Bom Dia ! Fiquei, em um quarto standart acessível, sem solicitar, poderiam no check-in me avisar pelo menos, relatei que a pia do banheiro estava entupida, não houve providências, solicitei 2 cobertores, só fui atendido na 2a. solicitação. Pelo padrão do Hotel, são detalhes simples á atender.

This hotel is my preferred one because of the service and room quality. The reception is very kind and the checkin is always a good experience today Cesar help me a lot with a quick and clear process. The checkout is also a good experience with a good staff.

Funcionários super amáveis e competentes. Café da manhã excelente. Jantar com boa comida mas o ar condicionado super frio do restaurante esfria muito a comida tornando a experiência um pouco desagradável. Um ponto muito negativo é a ”máquina” de perfume logo na entrada do saguão deixando o local extremamente perfumado e enjoativo. O material de limpeza dos quartos também tem muito perfume , o que não foi bom. Viajei com uma amiga que é muito sensível a cheiros e detestou a experiência. Com certeza se voltarmos a Brasília não poderemos nos hospedar lá. Apesar dos pontos positivos , não seria uma opção para uma próxima viagem.

Local muito bom, atendimento também muito bom, café da manhã agradável, único ponto negativo é você pagar uma reserva cara, jantar caro, e ainda pagar mais de 100 reais por alguns doces ou chocolates e até água, no quarto, valor totalmente abusivo, no mais tudo tranquilo

I stayed at Windsor Brasilia for a business trip. I got an early flight so I arrived at the hotel 9:30 that means I needed an early check in. Luckily Thayssa from the front desk made that happen and I had just to pay a breakfast fee. Plus she was so nice to get me a room upgrade so I got a room with a nice and cozy bathtub. Breakfast is really good and Antonio, restaurant manager, is always available to make sure you get everything you need (I recommend the omelette and the nespresso which is free in the breakfast). The room is really good, nice bed, and strong shower. AC is built in so sometimes I had a hard time to control the temperature during the night (too cold from time to time). Hotel amenities are also really good. Nice swimming pool, gym fits the purpose for an aerobic exercise (life fitness treadmills) and a roomy lobby. Employees are always nice and really try to do the needful to help you. Hotel location is central in Brasilia. Just 15 minutes from the international airport and 2 minutes walking from a Shopping Center where you can have lunch for example at Outback Steakhouse. In a nutshell, Windsor Brasilia has the best benefit-cost ratio in town.

A great place to stay. Well located with comfortable and spacious rooms. Close to a shopping center in case you need to but things or want to have some food. Excellent value, well trained and very friendly staff. The only thing that needs improving is the breakfast, it was very basic and needed better quality food with a greater variety of options. I would definitely consider returning and staying here again.

The hotel is really well located, everyone was really kind to us. It's a great cost benefit for a couple. The AC wasn't working properly but no big deal. We're definitely going back.

On the website that rhymes with Pagoda, I booked the Melia21 hotel, but in this large 5-towerd block, I wound up in this serviced apartment building, which is not okay, but prepaid and tired, that is what it was. The building is next to the TV tower, which is a nice attraction and has a great market nearby; this is an advantage. The infrastructure is okay; there are two malls with all essentials nearby. But this is a low-service place, no SIM cards, no ATM, no outlets for non-Brazilian electricity anywhere. The lobby is a very small, low-ceilinged room. The place is a bit tricky to find for Ubers, which are crucial here. Reception is friendly though. The suites have two rooms, which is nice, and I had a great view of the TV tower. But this is clearly a three to four star property, nothing five-star about it. And all is a bit tired and faded, but that is true about the entire city. Functional at best! The bathroom was very three-stars, with often towels not replaced and not even toothbrushes etc. Aircon was working but with glitches and needed some workaround to be silent. The pool, as one can see, is a dipping pool only - swimming is impossible. Breakfast was at best okay - one day, there even was no coffee, of which there is only one kind, in a kind of urn. No vegs at all, just fruit, cold cuts, bakeries (often dry) and industrial egg, bacon, fried bananas (good) and some warm bakery. Not a gourmet experience but edible, three star at best. Altogether, functional, spacy, clean, faded, simple, a bit rough - and no pool. That is to be considered when one books the place in a city such as Brazil.
