Premier Inn Bracknell (Twin Bridges)

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting my son, daughter in law and grandson and had a lovely stay. We ate in the restaurant on the Sunday night and served by Kayleigh who was brilliant. We ate breakfast on the Monday and Tuesday and we had my son and daughter in law with us too, Kayleigh served us on both occasions and was brilliant always asking how my grandson was, and made him a little pack up too, so he didn’t miss out. We used to go to the other premiere inn in Bracknell but this is our now go to premiere inn, we will be back soon , thank you all the staff and especially Kayleigh in the restaurant

Great location and good service. Very convenient and close to legoland. Unfortunately the room card system wasn’t working when we arrived so we were given the security key which was fine and no problem. The room was clean and spacious. However, due to the heatwave this made for a very unpleasant stay. The hotel has no air con, like a lot of premier inns and the heat was unbearable, we barely slept. Not a lot the staff could do, even the corridors were like ovens. We would definitely return, just not in the middle of summer.

First impressions are everything, when you pull up the beefeater next door is no longer and the signage is missing so looks like it’s closed down , premier inn entrance is located around the back. Check in was smooth and the receptionist was very welcoming , we had two rooms both on the lower floor. Our room was a family one. Usual premier inn standard , clean bedding and everything where it should be ,second room tho still had rubbish in the bin and also empty drink cans under the bed - we reported this to reception the following morning and the room was re-cleaned Only thing I can complain about, we were in room 5 and people stood outside the reception smoking and having the widow open the smell/smoke drifted in. Has a restaurant attached , ate breakfast and evening meal here both very good and all staff we interacted with were great ! We stayed here as going to legoland and it’s perfect - 20 minute drive

Excellent comfort and great service. The room was a comfortable temperature, was quiet, was well-equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and check-in was efficient. Breakfast is cooked to order and was very tasty.

The breakfast was lovely. Poached egg cooked just right. Very quiet in the restaurant now that premier inn own it. But we preferred it as you were served straight away and the breakfast was fresh. The room was ok but could have done with a vacuum, dust in the corners and the edges of the bed. The bathroom was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly

Superb service from the team at Twin Bridges,great food,clean rooms.My second stay here and I will be making it a monthly stay as I’m so pleased with the operation.Special credit to Ashleigh,Leah and Bruno for their hard work.I can thoroughly recommend this hotel to all travelers,either solo like myself or families.
