Hotel terbaik di Bondi Beach

So happy with our stay - the apartments were in a perfect location right across the beach with amazing views from the balcony, the staff were super friendly, everything was clean and new and fresh and the access code made it really easy to check in/check out with no hassle. Will definitely stay here if we visit Bondi again!

Good hotel but last day they have forgotten to provide clean towels after room cleaning and in the morning nobody was available at the reception!!!

Gorgeous rooms and lovely staff. We had a fantastic stay, the location is second to none. We loved waking up and heading out for a morning run and swim, ducking across the road to dive in the ocean and then heading up to the bar for a cocktail. Restaurant staff looked after us and gave us a fantastic table on the balcony with a view as we were guests. Many reviews mentioned noise but we had no issue with noise at all (we were in the King Suite). As soon as the balcony doors to the room were shut we were fine.

Two couples flew in from the United States and arrived in the morning, exhausted, and bedraggled. The front desk clerk found one room available immediately even though we were hours before check-in. She worked very hard to get the second room available by noon. Needless to say, we were ecstatic about being able to rest and freshen up. The rooms were clean, we loved the little courtyard outside our room and the location was amazing. We loved it!

I stayed at QT Bondi this week and while the check-in process was smooth, the second half of the stay was not great, and felt it was worth sharing as I felt dismissed and shutdown when I expressed concern to the front desk manager at the time… Sometime between 7:30-8:30 AM, renovations started outside my room. I opened the door and noticed the entire carpet on the floor was gone - with knives and power tools and workmen outside my door, and a strong chemical smell (pictures attached). I went down to the front desk to check if they were aware and asked if anything could be done (partially credited or otherwise) due to the construction, as I hadn’t been expecting this when i booked the room at full price or notified of the renovations when checking-in. She kind of smirked and looked at me like i was crazy and said “no?! because it wasn’t at night and you can still get out of your room…” I said oh thats not great is there a manager i could speak to maybe? She smirked again and said, “I am the manager.” It kind of ****** and to be honest i felt uncomfortable, embarrassed, and almost made to feel small about bringing up the concern (I am not one to make a fuss or complain about something unless its a valid concern - i had to create a Trip Advisor account just to write this review.) She told me that I was given the top floor and a late check out and implied this should make up for it. I tried to explain that I hadn’t been given the option to have a different room or move my stay to a different day or made aware in advance - and this was the main issue I was trying to solve. A late check out was not helpful in this case because there were chemical smells coming into the room and also I could hear construction and the ripping up of the carpet. Extra time in the room was not helpful in this case, and I wish the front desk acknowledged this nuance with more care…. I was a solo traveler, but if it had been kids and there were knives, etc just out the door, it’s probably not the best situation. She tried to be polite to me when I came back from coffee, but i already felt uncomfortable. I think it would have been fine if not for how I was treated by the front desk. I got the sense she wanted to make me feel small for bringing my concern up, and make sure i felt uncomfortable enough not to escalate further. If booking in the near future, I would recommend double checking with front desk if there’s going to be any construction to be aware of. And to be honest, I would still point people to QT Bondi bc it’s the nicest option in the area (and I can tell it usually gets good reviews from staff, which I was looking forward to!), but personally it was an uncomfortable customer experience in the end.

Hotel bem localizado, dentro de um bairro agradável pela praia e opções de bares e restaurantes. O hotel não possui recepção nem elevador antes das 9 horas e partir das 17 horas, o que pode dificultar quem vem com malas e precisa dessa facilidade. A porta do banheiro não fechava totalmente. Porém, a pior parte foi o sinal da internet, que caía a todo momento e atrapalhou bastante, pois trabalhamos on-line. Enfim, não será nossa primeira opção em uma nova visita ao local.

Hotel pangsapuri ini mempunyai tiga tingkat. Tingkat bawah ialah dewan penerimaan tetamu, dan tingkat pertama dan kedua ialah bilik. Lokasi pangsapuri hotel adalah unggul. Perniagaan di kedua-dua belah jalan di tingkat bawah termasuk pasar raya, pasar buah-buahan dan sayur-sayuran, kedai urut, restoran dan bar serta beberapa kedai pakaian. Kurang daripada 10 minit berjalan kaki ke Pantai Bondi. Jika anda tidak memandu, terdapat bas ke simpang bondi dan bandar sekitar. Bilik ini berperabot lengkap dan tiada kemudahan dobi. Terdapat kemudahan membuat teh dan microwave. Penebat bunyi bilik yang lemah adalah salah satu masalah biasa di Australia. Tiada penyelesaian untuk soalan ini. Daftar masuk pada hujung minggu akan menjadi bising sebelum pukul dua belas malam, kerana perniagaan dan orang di dalam bangunan agak padat.

The interiors and exteriors of the property are actually nicer than other hostels I've stayed in but the main issue I and my roommates had, was the lack of cleanliness and small maintenance issues. For example, the toilet seat in our ensuite was not screwed on so would continually fall off. The blinds on the window were stuck so we couldn't close them. The weekly Sunday Spring clean seems to be very light on and we specifically had to ask for more toilet paper. All of that aside, the most enjoyable part of my stay was my friendly roommates all who are from the UK. I would stay here again because its very close to the main shops and beach in Bondi. The hostel provides a bed to sleep in, but not really a place to hang out.
