We like the amenities the resort offers; closeness to the beach and el Poblado. The resort also has a a good size pool and a small kids pool area. And a good restaurant in property.
The reason I gave a 3 stars score is because the resort needs to be updated. The rooms key system is not working and the front desk person has to escort you to your room every time you need to access your room. Thank goodness they have an excellent/ friendly staff. But, it was a hassle, specially when there were a few of us waiting to be escorted.
The TVs in the room and the beds need to be changed.

We loved it so much we came back with our entire family. The property is not brand new but they do an excellent job maintaining it. The staff is extremely kind, always with a smile and willing to help making you feel so welcome!
We had an issue with the shower and they came immediately to fix it.
The pool area is great with ample space for adults and kids. And so convenient to have direct access to the beach and the Poblado for food, drinks, music and family friendly fun. We definitely recommend.

The hotel have an excellent location; it's extremely close to be beach and El poblado de Boqueron. The rooms are ok, a little bit rusty, however I only used it for sleep.

We loved everything, except that there is no shade in the pool area, and given that it has a kids water park, you would expect shade for babies and parents, but no.
Also, the tiny playground for babies has 2 slides that don’t slide at all cause they have been painted over.
Otherwise, we absolutely this hotel. The fish tacos and homemade burgers were excellent. The gym was in perfect condition and the playroom/playing machines were a hit for my bigger boys.

Lovely exterior and pool area and beach access. The unit was spacious but very dated (kitchen cabinets were falling apart for example) and we had to keep the AC at a chilly 65 or otherwise the tiled floors would be wet due to the humidity. There was no key access, so we had to get a staff member let us in every time we came and went.

Property was experiencing difficulties with door locks, so you had to wait for a staff member to open the door for you every time you got back to your room. Very frustrating.

The property is beautiful. We love the proximity to the beach and to poblado, and to many other beaches. Everything is excellent and the staff is amazing.
