I'm not a fan of check in via screen but it was okay. The breakfast was average.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and value of this hotel. I booked a room for about $120/night plus taxes in the fall. I wouldn't call this a luxury hotel, but it's definitely upscale. I booked via their website and received an upgraded double-bed room. The bathroom was large with nice materials and a large shower with a separate bathtub. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was nice. Most of the staff was friendly. I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the A/C was not great throughout the hotel. I'm guessing it was 77 or 78 in the lobby and corridors. The A/C in my room was also struggling; it was probably 70 next to the unit and 77 in the bathroom. I thought about changing rooms but decided against it. Overall, this hotel was a superior value to the rest of the hotels in the area and well worth a little extra distance from Naples. I would stay here again.

Kami membayar 200.00 ya saya tahu pada hari Jumaat malam dan sayangnya bilik tidak mempunyai penyelenggaraan. Pemegang tp itu tergantung di dinding dan noda tembok.200 untuk malam Jumaat masih belum jelas. Jujurnya syampu dan mencuci badan dan lain-lain adalah jenama yang wajar. Saya meminta bayaran balik separa tetapi ditolak

It is unfortunate that I must write this review publicly as I did submit my concerns to the management team over 2 weeks ago on their website. I did not even get a generic, ”sorry, we will address the issue” response. Nothing. So, with that being said, I want to warn others of this establishment. Though the entire hotel is in need of a serious renovation I am able to overlook outdated furniture if well maintained and cleaned properly. However, upon immediately entering the room the smell was off putting. It was so bad at night that I had to sleep facing the wall with my head under the covers in order to avoid it. I am sharing a picture of the wall next to the bed just above the lamp where you can see the amount of dust that has accumulated over time. Clearly housekeeping and maintenance do not keep a regular deep cleaning schedule of the rooms and carpet. When paying nearly $400 a night, I find this absolutely unacceptable. The second picture is of the sign on the back of the door and in red at the bottom lists the max price for the room as $299. Clearly management is taking advantage of the recent major hurricane that hit and are price gouging now that there is limited housing and rooms available. What a shame too because the staff is fantastic, and I hope they know they deserve better. I can't imagine the number of complaints they must have to deal with onsite due to the manager/ owner not maintaining the property. They can easily go elsewhere and honesty they should.

Check-In- und Out erfolgen über einen ”virtuellen” Mitarbeiter. Das ist faszinierend, aber gewöhnungsbedürftig. In Stoßzeiten wartet man auch recht lange, weil es nur einen einzigen ”Kiosk” / Bildschirm gibt. Die Räume sind recht abgenutzt, aber sauber. Man hat mir zunächst zweimal eine Servicegebühr abgezogen, auf Einwände aber erstattet. Die gemäß Beschreibung vorhandenen Zimmersafes waren nicht existent. Die Nutzung von Einweggeschirr für das gesamte Frühstück ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß und gehört dringend geändert.

We stayed here as a return trip. We were here after Ian and loved our stay so much we came back. This time we got to see the updated walls from the damage of Ian and were very pleased at how well the property is looking. Upon entry we were greeted with a friendly front desk staff to impeccably clean hotel throughout the property. We didn't come on a busy weekend so the quiet was super nice. Housekeeping does am amazing job and Breakfast at this particular property is by far my favorite. So many options to choose from and the area is kept clean & fully stocked throughout breakfast. We will be returning again and again and have told all our friends and family to stay here when they come visit. So much to do. Beaches nearby, shopping and dining. And we seen a gator in the little lake they had. So cool
