Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht und das Bufet ist für den Preis ok. Die Lage ist perfekt.

El personal fue muy amable durante el checking. Las instalaciones de la recepción y del restaurante estaban reformadas y resultaban agradables, no así como el resto del edificio y de las habitaciones a las cuales les vendría bien una reforma. El desayuno fue rico y variado.

Po wejściu hotel robi bardzo fajne wrażenie, ładnie prezentują się części wspólne. Pokoje już wypadają dużo gorzej, zwłaszcza łazienka. Śniadania są w porządku. Duży wybór różnych produktów, niestety kawa z ekspresu niezbyt dobra. Dużym plusem jest bardo bliska odległość od plaży.

Der Service sowie das Essen waren gut für den Preis, reichlich Auswahl und frisch. Die Lage des Hotels ist fast direkt am Strand, jedoch ist es schwierig einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden. Der Balkon vom Zimmer hat einen seitlichen Meerblick gehabt. Empfehlenswert für einen günstigen Aufenthalt in Arenal.

Lift is echt ellendig soms wacht je echt een kwartier totdat je erin kan. Verder echt fantastisch verblijf gehad, locatie en service en hygiene 10/10

i would never go there again,, food was terrible,the veiw was horrible we had staff appartments when we were told we was having a sea veiw,we were all inclusive but only could have wine or larger which none of us drink,so we ate out every day/night wouldnt go there again

Stayed with 2 friends, never again!, We were given a room on the 10th floor, lift only goes to 9 and when we asked how we got to the 10th, the Receptionist made a walking gesture with her fingers and told us to get out at 9 and walk up. It was 3 flights of stairs and we each had a suitcase and hand luggage. Not good. Room was clearly for 2 people but they had shoved another bed in. Two of us could not get out of our beds unless we climbed out the bottom! Shower was old and dated and the shower head kept falling off the holder. One small cupboard for wardrobe space. We asked to use the safe, paid a deposit and the daily rate for as long as we were going to be there but it would not lock. When we reported it we were just refunded our money, no offer of having it looked at or fixed. Large old looking patio area outside the room with 2 old plastic chairs so we could not all sit out together even if we wanted to. Pool is the worst I've ever seen, old, dated, didnt look very clean and freezing. There are no sun lounges but it never seemed to get any sun anyway. Food was awful. We paid for 'all inclusive' but only managed toast for breakfast and ate out all the time we were there so waste of money. Plus side the beach is literally 2 minutes away and there are plenty of bars and restaurants to eat but I would not recommend this hotel ☹️

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff were friendly and doing their best but when they don't get the help from the owners and management they are hitting their heads against a brick wall. The noise is beyond from the doors slamming to the partying in rooms till 7/8 am in the morning so all through the night. The so called restaurant well food canteen to be honest is just about bearable if your hungry. Food is repeated every couple of days. Had chicken with my son who is a chef and it wasn't even cooked it was really bad so we decided to eat out after that. The lifts were a joke and sometimes waiting 10 minutes to get in one. Then they would break down every few days . Put out a ticket on the room door to have the room cleaned came back after being out all day as needed towels and toiletries ie toilet roll wasn't done. The room was done only after complaining at reception after we left the room with the cleaner next door and put a ticked on the door for it to be cleaned and when we came back still not done. So was cleaned once in a week we were there. If your a family and have young children I would definitely stay away. If your a young student and like being up all night with the noise screaming and doors slamming and drunkeness all around then it's for you. Would never ever stay here again even if I was paid to go there. And it's not the staffs fault its the owners and the management at the top to blame. Good points. 1- bed was comfy but couldn't sleep because of the noise. 2-aircon was good. Once we got it working. 3- reception staff done all they could for you. 4-ice cream machine was good and helped to cool you down. 5- location to sea. If you want a great English breakfast and good food all day go to the double Dutch bar beers lagers and lots of choices and the staff are excellent. Also not far from the hotel turn right out of the hotel then left at the bottom and about 100mtres along. 1/10

We read the reviews and were initially a little worried, but we’ve had such a brilliant time here! While it’s true the lifts are a bit of a pain and we did miss a kettle in the room (the British way, we love our tea!) everything else was great. The selection of foods at all three mealtimes were varied and tasty - there was something different at every meal and the wines and beer were also very easy to drink and inoffensive. We had one issue with noise in our stay, which was swiftly and efficiently dealt with by Lourdes. She is such a great member of staff and we’re so grateful to her for making our stay that much more enjoyable. Equally, Jonny and Suly in the restaurant were exceptionally kind and hospitable, thank you both too! The housekeeping team were also very kind and more than happy to help with fresh towels and toiletries. Overall, brilliant location, tasty food, lovely staff and a great stay. Would recommend it to anyone who likes a little bit of atmosphere and a comfortable stay on a budget.

Here now, second day staying here. A little disappointed to say the least, all inclusive limited to 3 drinks at lunch and 3 at dinner. These are half pint glasses and half filled. Red rose.or white wine and San Miguel. That's it I can't drink fizzy drinks and eat at the same time so it's no good for me. Rooms are dated, foyer, restaurant and snack area modern. Snacks between meals very limited, ham and cheese sandwich[no butter so dry] and croissants. Not overly impressed

Typical 3 star hotel. Modest but neat and fairly clean. Located in a compact urban area so the view from the window is directly onto the wall of the neighboring building. Food very good although the selection of fruits and desserts is too small. All inclusive limited to 3 beers at lunchtime and another 3 for dinner. Service friendly and helpful. Location great right next to the beach with a promenade. Easy access to public transport for those who want to explore the island. Overall rating strong 6 out of 10.

I found myself very well, friendly staff, always available, the food was always available and lots of all kinds and very good. The only weak point, when I asked for the room to be cleaned they only changed the towels, the bathroom was not cleaned, the room was full of dust and the floor was dirty.

Terrible hotel. Awful food. Loud guests at night makes it impossible to sleep. Not the place for families and seems more geared towards young tourists who are only interested in drinking and constant partying.
