Zagaia On the positive side - Great infrastructure and recreational staff for kids Beautiful grounds Travel agency that books your activities in Bonito for you. Good breakfast. Very nice and attentive staff at the restaurant. Comfortable large beds. Curtains that block the light completely. On the negative side - Be prepared to arrive for a late afternoon check in, with extra slow, untrained front desk service, and no help with your suitcases and finding your room in the dark (no resort maps available). The rooms face each other and don’t have a set of sheer curtains. When you’re in the room you have to close the blackout curtains and no light comes in. No closet in the room. Instead, there’s a bar with three hangers and a shelf in the bathroom. No drawers. The bathroom has no windows. Anything you wash and hang in the bathroom will never dry. Bathrooms have three extremely loud exhaust fans each. Housekeeping routinely cleans empty rooms and leaves the exhaust fans on (together with the lights). Be prepared to hear exhaust motors all night. We realized what the noise was after two difficult nights, and had them turned off in the neighboring room. Terrible room maintenance: Upon arrival, we noticed that the phone in the room wasn’t working and we had that changed. The showers have a rubber ***** on the floor to keep the water from flooding the bathroom. Half of our rubber ***** was missing. Maintenance said it would be replaced the next day, but this never happened because they had to order the piece. The front desk asked us to change rooms, which would have been work for us, but housekeeping found a bandaid solution by wrapping a towel in a plastic bag and using that to dam the water in the shower stall. One leaky sink, and the other stopped up - never fixed despite two calls to the front desk which leads me to: Terrible front desk service (and not just checking in). We once forgot a bikini that was left out to dry on a bench near the front door. We noticed on the road and called the front desk to have someone put it in the room for us, and it was still on the bench when we returned in the afternoon. Be prepared to come back to your room at 5:05pm after a long day of activities, to find that housekeeping didn’t clean your room. Then call the front desk and nothing happens. The solution was to speak to the manager of the front desk, who personally brought the one and only housekeeper on duty that tends to emergencies after 5pm. Had to help her to do the bed in order to speed things up. Such a shame because I was here twenty years ago and it used to be an excellent hotel. Will not return, as there is now a better option available.

Lugar muito lindo, hotel limpo, café da manhã incrível, a localizado é ótima, perto de tudo, piscina limpa, quantos organizados e limpos, limpeza impecável. Vale muito a pena ir nesse hotel. Super recomendo, o pessoal sempre a disposição.

O hotel a primeira vista parece ótimo. Mas tem vários problemas que a gente vai vendo com o tempo (alguns piores, outros que em outra situação seriam irrelevantes) que vão se acumulando e derrubando a avaliação. Parede rachada, com pintura suja e riscada, parte dos móveis antiga, secador que não funciona, chuveiro que sai pouquíssima água (lá o chuveiro precisa ser limpo com frequência, de acordo com os guias, por causa do tipo de água), papel higiênico ruim, vaso sanitário estava bambo e com vazamento, cortina e teto de PVC, quarto sem circulação de ar (toalhas não secavam), toalha de uso externo é uma toalha que ja foi do quarto, então é velhinha, café da manhã sem leite quente mesmo a 7° de temperatura, reaproveitamento de itens por dias seguidos, até o pao ficar parecendo pedra, isolamento acústico ruim... Enfim.. várias coisinhas que foram se somando. O que salva são os funcionários altamente prestativos e simpáticos.

Rarely i make comments about my hotel stays, because i usually use timeshare condos...but this hotel deserves all the best remarks! Be sure to enjoy a fantastic, flawless stay in this place. Check about Bonito in other sites: a great outdoors tourist attractions, but believe, this the hotel to stay between activities ! Food, breakfast, facilities and, specially, the staff is really the best in town. Don't hesitate...stay here !

Decidimos passar a lua de mel em Bonito, fechamos com a agência H2O e ficamos no ECOTEL, que as fotos já mostravam ser excelente! Chegando, fomos muito bem recebidos. Todos os funcionários são simpáticos e educados, sempre com um sorriso no rosto. O serviço de quarto feito pela Madah também é ótimo. No café da manhã nos deliciamos com frutas variadas, sucos, café, waffle, chipa e bolos. Vale a pena!! Amamos a estadia.
