Not a nice area at all. Checked in and the lobby was ok. Got to the room and it smelled horrible. Carpet looked gross and was pulling up in spots. There was a door that led directly outside and it looked like it had been pried open at some point. It was bent and didn’t close properly. The door was directly across from a homeless camp. Room we booked was supposed to have a pullout couch and when we asked about it they said it had broken and they didn’t replace it. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere.

I did not realize this area was occupied by the homeless and that the rooms opened directly into the parking lot. Did not stay here.

First thing they checked someone else into my room. After they tried to tell me I didn’t have a reservation, then told me I wasn’t me because I already checked in they finally admitted it was a “training new staff” error. Then they said the door locks weren’t working as they were approaching a major renovation. The slide hours were awful. Ran out of coffee at breakfast and had to make more. 30 minute wait… for coffee. Homeless camp next door. Cops, fire trucks, and ambulance there multiple times. Was loud. Staff was terribly unfriendly. Housekeeping tried to enter my room while I was showering. The bathrooms in the lobby were locked and couldn’t wash our hands for breakfast except in our room. 3 doors and two elevator buttons later. Also I think I’d a health code violation if you serve food to not have access.

The hotel has sorta of been remodeled. Walls are not painted fully, it's clean enough but is an old hotel. The bathroom mirror frame was mostly unglued from the mirror, the door handles on the bathroom door didn't match and the bathroom had hairs in multiple locations. The linens were clean and the bed was fine.

The place is clean and beautiful for the location. The biggest disappointment was the fact that I booked this hotel did the Jacuzzi that ass out turns out didn't exist. The exercise room is nothing like the photos online. The service was wonderful. I felt bad for the woman working at the front desk having to apologize to 8 different people because management doesn't care about truthful advertising when it comes to what amenities are actually offered. My friend was looking forward to soaking because he was incredibly sore. We specifically chose this hotel because of the amenities. Like I said, the room was clean and large as was the bathroom. Please update your website.

Reasonable hotel for a one night stay, I feel that the hotel need s a renovation.

nice enough! could hear the people talking in the bedroom next to us. Quite limited breakfast. Overall not a bad motel.

The front desk staff were amazing. Checked in early and they were more than happy to help us.

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and always friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and well stocked. The waterside in the pool was fun for the kids. The only downside is the location of the hotel is a pretty run down area.

The only thing that gave us pause was how close the homeless encampment was to the hotel
