Hotel Brasov dengan Gim

Clean room, working air-conditioning, lots of bathroom counter space in the bathroom, comfortable bed. Free parking right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing every morning. Only negatives were that the mini-bar in room was not cold enough & there was a situation with the nighttime attendant: we tried to set our in room air conditioning to 21°C. The night attendant came up to our room, after having adjusted our room thermometer via his cellphone app (making it warmer) & he seemed concerned that we had set the temperature so low. We had to assure him that this was purpose, as we like our bedroom cold at night. We just thought it was odd that he felt comfortable enough to adjust our temperature remotely, before talking to us first.

We arrived several hours before checking in. The mall was just around the corner, so we left our luggage there and went shopping. We came back and checked in. The room is quite large, and the bathroom is a good size. the bathtub was HUGE ( we used it both nights because it was so nice). The breakfast was the best breakfast we have had in our 8 country tour. A great variety of options and a good amount of food. Great value, nice location, and nice rooms!

It was the most amazing experience that i had in a hotel until now,at least from Romania,you find everything that you dream of:super good services,all the facilities that you need:spa,billiards,the rooms are amazing,super tasty,various and fresh food at breakfast....an amazing experience,words can t describe what a great feeling I have after this...I can t wait to come back,thank you for all this great experience in just one day 😊🤩

Nice room overlooking the square and hill with the Brashov Sign but room was too warm and the air con would only go down by a couple of degrees. Not safe to leave window open as easy to move from one balcony to the next. The bath was very welcome and great views from my room!

¡Lujo por fuera y viejo por dentro, todo fachada! Llegamos en julio y estuvimos 5 noches. El primer día llegamos tarde porque veníamos de otra ciudad lejana que queríamos visitar, y resulta que nos encontramos en la recepción con un huésped, quejándose de que su habitación no tenía aire acondicionado y que era difícil de aguantar, con un calor de 38 Cº afuera. Yo le pregunté que si lo que hemos reservado tenía aire acondicionado y me dijo que no. Lo que pasaba que es un hotel de 4 estrellas con parte del edificio de 3 estrellas y esa ala costaba 84 € /noche y no tenía ascensor ni aire acondicionado, una locura para los sueldos en Rumania. Tuvimos que pagar 40 € de diferencia por noche de suplemento para qué nos alojaran en una habitación con aire acondicionado y ascensor. Me parece un poco estafa que no pongan claro la falta de aire acondicionado, sobre todo en verano. Aparte de que todos estos días el desayuno muy escaso y más de lo mismo, en restaurante de 3 estrellas cutre... ¡No es oro todo lo que reluce!

Staying at this hotel in the heart of Old Town was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable, surrounded by historic charm and only a short stroll from iconic landmarks, quaint shops, and fantastic restaurants. It made exploring so easy and enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast—simply outstanding! Each morning, the hotel offered an array of fresh, delicious options, from pastries to seasonal fruit. We stayed in a junior suite and it was cozy. The bed was amazing. The staff were warm and friendly. For anyone looking to experience the charm of Old Town with all the comforts of a wonderful stay, this hotel a top choice. Can’t wait to return!

The service was excellent from the check in which was made by Roxana to the restaurant, SPA and the housekeeping staff. The rooms are very nice, vintage but modern, you feel the experience of the mountain side, the fresh air. The SPA is very modern, the inside pool and outside jacuzzi were amazing, so relaxing and comfortable. Răzvan from front office was very nice also, helpful, but i would like to thank from the bottom of my heart to Miruna, who served us at the restaurant, she made my stay outstanding, always smiling and asking if everything was alright, very efficient and friendly. By the way, the food was delicious. WHORTY!! SIMPLY THE BESY !

Beautifully situated. The greenery around the hotel is just amazing ! The rooms are clean and spacious. The pillows and bed were comfortable. We arrived at night and had an open buffet . The food was tasty , salads were really good , but on the other hand there wasn’t much variety in the main dishes , potatoes with cheese but no rice . The breakfast was also good , there was variety . The waiters were courteous and polite no one got nervous or angry with you like other places in Romania . Overall it was a great stay !!! Thank you

A wonderful hotel, to a wonderful place! The staff was very friendly and kind! The facilities were very good! The bedroom was vey nice and comfortable! A very clean room and very clean hotel too! We came from Greece to Brasov and our experience was great! Thank you all the staff for everything and keep going the same way you work and welcomed the visitors!! You are super!!
