It’s a beautiful hotel, well located, service is not good… even the staff is really nice but informations is not clear, I booked because it supposed to have a bathtub according to the Hotel profile amenities but it’s not true… the staff tried to apologize and said it was mistake, they promised to invite me a drink in the bar but they never did. I tried to extend one more night and they did not keep the same price, second night was way higher and expensive, anyway I stayed one more night. Second day, the cleaning ladies started knocking my door at 10 am, told them to wait cuz I was there, and they kept coming every 30 minutes to ask… even when they knew my check out what the same day 2 hours later… I told the front desk staff the issue and they apologized again and the gave me a free chocolate… even the hotel is nice, I didn’t have a great time, rooms are average, bed is normal queen size, they called the room “city view” but the room faced a building, breakfast was just okay. I won’t recommend this hotel, only because is well located but there are plenty of more options in the area.

Whilst this is a Marriott it has all the feel of a boutique hotel. It is located in the Financial District and close to the hotel are both restaurants and a supermarket (bizarrely in what appears to be a residential house). The area felt safe. It is also not far from the La Rosa district where there is good shopping and lots of restaurants. The room that we had was a decent size, overlooking an office block. There were net curtains and real curtains for privacy, however when we were in the room there didn't seem to be any people in the office. The bed was very comfortable and there was a pillow menu (for those who like to have a specific type). The shower was powerful and there were good products supplied. There were enough guest usable electric sockets, including USB points to be able to charge multiple devices. Breakfast was included in the price including the a la carte. The buffet had a good range on offer, including Colombian fruits. The staff were friendly and helpful. For a stay in Bogota, I would certainly recommend this hotel.

The staff was incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring Bogotá. The breakfast buffet was excellent with an extra a la Carte option. Need to add that being called by your name by all staff members was a plus. Can’t wait to be back!

The hotel is modern and chic and the perfect location for exploring the historic areas. Christian made our check-in experience enjoyable and smooth and helped with an impromptu request. Christian at Cooper Lounge made the best cocktails and gave insight into the choices of Colombian spirits. The massage at the spa by Katherine and Cruz puts you straight to sleep. Those ladies have magic hands. The staff at DC were very accommodating, and my stay, although short, made Bogota memorable.

Arriving at the hotel, we were welcomed kindly. Some confusion over the breakfast option between the hotel and the booking tool. The room was quite small, and the bathroom was miniscule and the size of a closet. The bed was comfortable. The closet had hangers at about 7 feet high so difficult to reach. The Copper Lounge Bar made nice drinks and good Colombian food. The breakfast was excellent with a nice buffet and individually prepared dishes. The hotel is located in a very nice area of Bogota with many restaurants nearby. Everyone was friendly at the hotel although the security staff were quite cold. I am hesitant on recommending due to the very tiny rooms.

We stayed here earlier this month and our stay was perfect. Hotel location is relatively close to restaurants, bars and some shopping. The center of Bogota is 25 minutes away with traffic. We only walked this area one day and covered all key sights. Our room was superb, zero street noise and we were not on a high floor. Hotel staff truly amazing. Maria Gomez at the front desk was our #1 option for all questions. The different security personnel / bell boys were all pleasant and helpful. The personnel during breakfast went out of their way to ensure we had absolutely everything we needed. My wife and I felt ‘at home’ - truly genuine Colombian Hospitality.

I normally spend about 125 nights/year in hotels around the world. Over the last 5 years, I have spent at least 50 nights at the Artisan. it is truly one of my favorite hotels in the world. The staff is absolutely the best - from reception check-in, to the cleaning staff and exceptional bar and restaurant staff. I cannot recommend the Artisan enough. It is truly a second home from me. In fact, I was in quarantine with COVID at the beginning of the pandemic. They cared for me incredibly including some staff bringing home remedies to my room. The staff, always with a smile and eagerness to resolve any issue, should be an example for all hotels to follow. Again, one of my favorite hotels in the world.

I really enjoy mi stay at this property, every service was amazing and the staff is very kind, my room was perfectly clean the variety at both restaurants is delicious, Maria at the front desk is always willing to help and Mercedes had an incredible service. I always want to come back every time that i have to travel to Bogota.

Be aware that the hotel will charge you at least 10% more than quoted, saying it's due to their exchange rate. When booking directly, the hotel can only be booked in "USD" and you have to pay in COP so there is no way of avoiding their scam if booking directly. The rooms are very poorly insulated, so it is very noisy and you can hear when people walk by in the hallway. Breakfast was OK, but service was poor. Wasn't easy to get the attention of the staff and had to ask to get more coffee or to order of the menu. Location is great, but I found the Hilton nearby to be much better. And I would never book here again, because you might pay 10% more than quoted, but they might change their exchange rate to charge even more...

I spent 3 nights in The Artisan D.C. Hotel and the minute I walked in I felt welcomed. Maria and Jhon from the front desk went for the extra mile, helped me, a first time visitor to navigate in Bogota by answering all my questions I had and giving me extremely useful recommendations too. Apart from the great service, the room is spacious, layout is perfect so as the bed and bathroom - things you can only get in a 5 star hotel. Location is also perfect to explore the city.

The property is very nice and has a cozy and welcoming lobby. The staff is wonderful and go out of their way to help guests. I found the room to be a little small, but its well furnished and usable, just not a lot of room for your lugagge or shopping. The restaurant has terrific Asian food and there are so many options a few minutes walk from here!

Booked one night before our flight home to Europe. Used Suite Night Awards and got a very nice - spacious, clean and stylishly appointed Suite. The hotel is located in a business district so very quiet between Xmas and new year. Though great restaurants all in walking distance. As our flight got cancelled, we got to enjoy an additional night - reservation extended with the receptionist in one go - that is what true customer service looks like. We also enjoyed the breakfast: there is a buffet and then you get to order a cooked dish as well. Great choice and quality. The same goes for the Bar - had a night cup on the first evening. Very well managed property and will certainly return on the next occasion.

Enjoyed my two night stay at this hotel located near the gastronomy 'zona' in Bogotá. Staff was lovely, very clean suite, tasty breakfast options and options for dinner if desired. The spa services are new but I wasn't able to try. Highly recommend.

What a great hotel! The location in Chapinero Alto is perfect - very safe with lots of different restaurants nearby. The breakfast was amazing (there was so much to choose from) and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the asian restaurant that is connected to the hotel. I'd definitely stay here again.
