Had difficulties with other groups in the accommodation due to my daughter being special needs, the staff were absolutely fantastic in this situation! Pepz was incredible in making sure my daughter felt safe during a difficult time and offered alternatives due to guests not being ok with special needs customers

The room was great, very comfortable and warm. The pizza was amazing! The team made the stay brilliant! Especially Ame who always had a smile on her face :) Definitely a big recommendation to anyone looking for a pleasant place to stay with a team who will make you feel at home!

We could not access the room initially with key cards, after access the bed was not made duvet looked laid on. We complained moved room. Next there was no hot water to shower dispite reporting 4 hours prior to needing to shower to go out. Bed uncomfortable. Will not choose this hotel again.

This is my first time staying at the Bracknell travelogue and I will say it was a grand time though out my 2weeks. special thanks to Pepz Mini Chef— Ivan And thanks to the clearing team for keep everywhere nice and smell good it really feels like home quiet and peaceful

Came here at the start of January received Lovely service . I was. locked out my room and pepz was right on the case helped alot. My window was point out by the main door with people talking outside smoking at night but they can't help that amazing experience

Abdul and Ame were fantastic and helpful, as I was stranded by the weather warnings and issues beyond my control, they managed to secure me a room which was affordable and nice. I will not hesitate to give them a promotion and a pay rise if I was an employer as they perform beyond excellence. Thank you Ame and Abdul.
