Premier Inn Bradford Central

Me and my partner had a really good sleep. The staff was really helpful. Ange was the best. Had a good laugh. The staff was really friendly. And would definitely go again.

The room was very comfortable as are all premier inn rooms The reception staff could have been a bit more friendly but the breakfast staff were lovely. The hotel is ideally situated for all the attractions. The premier inn website could be more informative about the directions of where to park as the postcode for the car park led us to a car park that wasn't 24 hours. It wasn't until we were checking into the hotel that there was information about a car park behind the hotel that is 24 hours and only £1.50. We obviously moved our car but it would have been better to park in that car park first.

A family room for 2 adults and 2 children at a cost of £35 per night I thought was a Bargain. Kids also had breakfast free with 2 paying adults. We stayed for 3 nights with no issues. Packing in the leisure exchange for £10 for 7 days and you can come and go as you please. Staff were friendly throughout.

This is the worst service I’ve received from any hotel, not even travel lodge that just a lodge. 4 hours after we booked and paid our room was not ready to be moved into at 1:30am after our 4 hour journey from London. The 2 lady staff on duty were absolutely horrendous. I couldn’t believe this was a Premier Inn.

Made a payment at 10:30pm and arrived the premises.at 1:30am. On arrival, we were told there was no room available after making a payment and long trip. It was so terrible we had to wait at the lounge for an hr before we were taken to our room to sleep.

Arrived to a very pleasant and warm welcome by the Receptionist who checked us in. Explained the facilities. Bar service. Breakfast options. Arrived at our room which was very clean warm and comfortable. Hard a very good nights sleep. Parking is available very close by and not expensive. Had to leave early so never got to sample the breakfast. We would definitely stay again.

I haven't actually stayed here yet, in Bradford. I rang up for advice about logistics. Had the most loveliest, professional, customer service! Thank you Kyle!!!!!! Really appreciate your inside knowledge of train times! So useful! Thank you x

We were checked in on arrival, this took around 15 minutes as the computer kept crashing, we weren’t asked about breakfast so when I requested breakfast this took even longer as the system wouldn’t add the breakfast. When we got to our room on the 9th floor the key didn’t work so I had to go back to reception and get another room key( they said the key cutting g machine wasn’t working properly) The room was grubby, I feel housekeeping was very poor. There was tea/coffee spilt down the wall near the kettle. There was a brown mark on the light switch near the mirror( I’m hoping was make up) There was an enormous ********** on the shower curtain, stains in the toilet bowl, the shower gel dispenser in the shower didn’t work and the carpet was grubby. The room was extremely warm during the night. I tried to put the air in on but the fan was noisy.

I wish I could get everyone's names in this review I'm doing but there's just soooo many people who work here who have been absolutely amazing! We arrived here on around the 6th of March 2024 and have been here till around the 11th of March. Every manager has been soooo great and welcoming from yhr start to the end. A lovely gentleman helped me with getting taxis and phoned one for me when I was struggling to get to the hospital to a very lovely young manager on the day who was rlly kind and sweet. Talked to me for a while and it was really interesting 🥹. But I have got one name.. Her name is Sarah and she has been working nights while I have been here and she is a star and a half! She dealt with situations accordingly with absolute professionalism. Just like I reported smokers on level 5 and she swiftly dealt with that and sorted it without any problems! She needs 5 stars especially! But overall all the staff have been great and if I ever come back to Bradford well this is the place I would stay without hesitation.
