Although we encountered a mishap with the bookings and were denied entry for a day, your remarkable efforts turned the situation around and made our experience truly memorable. Your quick thinking and attentive nature truly saved the day. We were thrilled when you graciously upgraded us to a larger suite, which turned out to be absolutely awesome. The extra space and luxurious amenities made our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. It was clear that you genuinely cared about ensuring our satisfaction and comfort throughout our time at your establishment. Your kindness and professionalism shone through during our interactions, and we truly appreciated your dedication to providing excellent service. Two couples flew in from the United States and arrived in the morning, exhausted, and bedraggled. The front desk clerk found one room available immediately even though we were hours before check-in. She worked very hard to get the second room available by noon. Needless to say, we were ecstatic about being able to rest and freshen up. The rooms were clean, we loved the little courtyard outside our room and the location was amazing. We loved it!

Gorgeous rooms and lovely staff. We had a fantastic stay, the location is second to none. We loved waking up and heading out for a morning run and swim, ducking across the road to dive in the ocean and then heading up to the bar for a cocktail. Restaurant staff looked after us and gave us a fantastic table on the balcony with a view as we were guests. Many reviews mentioned noise but we had no issue with noise at all (we were in the King Suite). As soon as the balcony doors to the room were shut we were fine.

바로 앞에 본다이비치가 있어서 숙소에서도 보이는 오션뷰가 너무 이뻤고 해변으로 나가기 좋았습니다! 그리고 무엇보다 직원분들이 친절왕이셔서 체크인 할때부터 기분이 좋았어요! 라이언고슬링 닮은 직원분이 체크 인아웃 할때 캐리어 다 들어주시고 진짜 고마웠어요! 지금은 멜버른이지만 호주에 있는 동안 한번 더 가고 싶은 곳이에요

Fabulous location near Bondi beach (about a 5 minute walk). Lots of lovely places to eat and drink along the way - including Bills next door where you can charge the amount to your room if you're in a bit of a hurry. The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities you could think of and the staff were also very friendly and helpful. Towels for the beach can be requested at reception.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. The view in the ocean view room is sensational. The 1 star review of the customer service is complete BS. The owner is a touch blunt with her instructions but that was in no way rude. Vickie is simply quick and to the point without wasting each others time ! The owner bent over backwards to help us with any issues which were few and far between. We loved this place and we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bondi. We had a great holiday.

The interiors and exteriors of the property are actually nicer than other hostels I've stayed in but the main issue I and my roommates had, was the lack of cleanliness and small maintenance issues. For example, the toilet seat in our ensuite was not screwed on so would continually fall off. The blinds on the window were stuck so we couldn't close them. The weekly Sunday Spring clean seems to be very light on and we specifically had to ask for more toilet paper. All of that aside, the most enjoyable part of my stay was my friendly roommates all who are from the UK. I would stay here again because its very close to the main shops and beach in Bondi. The hostel provides a bed to sleep in, but not really a place to hang out.

Good hotel but last day they have forgotten to provide clean towels after room cleaning and in the morning nobody was available at the reception!!!

Hotel bem localizado, dentro de um bairro agradável pela praia e opções de bares e restaurantes. O hotel não possui recepção nem elevador antes das 9 horas e partir das 17 horas, o que pode dificultar quem vem com malas e precisa dessa facilidade. A porta do banheiro não fechava totalmente. Porém, a pior parte foi o sinal da internet, que caía a todo momento e atrapalhou bastante, pois trabalhamos on-line. Enfim, não será nossa primeira opção em uma nova visita ao local.

The cutest high end hostel that you could ever dream of. The attention to detail in the engineering, modeling, and design of The Baxley was immaculate. All of the rooms are private and have elite air conditioning. The entire property is clean and sanitary. Both of the women at the front desk are lovely. Victoria from Argentina was extremely catering and helpful to all of my questions and needs during my stay. She was knowledgeable on all of the different neighborhoods and the restaurants as well. Kate was equally amazing as well and super helpful in answering questions and getting everything sorted. 20 minute walk down to the water and the core of Bondi Beach, but perfectly tucked away on a quiet street away from the noise.
