Perfectly located between the train station and city center. The hotel has a good vibe and good breakfast, coffee made to the order, etc. it is all as shown in pictures and descriptions. The staff are welcoming and helpful. I recommend and come back again if I visit Bologna again

Situato vicino stazione centrale ma c’è bisogno di taxi per arrivarci … dalla stazione ci vogliono circa 7/8 minuti .., hotel molto pulito servizio alle reception veloce cordiale è molto disponibile…. camere molto belle e super tecnologiche pulizia ottima (la mia era la 339) colazione al buffet molto abbondante e tutto molto buono con soluzione diverse per soddisfare tutte le esigenze …. con il taxi con una decina di minuti si raggiunge subito il centro .., lo consiglio vivamente a tutti … aggiungo per concludere qualità del sonno ottima e doccia nel bagno maxxi ….. da provare assolutamente

Struttura bella con un grande potenziale, posizione ottima e fermata autobus a pochissimi metri, il bus numero 14 arriva direttamente in centro. Colazione discreta. Pulizia delle camere carente, organizzazione delle camere pessima (lenzuola sporche, capelli di altra gente trovarti sul letto, carta igenica spesso mancante dopo il riordino, da un 4 stelle non ci si aspetta una pulizia carente e un servizio approssimativo. Il tutto è stato segnalato ed abbiamo ricevuto un semplice ”mi dispiace” dalla reception. Personale ”addormentato ” praticamente quasi incompetente. Tutto sommato il soggiorno è stato buono.. letto grande,comodo. La prossima volta però valuteremo un altra struttura.

Booked this hotel as it is close to the train station Bologna Centrale and the city centre. The location is therefore good and set in an interesting mixed area with cheap cafes and bars nearby. There is also a large supermarket close by. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is fairly basic considering the price you are paying for the hotel. It appears that this is mainly a hotel for business clients. However the main drawback is that there is no heating in this hotel as the A/C was switched off centrally, despite the temperature in Bologna going down to 5C at night when I was there. It is therefore cold at night in the room.

Spacious, functional and well organised. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. All speak very good English. Despite the closeness to the Bologna railway station the place is set back, quiet and green, with a large outdoor area for relaxation. The rooms are functional, clean, well ventilated and fitted with A.C. Totally recommended!

Room was satisfactory. But had a lot of negatives. 1. Air conditioning didn’t work and heating was set to always on. Temp of 19 outside, the room was always roasting. Apparently they turn off the air con in October but there should be a choice to sweat or not. 2. Door to the balcony wouldn’t open properly so was always open a bit or a lot. We needed the air but the road outside is very noisy at all hours. Plus works on the plot opposite start at 8am in the morning. 3. No mention before arrival of a service tax. It was €18 for 3 people 2 nights. Not the end of the world but a surprise when you’ve paid in advance. 3. Kettle provided but no coffee or milk in the room. 4. Suite was a double bed and a couch turned into a bed in the same room. I think suite meant it had a kitchen sink and cooker in the cupboard. We wouldn’t have used it but it was so pokey with only one stool that we wouldn’t have been able to use it. 5. At 6am on our last night the electricity came on/off/on/off for 10 minutes before dying altogether. As such all devices and lights in the room came off/on/off/on disturbing our sleep. 6. On checkout there was no apology for the disturbed sleep not even a ‘I’ll waive the fee’ and the Patricia was less than understanding or apologetic.

Un ottima struttura, qualità prezzo eccellente ottima per chi va alla fiera di Bologna, più scomoda per chi deve visitare la città. Fermata mezzi pubblici nei pressi dell'hotel ma con un servizio a dire poco catastrofico, con ritardi pesanti e ripetuti, difficile poi fare il biglietto a bordo se non hai monete, le carte vengono accettate solo alcune e, oggi carta può fare un solo biglietto. I controllori se vi trovano senza ticket non vogliono sentire ragioni e vi fanno un a multa di 75 euro, servizio vergognoso per una città così bella e ricca.

We checked in as part of a tour group at around 8 pm from Rome. We were tired and wanted to sleep, but discovered that our room's AC wasn't working. We included a picture of it with no display. Buttons are not responding at all. We ask our tour leader to help us get this problem fixed. Had a big day tomorrow, so we needed as much rest as we could. Front desk said they'd fix the problem, but no one showed up to our room. After waiting for sometime, they said they had fixed it from their end, but it was clearly not working at all. At almost 10 pm, we were told by our tour group leader that they were going to switch us to a different room. Frustrated, because we had already unpacked our things/clothes so we could get up and move early morning, we now had to repack everything then unpack again. What's worse is, they didn't have anyone from the hotel itself assist us with transferring, but had our tour leader act as their bellboy! They gave an excuse that they were understaffed. No apologies,no compensation, no thoughtfulness or professionalism. It was even borderline racism because they used our tour guide as their bellboy when this whole fiasco was their fault! Just because we're Filipino doesn't mean we get treated worst than any other paying guest of this hotel. We're very disappointed with their service, and will spread our negative experience with as many review sites as we can. This NOT how you treat guests of your hotel.

I visited with my family for 1 night as a night stop. On arrival the area does not look particularly attractive & the outside of the hotel looks a little tired. But once inside the hotel is lovely & the staff very friendly & helpful. The rooms are large with air conditioning & very clean with lovely shabby shic furniture. There is a car park at the back of the hotel but it is a little small although we were able to park our cars in there. Breakfast was what you would expect of a continental. There is a very good Italian restaurant next door to the hotel which we used for dinner.

The door lock was broken in our room The door frame was loose and fell missing my son by a few centimeters The middle WC in the lobby is loose nearly fell off The coffee machine at breakfast is broken The plates you eat breakfast on where dirty Shower head was broken spraying water everywhere The fruit at breakfast were not fresh The staff are rude I had a flight to catch at 6 am and asked the front desk to call a taxi for me and they did not. Had ro remind them in the morning of mu flight I asked for breakfast boxes for my family and I dor the day of our flight these were not ready Hotel is poorly maintained There was blood on my pillow If you want to see how bad scrambled eggs can get, then you should visit this place I would never go back to this hotel

EErica CohnTwo stars because it is a nice hotel with comfortable beds. Thats about it. It is certainly not a five star hotel, which it purports to be. We arrived around 8pm and advised reception that we needed to leave for the airport at five am. At some point reception advises that the booking was for one person and they had to charge us for the second. I have never heard of this! So for the extra person for our 8 hour stay, they wanted €100! What the hell for? I looked on a booking sight and showed the receptionist that I could still book a room (which would come with a free bottle of wine) for two people for exactly what I paid. Receptionist kept saying that it would be more if i booked through the hotel. Lets follow the logic here. Why would i book directly through the hotel if the same room is less on a booking sight? The most irritating part is that she kept laughing inappropriately for some unknown reason. The male receptionist kept insisting that the € 100 was for the ”free” hot breakfast. We reminded him that we had to leave before breakfast was served. He assured us that there would be a cart full of food in the morning before we left. Long story short, that did not happen. There was a cart with coffee and a few pastries. But wait, there's more! The man at the reception in the morning told us that if we had asked, they would have made us breakfast. That would have been nice if it was ever suggested by reception at check in! A real five star hotel would have just taken the initiative to prepare the bagged breakfast for us given the conversation had the night before. I also enjoyed how the staff talked down to us insisting that a €100 per person euro fee is totally normal. Because I've never stayed in a hotel before! Thats sarcasm btw. Again, this certainly was not a five star experience. And just to compare apples to apples, we stayed at a four star hotel when we arrived in bologna 10 days earlier. It was 1/5 the cost, the staff much more accommodating and was just as comfortable and nice. So do yourself a favor and ignore the alleged five star rating and save your money and nerves by staying anywhere else.

The room was large enough but at the first glance we felt a little bit unsafe, but it was OK. However, there was a draft of cold air in the room that we could not locate, Croissants at the breakfast were the worst I have ever tasted. Please change your supplier. Stuff was kind and helpful.

PPengguna TetamuLocation is very near to the bologna centrale station ~ 5 mins away. Good especially if you’re lugging a lot of luggages but quite a walk away from the main piazza shopping area ~ took us around 15-20 mins.
Room provides 3in1 cappucino and milk creamer! Not all hotels provide these. There are English Tv channels. There is pillow menu even! Room is clean, kettle is cleaned sparkly too.
Toilet light went faulty during our stay; flickering. We called reception to inform and she was supposed to call us back to let us know if their technician was still around at work to come and fix it or not but she may have forgotten to return us back the call. Checking out the next day so we didn’t bother but for guests staying longer you may have to call back reception to check….

Aa****3Location is excellent, just across the railway station. There are also sandwich stalls, shops and restaurants just right beside the building. The front desk person is very friendly and gave good suggestions on where to visit and dine.
Room was newly renovated and spacious and have lift access. Basic amendities are available as well as flask to boil water for hot coffee. Wifi connection was stable too. Would recommend this hotel.

PPengguna Tetamuil personale dell'hotel è stato molto cortese e professionale. mi è stato proposto al mio arrivo un cambio di camera per una di un livello superiore previo pagamento della differenza di tariffa, e io ho accettato volentieri. La camera era molto bella. Unica pecca, non trascurabile visto il livello della stanza, è stato il ritrovamento di un capello lungo nero (non chiaramente di mia proprietà dato che sono rasato nè dell'altra persona ospite) nel lenzuolo del materasso e di una tazzina di caffè utilizzata dall'ospite precedente che era sulla balaustra della terrazza. Per il resto è andato tutto bene.

PPengguna TetamuWe have arrived to Social Hub in Bologna for our Easter break. Check in was easy - although a bit surprised we had to pay further bill for our stay (city tax wasn’t apparently included in the booking).
The communal space is as on the photos. We haven’t used many amenities as the pool was still closed and when we asked about pink pong rackets there were never available (even though nobody played at the time). But I particularly liked the fact most of the plants were actually real. That was a lovely touch.
We opted out from having the breakfast (for 12.50€ per person) and had coffee and croissants instead which worked out much cheaper.
Our room was spacious (lovely high ceiling) and perfectly clean. Perhaps a little armchair would be nice as it felt a bit empty with just a desk & chair, bed and simple clothes shelving. But for short stay it was ok. There was no complimentary tea or coffee in the room. Just some water bottles. The rest was a payable mini bar. The TV had only one English speaking channel (BBC news) and wasn’t compatible for mirror screening with iPhones (Androids only).
Bathroom was super clean. We found the water pressure a bit low but still manageable.
Overall it’s a nice place to stay as it’s conveniently placed a stone throw from the train station and walking distance from the old town. Staff was friendly and helpful.

PPengguna TetamuOn first approach, it was clear to see that this hotel is quite far out from the city centre however explains why the prices are a lot cheaper. My partner and I stayed here in July 2022 for 4 nights and I must admit, we loved the room and overall feel of the hotel. Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. We slept amazingly!! If it was just based on rooms alone, we would give this hotel five stars. However… We booked this hotel mainly because it had a pool. When we asked about the pool, we were informed we needed to book a 1 hour slot if we wanted to use it during that day. This was due to covid measures which were still in place at the hotel. So we did. Booked a 1 hour slot for the pool the following evening. When we arrived at the pool on the lower level, we noticed that the changing rooms were locked and the showers were turned off…due to Covid. Now I would typically understand some reasoning for certain covid rules but this just seemed ridiculous. A couple who were using the pool in the hour slot before us informed us to use the small shower cubicle to get changed as this had a frosted glass door on it and is the only bit of privacy you get down there. So we did! We ended up booking the pool out another two times on our stay but as reception advised following our first pool visit, get changed in your rooms then head down to the pool (assuming you don’t need to get the key from reception to unlock the pool). Towels were provided by poolside although on the first day, there was only one towel left for the two of us. On my final visit to the pool on the morning before we left, I had to go to reception in my swimming trunks because the pool was locked. Something I felt uncomfortable doing in the first place but as there was no changing facilities and the towels were locked by poolside, I reluctantly went to reception where the man behind the desk got angry at me being there in my swimming trunks. Simple solution would be to open up the changing facilities down by poolside to prevent this but hey, that was too obvious. Upon pointing out the fact that the changing facilities in his hotel were locked because they won’t open them due to Covid (which he should have known), he eventually calmed down and mentioned he understood. On our visit we also used the electric bikes which were at reception for a full day at the cost of €25 per bike per day. The system is far to complicated for what it needs to be and should be made simpler by just having reception deal with the booking. Once eventually booked, we were given the keys to the 2 bike locks, helmets and some netting for our hair (another odd covid measure which doesn’t make much sense as you will sweat through the netting anyway). As I was away to take the bikes out, I noticed that all four tyres were flat. Surely this should be inspected by the staff before the bikes are taken out?! Unfortunately staff appeared clueless on what PSI the tires had to be at and as he pumped up the first

PPengguna TetamuHo soggiornato presso questa struttura una sola notte ad ottobre, mi trovavo a Bologna per svago. La mia camera era una matrimoniale uso singola. La posizione a mio avviso è ottima. Zona tranquilla ma perfettamente collegata verso il centro dai bus (fermata a 80 metri). Hotel molto bello ed accogliente, camere pulite, moderne, molto confortevoli. Bagno bellissimo, doccia spaziosa e specchiera enorme. Colazione abbastanza varia e buona. Personale gentilissimo, dalla reception, alla sala colazione. Colazione servita dalle 7 alle 10:30 Check out entro le 12!!!! Ho trovato queste 2 cose molto comode! Se dovessi ricapitare a Bologna tornerei senz’altro in questa struttura. Consigliatissimo.
