Never again! I had live bugs in the shower and when I called the desk I was told “oh thats too bad we can’t move you there are no other rooms available” no other help was offered to me, I had to plug the tub drain so no more bugs would crawl out! I have pictures of the stained ceiling and the bugs in this room! No sleep for me thinking that bugs could be anywhere in the room!!

Overall my stay was great!! The first room they assigned had a horrible smell and the air freshener they had plugged in was empty… however when I went down and spoke with reception, they talked to me and asked questions about what I was smelling. They went above and beyond to move me to a different room, and it was wonderful!! So grateful!

They said pet friendly on website but do kot allow cats only dogs. They are supposed to cancle our reservation due to tehir policy change. It supposidly changed last week...

Staff friendly hotel was ok. Breakfast wasn’t all that great. Batter for the waffles was very thin and or watery. Which made burnt hollow waffle crisps instead of waffles. The water to juice ration on the juice machine produce water downed OJ.

Our clerk was great at customer service. She was very busy but kept a calm and pleasant attitude. We had to change rooms because the ac was down in our room and she didn't hesitate to do so which was a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels I've stayed at that made this kind of thing seem like a major inconvenience.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, but needed some work. Beds were not very comfortable and showers weren't always hot. The key system was down while we were there, so that was an added inconvenience. Breakfast was well-stocked, but not maintained for how busy it was.
