Excellent! The food is on point. The rooms are clean and so comfortable. The workers are so nice and helpful. All the necessary furniture are all in the room. I am so happy, I had my best time here. Thank you so much

I had a great experience at this hotel, which pleasantly surprised me with its close proximity to the airport. The site itself was very spacious, much larger than I had anticipated. The convenience of the location was further enhanced by the cleanliness of the premises and the friendly staff. Despite arriving after the designated check-in time due to a late flight, the staff were accommodating and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, cleanliness, and helpful staff.

wonderful again, I stayed 5 nights in Birchwood Hotel and enjoyed very much everything. A quite nice room Nr 925 for only 50 swissfrancs including a huge nice breakfast buffett from 6h in the morning. Thank you for the nice big eggomelette very well done. All the staff in the hotel very kind and the free hotel shuttle with the nice drivers also excellent. I really recommend this beautiful hotel resort to everyone. I will return again.

I cannot began to express how pleased my husband and I were to stay at Birchwood. Everything about Birchwood was excellent and all of staff were excellent. From checking in to our departure. Nothing was too much of an effort. Just absolutely brilliant. We would certainly recommend Birchwood to all of our friends and family visiting South Africa. We look forward to our next visit and will definitely not be staying anywhere other than at the Birchwood ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Carpets to dusty due to gardens not watered.
Poor quality hand soap and wash .
Only 2 towels. 1 bottle water for a couple.for a rate of R1499 one night not impressed at all.
