Pretty close to the airport, good shuttle service every 30-40 minutes throughout the day. Would recommend.

房間雖小,但很乾凈,睡覺安靜。工作人員很友好,攜程的協助服務也很棒,有機場班車送機,很準時,早餐味道不錯,水果咖啡牛奶酸奶雞蛋麪包,基本早餐標準都有。趕早班飛機推薦這裏。

I stayed in the junior suites and it is perfect for overnight. Clean towels hot water and toiletries. The only down side is the bed felt like a concrete block. The staff is amazing. And the airport shuttle is punctual.

Had some requests that were never confirmed (extra pillow and water). The staff was not very friendly. The breakfast went out very fast

We booked this hotel for a long layover thinking it would be convenient with the free shuttle service, but it was imposible to reach the hotel before the trip. I tried emailing via *******, emailing directly, and calling, but couldn’t reach them nor did they reply to any of my messages. On the way back to the airport, the shuttle was not on time, it took so long the hotel suggested we use one of their taxis (for a fee of course) and that’s what we ended up doing. Catherine, the receptionist, is the rudest receptionist I’ve even encountered, it was almost comical. Not only did she ignore us at check out for as long as she could, once she was finally helping us, another person walked in (someone she knew) and she stepped to the side, helped them while keeping us waiting again, and returned to finish our check out with a nasty attitude after her friend left. The room was small but clean and comfortable, but due to the terrible service, we will not be returning.

I wanted to ensure that my parents had a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, they had to endure poor service. My parents are not the type to complain, but this time, they said that the service was terrible. There was a long wait to check-in. Despite me having paid in advance, they were charged an additional tax fee (IVA) and the employee did not provide a receipt. The hotel's wifi was also not working, and when my father asked for help, he was ignored. According to my father, the employees were rude, and it saddens me that I could not provide my parents with a good experience. I am very disappointed that we cannot trust this hotel to treat senior citizens with respect. Based on the treatment they received, it appears that the hotel discriminates against older people.

I called the day before to confirm my arrival at the hotel at 10pm. When I arrived at the hotel the next day, they inform me that my room has been occupied by someone else. They ask me to wait a moment as they are going to find another room. After waiting more than 40 minutes they put me in another room. Not even the wifi was active and I couldn't use it. The transportation from the airport to the hotel and vice versa was the best service I received

This hotel appears to be in an industrial area which wasn't too inviting nor safe. However the hotel itself was great. The regular shuttle to and from the airport was a wonderful bonus. Food in the restaurants was quite expensive but there appeared to be no options close by.

The room was extremely small! And also, the door of our room they gave us was exactly in front of the kitchen and all the noise from the breakfast preparation, dishes, cookers, and customers was heard. Terrible awakening! The staff at the reception was also rude.

The hotel itself is good. Very quiet. Amazing to not hear the many flights coming in and out! Good shower&AC Upon arrival we parked in valet area and proceeded to the first front desk and were guided to the next floor where the Junior front desk is located. We didn’t need this confusion after a long drive. We were allowed an hour early check in and bag storage by the first receptionist as we were having our car picked up by the rental agency and needed it empty. The Valet parking “gentleman “ insisted we move the car into the underground parking while we waited the 15-20 minutes for pick up. This was nonsense as there was lots of valet area. Minutes after parking we were again back and forth through elevators to get the car out. Unnecessary efforts. And then he rudely requested a tip twice. The second receptionist was also rude. No greeting no eye contact mumbling in Spanish. Our reservation was through Booking and we had a quoted price. If I didn’t have this in print to show her she was charging us more. She was not at all apologetic but did revise and charge as was quoted. The hotel has one Bistro restaurant. Some food looked great coming out. Obviously we should have asked what they would recommend because the lasagna came in hot chaffing dish but was literally cold inside. They charged us less for the expensive salad as it had greens, croutons and chicken pieces. There are some good friendly staff but a few were truly unhappy and passed this to us, the clients.
