Abdul and Ame were fantastic and helpful, as I was stranded by the weather warnings and issues beyond my control, they managed to secure me a room which was affordable and nice. I will not hesitate to give them a promotion and a pay rise if I was an employer as they perform beyond excellence. Thank you Ame and Abdul.

The receptionist was very rude and it was very noisy. I had to leave through the night when complained asked to leave.

Perfect stay during the holidays . Hotel situated near town centre, local.pubs and bus stations made it so convenient for us non -drivers to visit town centre and other places.Room was spotless, Breakfast was excellent . Would like to thank everyone especially Pepz,Ame,Ivan for all their help. would be visiting once again .

We stayed here when visiting Lapland UK and the Windsor Illuminations as it’s not far away. Ideal location for Lapland UK or for going to Legoland.

Great location for Lapland uk or Legoland. Free parking always a bounus and if you want to. Go into London for the day 1hour on the train. Shopping center is close by walking distance. Staff were lovely and accommodating too.

I stay here for work sometimes. very clean hotel friendly staff and always service at the highest level. Have some bar where you can find drinks and food as well. The pizza here was very tasty . Thanks for Pepz , Ivan, Mini always amazing ❤️ Lovely

Don't bother with breakfast it's a rip off. Dirty cutlery. Rooms are very tired and very hot. Not worth the extortionate price. Needs refurbishing totally and a good scrub
