Checked in with the hotel after a few days in Postira. Reception staff were fantastic, great communication with us on how to find the parking and have been friendly throughout! Location is incredibly close to the harbour front (less than 5 min walk) and the hotel had everything we needed as a family with some great views. Hotel has the potential to be the best in Bol ! Thanks again staff 👍

We paid more to book this hotel on *********** than the rates published at the reception desk, so I feel pretty ripped off to be honest. When I booked on *********** I was given a price of EUR629.00 for the 3 night stay which is expensive, but compared well with other properties with the same star rating in the area. When I arrived I was advised that we needed to pay EUR631.00 which was fine, at this point we were shown to a dark, dingy room with a poor quality sofa bed on the floor. On the reception desk was a sign with the current pricing, according to this the price for the room I received Double + sofa should be EUR120.00/night and I could have had a triple room with sea view (and presumably balcony) for EUR180.00/night. The welcome was poor. When I arrived, after hunting around for the car park and needing some help (do not under any circumstances try to drive down the street to the front of the hotel) there were several people sat in the pool area with drinks etc. I waited at reception for 10 minutes, with no-one there - rang the bell/ tried the phone number etc etc with no response. I eventually went to ask the people around the pool if they knew how I could find the receptionist, only for a lady to get up, tell me off for not coming out to ask for her - as though I would know that she wasn't a guest, and proceed to be as unhelpful as she could possibly be...... The pool was dirty - cloudy water. There was no hot water for the shower - on the first night I told the staff about this. On the second night I asked if it was solved, only to get a snotty 'I've told my boss' with no resolution. The situation did not improve. The star rating of this hotel is not current. I'd give it 2 stars at the most. There is no service/ no bar or food, and the spa advertised on *********** is not in operation, and doesn't seem to have been for many years based on the condition of the sign in the pool area. Stay somewhere else.

Poca gentilezza nell'accoglienza, struttura sporca, mancanza di attrezzature per cucina (abbiamo trovato soltanto due bic chieri), acqua della piscina sporca, ascensore non funzionante, nessun servizio hotel(soltanto svuotamento dei cestini), aria condizionata mal funzionante. Pessimo e sconsigliatissimo!

Nous sommes arrivées avec mon amie pour un séjour de deux jours dans cet hôtel à Bol. En arrivant, ********* ne leur avait pas envoyé notre réservation, faisant qu’il n’y avait pas de place pour nous dans l’hôtel… Donc faites attention si vous avez réservé cet hôtel par le biais d’Hotel.com car en fait, ils ne travaillent plus ensemble. Après avoir réglé ce désagrément en ayant obtenu une chambre simple pour 2, nous avons passé un bon séjour mais pas forcément pour l’hôtel où nous étions. Le personnel n’est pas très sympathique, peu aidant, avec des remarques déplacées par moment. Ils parlent peu anglais sauf un jeune homme qui lui est très chouette. La chambre est basique et la douche n’avait pas d’eau chaude (même après avoir attendu comme le disait le propriétaire). Bref, c’est bien si vous passez rapidement sur l’île, mais je je le recommanderai pas pour un plus long séjour.
