Lovely position on the Ufer ..river bank ...with car parking( extra charge) within easy walk from town centre for restraunts etc .Excellent breakfast . Rooms are a bit quirky with regard to decor but comfortable and well appointed. There is a roof top bar with great view of the river

Very centrally placed, but coming by car - this is a carfree zone( only pedestrians). Use the Markt Garage and you will be 50-60 m from the hotel( I had to call them and they were not very supportive to give us the tip about using this garage).... When I said I was outside ”marktgarage” then they told me. This information should be printed on the hotel pages. Room: Ok in an old hotel. Airconditon? No - which is not good enough when the summer gives us around 25-30 degrees C in the night. Breakfast: Nothing special( in France or elsewhere in Germany we paid around 10-11 EUR). Here they demanded 19 EUR !!!!! Horrible. Just skip it and go outside - there are cafees just outside and you pay from 6 - 12 EUR depending on what you want.

The erstwhile grandeur of this establishment, now consigned to a rather decrepit condition, compels me to expound on the profound disparities between its current forlorn state and its erstwhile splendor. In its prime, the Hilton Bonn flourished as an exemplar of refined hospitality, eliciting admiration from guests far and wide. From its imposing façade to the lavishly appointed interiors, the hotel exuded an air of opulence and sophistication that was beyond reproach. The staff, an epitome of decorum and competence, attended to the exigencies of guests with an unfaltering sense of professionalism. However, as time has inexorably marched on, the Dorint, as the Hilton now is, has regrettably witnessed a perceptible diminishment in its overall allure. The corridors and communal areas bear the unmistakable signs of wear and tear, manifesting in faded paintwork, chipped furnishings, and carpeting frayed at the edges. The veneer of elegance once so gloriously enshrined now seems tarnished, and the ambiance has become, dare I say, less than inviting. An ignoble decline has not spared the once-esteemed guest accommodations, once ensconced in luxury, but now beset with signs of neglect. The linens, once crisp and pristine, now betray a palpable weariness. The en-suite facilities, while still functional, evoke a sense of antiquation that a property of this repute should long have eschewed. In recent times, even the culinary offerings seem to have lost their lustre, eliciting a sigh of disappointment from those who recall the hotel's exquisite culinary past with reverence. The inventive menus of yesteryear have been replaced with humdrum and unremarkable fare, bereft of the gastronomic delights that once tantalized the taste buds. Regrettably, the staff, too, have not emerged unscathed from this decline. The once-polished and attentive attendants appear to labour under the burden of reduced resources and seem to lack the finesse and polish they once displayed. This conspicuous shift in the quality of service has emerged as a clear blemish upon the establishment's reputation. In conclusion, the Hilton Bonn, despite its storied history and erstwhile reputation, languishes in a state that can only be described as a sad vestige of its former glory. One cannot help but lament the departure from its once-illustrious past, where it stood as a bastion of luxury and refinement. While one may still find moments of solace amidst the shadows of its grandeur, the undeniable truth remains that the Hilton “Dorint” Bonn hotel has seen better days, and one can only hope for a revitalization that would recapture its former splendor.

酒店位置很好，就在旅遊熱點中心。但是，入住有點費勁，根本沒有前台，沒有人。衹能通過電郵，由對方發一個連結，網上填寫訊息後，通過連結操控樓道和房間開門。碰到網絡不好，溝通有誤（我打了電話，結果對方在輸入電子郵件時輸錯了一個字母，導致我始終收不到連結），最好下載一個 whatsup. 房間本身不錯，廚房設備齊全，鍋碗瓢盆、刀叉啥的都有，還有微波爐、小冰箱。另外有一個公共洗衣房。樓梯很窄，沒有電梯，帶大件行李有點費勁，有長者同行不推薦。

Ich war für 2 Tage geschäftlich im Hotel Europa. Das Personal beim Check in sowie beim Frühstück ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral. Leider ist das Hotel sehr alt und entspricht meines Erachtens keinem Standard mehr. Mein Zimmer war sehr klein und extrem hellhörig. Man hört alles im Flur, von den Nachbarn. Ohne Ohropax wäre ich aufgeschmissen gewesen. Die Türen der Zimmer sind normale Holztüren/Zimmertüren, dämmen bzw. Isolieren keinerlei Schall. Zudem ist der Zutritt mit Codes für die Türen gesichert. Diese Automaten sind so laut bei der Bedienung, dass man es auf dem kompletten Stockwerk hört. Das Frühstück sticht heraus und ist sehr reichhaltig. Für eine Nacht geht das Hotel klar, für längere Aufenthalte kann ich es nicht empfehlen.

This hotel is poor at best dirty rooms dimly lit corridors and in area that's very dark at night. On checking in had to wait for 20! Minutes as no one was on reception I rang the number and it just rang on the desk. The room was very dated and shabby and was supposed to be a refursished one. The lights didn't work, fridge or aircon. When I complained I was told it was his 2nd day and he was sorry. The room was only service once in my 5 day stay. I couldn't leave either as the decent hotels were all full. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere. The positive it's close to the next tontge center of town.

I booked this hotel to attend a performance at the opera house, which is very close to it. The hotel is located between the city centre and the Rhine (not far from Kennedy Bridge). The hotel can be reached by a 10-15 minutes ' walk or a short tram ride from the railway station. There is also a car park. The room, on the 7th floor, was cozy, but very functional and clean. With three elevators you don't have to wait. There's a 24h bar and a good breakfast buffet is available from 6 to 10. Check in and check out are quick and not complicated. You can check in and pay online in advance to save time. The staff at the reception is very friendly. I will book again here next time I'm attending the opera.

Man kann gegen das Hotel nichts sagen. Die 4 Sterne sind berechtigt und das was unser Eindruck für eine 2 tägige Reise geboten wurde, war mehr als Fair. Gegenüber ist ein preiswertes Parkhaus (4,50€ pro Tag) und man ist innerhalb von 6-7 bei einen Rewe und der Innenstadt. Uns hat es nur gestört, dass das Ambiente uns sehr an Krankenhaus erinnert, weil im Hotel auch Langzeitmieten für Senioren, welche gepflegt angeboten werden. Wir sind geschäftlich angereist und würden daher eine andere Lokation wählen. Bei einer Privatenanreise sehr gerne wieder. LG
