Ulasan Premier Inn Braintree (A120)

I stay in premier inns all the time for business and this is the worst I have stayed in for a long time as it needs a refurb and some TLC. Carpets are thread bare, mould in the bath room, mastic hanging off, holes in the walls, curtains hanging off and unbearably hot due to no air con. The only positive is the bed is comfy

Went for a business trip. The tvs didn't work the excise was that it was due to the storm, which is fine we wernt really watching them as we were there on business, but the WiFi didn't work, was extremely intermittent and really put us behind this was not helpful at all so we had to go and find somewhere with wifi

Does exactly what it says on the tin ;P Clean, comfy, friendly staff and cheap. I would definitely use the Mulberry Tree Premiere Inn again and if you are looking for a reasonably priced comfy clean room then I'd recommend a stay here to anyone

Hotel wasn’t too bad but I was expecting an unlimited breakfast but I didn’t realise my hot food had to be ordered and the only unlimited options were the pastries. Also, very disappointed in the fact that I had to pay for decent WiFi as the free version hardly works better than my mobile data.

We had such a great stay, the hotel staff were so very friendly and helpful, we would like to mention bridie, Clare, Caroline and milly for all there great hospitality, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you so much for a lovely stay :)

This accommodation did not meet the expected standard. When we arrived our room smelt of cigarette smoke. The receptionist was very apologetic and found an alternative room for us. However there was nobody else to help move a camp bed into our new room so my husband ended up moving the bed with the poor receptionist, as there was no one else available to help her, as the place is clearly understaffed. Unfortunately, the bathroom in the new room also smelt of cigarettes. This place has a very tired feeling about it and we will definitely not be returning.

We stayed one night to attend a wedding locally. The staff were so kind in getting our room ready early so we could check in and all be ready for the event. They were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious and the breakfast was fantastic!

Lovely people who looked after us very well & very clean room. Good facilities & very handy for the wedding we attended. Would definitely stay again. Gave us a very reliable friendly taxi service. & all staff were extremely helpful & even got my wife a coffee.

The staff are absolutely brilliant, from the cleaning staff to those on reception. We stay here frequently and they are always lovely and happy to help! The hotel has always been clean and staff went above and beyond to help my boyfriend make me feel special🥰 Thank you to the premier inn team, it really meant so much!

Great location, brilliant value for money and they have a breakfast buffet! Free car park and security great. My sleep here was quiet, room was clean and staff very helpful and friendly. The shower was lovely and rooms are spacious too. Will stay again.

Everything after a long journey from Greece was spot on. Really nice room, spotlessly clean. Lots of piping hot water for a relaxing shower. Well cooked evening meal. Excellent bed and great breakfast selection. We will definitely go again.

Staff, particularly Claire and another lady who I didn’t get her name, were great, really friendly and helpful. However, one of the beds was slightly uncomfortable, we couldn’t sort the heating so the room was warm at night and other guests were loud going to their rooms. Hotel is a bit dated, no rooms with separate showers and I thought the staff in the Brewer’s Fayre were not particularly welcoming-told to sit in bar area when just having a drink, but not really a nice bar area to sit in so went to our rooms. As above though I couldn’t fault the hotel staff.

Me and my wife had a one night stay due to coming down to see friends and was very impressed with how friendly every one was. I had a call to ask if we had any special requests from a lovely and friendly lady called Bridy and she booked us a ground floor room. Our room was clean and spacious and the ladies on reception were very helpful, overall a very nice stay and would come back.

Great staff as usual but as normal the company ripping people off. Was about 1 hour early so enquired on the off chance the room was ready which it was but had to pay £10 to check in early. Absolute daylight robbery irrespective of the early check in charge as the room was ready. Travel Lodge from now on.
