explained upon check in nor were we told what we could eat without being fined. The good news was at check out when our 2 breakfasts we didn't attend were refunded giving us back approx 75K per day for 2 people, thus proving my point that we should have only paid the difference between 75K and 112K for 2 people to upgrade. Check what type of breakfast you are entitled to and there will be no problems, change the mattresses for something softer and actually plug the thermostat in the rooms into the heating/cooling system and this hotel would easily score 100%

The property is well located, next to Unicentro mall. Traffic is crazy in the two streets where is located. If driving there, you can park in garage for free. We rented the large suite room (they also have condo like for rent) the room came with living room, dinning room and kitchen, but the kitchen did not have anything, no microwave oven, and did not get one even after asking for one. No coffee maker in the room either, I got one after asking for it, but never got a coffee refill in the four days we stayed there. The rooms are all date.

Size of the bed to small. Check in Juan Guillermo was very nice!! Today at Check out the person at the front desk got upset because I was on a hurry and I didn't filled out this survey physically, told him I would do it on line

My family and I have stayed here a few times. The location is great. Especially if you want to visit the medical centers or the flea market. The gym has a nice view and the breakfast fruits are delicious. It is a short walk from Hacienda Santa Barbara Mall and there are nice restaurants nearby. With that being said, I must add that the quality and service has gone down tremendously. Dirty underwear was found in our room as well as a refrigerator that did not work well and melted all of our ice creams. The bed was very squeaky. The business center was out of service during our entire stay and the list goes on. Front desk was not helpful at all and overall not a great stay this time, which is a shame. We must thank Alejandra, the housekeeper who was hospitable & attentive of us during our stay.

Hotel stuff was very accommodating from all depar**ents, at front desk ( carlos, alejandra, katerine & katiuska ) always happy to assist & gave great information about the neat by shops and restaurants At housekeeping ( tatiana & margo ) were always present to provide any extras to make the experience more enjoyable, At the spa ( giseth ) gave a very great massage to relax after in the jacuzzi with a phenomenal view of the Andes on top of the building. At the restaurant ( janeth ) great server and permanent checking if anything else was needed Final, the general manager ( lina padilla gomez ) went out of her way to add one more night on my stay to make more memorable Well recommended & excellent location
