We were returning to Zhenjiang from our holiday in Harbin and Mohe. Our flight was late, but we had booked our room in advance using the Trip app. This was our third time staying at the Pullman Hotel. We were greeted politely and efficiently. We arrived at our room. The room was clean and well-appointed with a comfortable bed, fluffy towels, sofa, desk, and even a nice selection of tea. We will definitely stay at Pullman again. Thank you

This was the first hotel in China that made a strong impression on the exceptionally great service back when I was living in China back in 2009. Everything is effortless yet well thought of. I stayed at the Jinling Hotel 15 years ago with my wife. 15 years on we came back with our young children and the service remains as exceptionally impeccable. You can tell right from the GM (Mark) through to the front desk (Leo Huo) the service comes from the heart. Thank you Leo for taking care of me and my family during our short stay in Nanjing. Keep up the good work and looking forward to our next stay.

For early flight, this is definitely the hotel to stay in Nanjing, very well plan and design, shutter services to airport are provided, even to near by subway upon request. Clean and modern rooms with AI touch, laundry rooms and lobby coffee is definitely the plus and bonus for staying at this hotel. Staffs are very accommodating to all the request, and friendly too.

My recent stay at the InterContinental Nanjing during a father-son trip had its highlights, but there were also a few areas that could be improved. The room layout was excellent for our needs. It featured a separate living room and bedroom, which allowed my son to have his own space to play while I could relax or work in peace. The bathtub overlooking the lake was a lovely touch and provided a relaxing way to unwind after a day of exploring. The view of the lake from the room was stunning and added a serene atmosphere to our stay. However, I did notice some stains on the floor, which detracted from the overall cleanliness and luxury feel of the room. While it didn’t ruin our stay, it was something that stood out and could be addressed to maintain the hotel’s high standards. The location of the hotel was a bit of a downside. While the lakeside setting was beautiful, there wasn’t much around in terms of dining or entertainment options. We had to travel a fair distance to find good restaurants, which was inconvenient, especially with a child. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a wide variety of options that catered to both my son’s and my preferences. We were very pleased with our 3 nights stay at the Shangri-la Nanjing. The service was excellent with turndown service every night and free fruits. It has a smart toilet that kept the seat warm - great for our winter experience - and an automated bidet with a click on the button. We had our breakfast buffet at the executive lounge which also offered high tea and evening cocktail. The pastries such as the plain and the Danish croissants were very well-made. Strongly recommend this hotel!

The beds are comfortable, and there is enough space for six of us in the two bedroom apartment with three beds. Location is good, quite a distance if you want to walk to the famous Shantang street, approx. 20 mins walk. There are a few nice cafes in the same building. It is right opposite Tianhong CC Mall. Within walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants. Breakfast was alright, you can find the usual items like porridge, soya bean, eggs, highly recommend the suzhou noodles from the noodle station. There is heating in the bathroom and bedrooms, which is essential for cold weather. I personally loved the washer and dryer plus the dry styling unit (used it to sanitise our winter jackets). There are also two bathrooms. Staff Wang Haoran was very helpful and made us feel welcomed.

Hotel is nice and clean! Location is da best! Free Self service laundry is provided. And staffs are so friendly and welcoming. Especially 小燕子 很有耐心，也很帮忙呢！ we left our belongings and she help to check delivery for us. 谢谢。

We really enjoyed our stay at Wanhe River View Inn! Even before checking in, we received plenty of information via WeChat on how to get there and about places to see and where to eat nearby. Location is super convenient, only a five minute walk to Shantang Street and a 10 minute bike ride towards Humble Administrator’s Garden/ Pingjiang Road. The room was so beautiful and clean and we absolutely loved the sitting area at the window! We didn’t book the room for the TV experience but loved the feature so much after all! Special Thanks to the nice guy at the reception who was so helpful every time we encountered him! From the warm welcome to bringing our luggage to the car when we left, customer service was outstanding!

Hotel stay experience is exceptional wonderful. Location- just next to the metro station. Very convenient. Below hotel there is a convenient store too. Room- clean and well maintained. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Staff service- super warm and friendly. Always willing to help and greet us: Breakfast- food is quite nice. The noodles station wanton noodles is yummy. We stayed only 2 nights. Its really a nice hotel. Will love to be back again next time.

Our twin room is very spacious and cozy. We loved how the staff speedily gave us an air purifier when we said we smelled some cigarettes smell. It helped refreshing the room fairly quickly. The fixtures and fittings are very useful, from good size of wardrobes, suitcase space, sofa, desk, bed and pillow are reasonably comfortable and not too soft. Housekeeping is very neat and tidy as well. We particularly like the open view from window facing the shopping arcade (traditional low rise houses). Last but not least, we wanna thank Hailey Song for going an extra mile and helped us return a parcel to SF upon check-out. Will recommend others upon their visit to Suzhou :)

Central location. Reception is not very helpful even though we spoke mandarin. Porter left our luggage unattended in hotel lobby and reception confirmed he is newbie. You won’t miss their breakfast. Expected more from Accor.

Stayed 5 nights. Location wise, it's great. Right at the junction into Confucius Temple Walking Street. Plenty of food places. Metro is a short walk away. If you have luggages, better to walk from Confucius Temple Station rather than Wudingmen Station. Better walking conditions, less motorcycles

We had an amazing time in Nanjing. If you’re looking for a place close to the riverside , beautiful scenery, some peace and quiet environment. Best believe this is the hotel for you. The hotel price very affordable, there is room service with a given menu until 10:30 pm. So convenient for late arrivals. We had the balcony riverside view, what a view it was….

The Madison hotel 美仑酒店 is outstanding. While the rooms are starting to age, the service far outpaces any inconvenience due to the room conditions. The manager upgraded me to a larger room that had just been renovated for no extra charge and delivered caring service. He upgraded my room right when a swarm of guests, who all likely booked more expensive rooms that I did, entered the lobby. Yet, the manager prioritized me. That is not to say the older rooms are dirty or uncomfortable, the bedrooms are great, it’s just the bathrooms were due for upgrades during my stay. The service staff responds to requests thoroughly and the front desk staff is genuinely helpful and warm. They helped me look for cheaper booking methods for my reservation and let me check in early. My next trip to 南京 will center around 美仑 again.

A cute hotel with a lovely Korean district right below! So close to the metro station! The room was generally clean and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend given the price!

Old oriental style hotel witha rich history. Look majestic and grand on the outside. (Interior of hotel in many nooks n corners are poorly maintained) Room service is superb. Super comfortable n firm bed. Located right within 太湖 (taihu lake) so you can jog/walk around the beautiful lake and giant ferris wheel in the morning and take in the fresh air. With outdoor pool n gym. Hotel food is mainly big fancy chinese restaurants n buffet. No casual dining . No western selection except the high tea cafe which serves some sandwiches and pasta. Hotel can organise ferry trip to turtlehead island

The hotel is rated as a five-star hotel, but the interior is very old-fashioned and mediocre. The TV is equipment from 15 years ago, and the foreign signal cuts out every five minutes. Although we brought children and the hotel description mentioned child-related amenities, there were no children's bathrobes or slippers. After calling, we were given adult versions instead. The mattress was okay, but the water flow in the bathroom was almost non-existent, and the ceiling shower was basically unusable. When checking in, they directly informed us that there would be no hot water starting from 8 AM the next day, with no apologies, just saying that if you need hot water, don't use it after 8 AM the next day. This is the quality of their five-star rating.

Modern, stunning hotel very close to the airport. Rooms were very clean and tidy with plenty of usb/usbc charging ports. Breakfast was fresh and with a lot of choice. Airport is 5 mins drive away and the hotel offers free drop off service every 30 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

A true smoke-free service apartment. Service of staff is good. Reception went the extra mile in assisting to help book a cab when didi rejected our booking. Not fascinated by the breakfast, though it does get you fill-up. Liked the fermented beancurd with porridge. My kid likes the playroom located next to the breakfast area. He had a short session daily there after we had our breakfast.

This is the 4th time we stay in this hotel, will choose to stay there again when we need to visit Wuxi again. Needless to say to say, it’s located just right at the high speed rail and metro, and many food options in the station. The new and big shopping mall right beside should be ready by now, but we did not go to the mall, so we are not exactly sure. Our colleague said that there’s also a f&b street with drinking pubs just 5 minutes walk away. But do ask for directions if you are interested. This time, the hotel was really nice to upgrade us to the suite rooms, despite us only booking the standard rooms. The room has very big and nice bathroom, wardrobe, with separate bedroom and living room space. Definitely highly recommended.

Very spacious corner room. Room is clean and well ventilated. Buffet breakfast is good but wonder why there was no option for 2 pax (only 1 pax included) during booking. Not many variety but food is tasty! Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable stay for 2 nights

Very beautiful and big room. Breakfast spread is wonderful too. The service staff 小张 and 小李 at the reception counter are marvelous with superb service.

The hotel is super clean, smells nice. Bed is super comfortable and room is nicely designed with automatic curtains. Housekeeping ladies are super kind and did a wonderful job. Some Front desk personnel might not speak English but you can use a translator app, they are very patient and nice. Hotel is conveniently located, few steps from Nanchang road and 10 mins taxi from railway station.
