Was there for a night. Very basic hotel. The breakfast have to book in advance. We took the dim sum. Came with a small bottle of orange juice. It food was cold. No hair dryer provided. Overall the morning shift staff was very good and friendly. Speak good English too. They have car park available.

Very nice hotel with modern and clean facilities. most important was the great service and hospitality, especially K Phojanaluck at the reception.. she seems to be there all the time, ever ready to help with advice, speaks good English, always with a smile. She is a great ambassador for the hotel. It was low season, so understand that the breakfast spread was reduced, but the quality of the food and service was certainly not compromised. Location was very good... 5 min walk to the nearest mall with wide selection of food. Tallest building in the area... So great view to wake up to. Highly recommended!

We enjoy stay in this hotel with balcony and big corner room. This is good stop hotel before we go to Krabi. Good gardening for relax in morning or evening.

My favorite hotel in Trang. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Speaks very good English. Lobby and Rooms were perfectly clean. Beautiful lobby to relax and enjoy the quiet atmosphere. Bed was very comfortable. Shower Water was VERY clean. Best of the 8 hotels I stayed at in Trang. Perfect for wash hair and shower. Excellent location... close to the best coffee shops and restaurants. Only 5-minute drive to Robinsons mall. We will always stay here during our monthly trips to Trang.

Eine liebevoll angelegte ältere Hotelanlage, die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alle Angestellten sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wer die totale Ruhe mag und den Tag im Hotel verbringen möchte ist hier bestens bedient. Der Strandabschnitt gegenüber der Hotelanlage war wirklich schmutzig, hier geht niemand baden. Der Pool dagegen war sauber, aber mit max 1,20m auch sehr flach. Es liegt mindestens 2,5km von sämtlichen Aktivitäten entfernt, also braucht man Moped oder Taxi um zu kleineren Shops oder Imbissen zu kommen. (liegt genau an der Hauptstr. durch den Wald, da läuft man eher nicht) Es gibt keinen 7/11 innerhalb von etwa 10km Umkreis, wenn man ein paar Dinge braucht muss man die bei Anreise mitbringen. Das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen im Restaurant sehr lecker.

Booked this place from trip.com Chompu nakarin apartment We had booked a normal standard room. I would say it’s a ok ok place if you are looking just for a 1 day stay then It’s fine I wouldn’t recommend going his place for more days as the bed was good but the bedsheets was clean too still had big stains on it Also the washroom of this room when u turn on the lights it make a loud noise non stop till u don’t turn it off it’s very annoying and we could hear a lot of noise from the next doors most of the time as the walls are thin and you don’t feel much privacy The Lady at the reception is very helpful and polite she also let us check out 1 hour late for free as he had our bus after few hours of the check out that’s a good thing, they have a lot of parking area for bikes and cars for the guest and a big lobby near the reception to sit n chill Overall I would give 3.5/5

Fantastic hotel! It's near to the city centre, but not noisy. When we arrived the little old lady was very keen to show us her new restaurant kitchen (of which she is very proud), so I obliged & went to have a quick look. The bedrooms are clean & spacious. I wasn't sure whether to book at Usabuy as there are some negative comments on the reviews, but there are NO bad tempered dogs in the street and the place is very clean. The bathroom looks as if it has been tiled recently. The staff were all very friendly and efficient.

โรงแรมค่อนข้างเงียบและผู้เข้าพักไม่มากเนื่องจากโรงแรมใหญ่มากจึงทำให้มีห้องว่างเยอะโดยรวมแล้วสะดวกสบายดี

We took the standard family room which is good for 6 Pax. It was super spacious. There is a huge balcony with seatings & drying rack. The en-suite toilet is also on the balcny. Before I go on, I have to commend Tanny. Despite the super wet weather, she recommended a few places for us to go and she speaks good English. The room comes with bottled water, kettle, coffee & tea, clean fluffy towels, hairdryer and plenty of sockets (however they are not international sockets so you”ll need adaptor). Bathroom comes with assorted toiletries, toothbrush, shower cap, cotton buds, shower gela and shampoo. The room is very well equipped and very clean. On the ground floor there is a water dispenser (cold & hot) and a small snack bar where you can purchase instant noodles, crisps etc. The interior is most wood so it's pretty cosy. The location is at a tiny residential area with free parking for around 12 cars. It is very central. Everything in town is not more than 30mins stroll. The only downside would be the absence of lift so, if there ia anyone with movement difficulties, you might vwanna call ahead to see if the ground floor rooms are still available. But mas, you need to climb 2 floors on easy stairways. Totally recommended and will surely stay here if I ever go to Trang again.

While we had a nice stay at Sevenseas Resort, I have to say that I was a bit disappointed. This is in my view not in any way a 4 star resort - and not value for money when considering the price! I stayed 3 nights with 2 friends. The hotel is quite worn and could definitely need an update. The third bed in our the room was a mattress on the floor, and when we arrived there was no mosquito net covering this bed. This was however fixed on the second day after we alerted the reception. However, the interior of the room was simply not convenient in any way. It was mostly made up by a huge king size bed (very comfortable), but there was no place put any stuff or your suitcase. The outdoor bathroom was almost the same size as the room, and here was put the wardrobe, but really, in such a humid heat, we had no wish to put our clothing out in the humid bathroom. So really not a smart design of the rooms. We heard that the beachside villas are nicer and more updated. The area of the hotel is indeed nice, right on the beautiful beach, you have an option to rent snorkeling equipment or kayaks/SUPs, and with plenty of sunbeds to lounge on. The restaurant was so-so, food was ok, but nothing special I'm afraid, and we ended up having our meals in restaurants in other resorts on the island. Lastly, while the staff were all very friendly, smiling and accommodating, the service level was quite off, it's like there was missing some efficiency and management, as if each staff had his or her task, and they would never stray away from that. So for example, there could be dirty and empty dishes sitting on tables in the restaurant for extremely long, because the two waiters who were just standing looking at their phones clearly were not tasked with cleaning up tables, and the guy who did that was not there... And in the morning, there was one filter coffee machine, extremely slow, for all those guests... So overall, while a nice hotel and beautiful surroundings, I was disappointed and would not call this a 4 star hotel.

This is a split review. The hotel is every bit as spectacular as it looks in the pictures. It’s built on what appears to be a giant sandbar coming out of the east coast of the island and is beautifully laid out with the restaurant at the tip to make breakfast and dinner a visual experience. The rooms are great and like most others suggest I would pay up for the beachfront so you can get the best of nature and especially sitting outside for the slow sun rise if you’re an early bird like me. The hotel is located perfectly - a 2 minute walk from the village. Thereafter everything becomes a bit difficult and it’s like the hotel is battling to take away from you what it has given with the surroundings. The shower is barely more than a trickle and is annoying because you need 3 or 4 per day with the heat and sand. The breakfast is awful - too spicy, covered in flies, overcooked or soggy and old. Note though that the evening restaurant is excellent. They charge to use their bikes and kayaks. Don’t do that Silvalai, it’s cheap. There’s not enough water in the room so you are compelled to buy the premium brands. They have 3 shops but I’ve never seen any of them open. The pools are lined with plastic not tiles. There’s quite a lot of rubbish lying around on the pier-side walk to the village. Koh Mook is a great place to spend 3 or 4 days and if you do come Silvalai is the best option, and I enjoyed it, but they are several tweaks away from being a top resort in my opinion.

Very outdated resort and needs a complete upgrade. The location makes up for all their problems as it is right on a long stretch of beach and the bungalow we booked was very spacious with views over the ocean. Air-conditioner worked but sounded like a tractor, the shower head is ancient and hardly works, the wheels fell off the bed when we moved it slightly. The sewerage outlet pipe runs straight into the property which is very unhygienic.too many issues to mention. Breakfast was not worth eating either so before you book if it's only for price then that may be fine but if you are looking for a clean updated place this is not for you. On the plus side the ”customer relations” person and other staff are very kind and helpful.

Соотношение-цена-качество для этого отеля на острове Ко Мук очень неплохое. Расположен удобно, везде пешком дойти можно До пляжа Чарли Бич ехали на тук-туке, а до Силави пешком-5 -8 минут неспешным шагом. Завтрак подают прямо в номер. Чистенько, убирают по твоему заказу. Не хватало тумбочек прикроватных. Территория красивая, зеленая. Персонал вежливый и готов выполнить все пожелания ваши. Посмотрев другие отели на острове, могу спокойно рекомендовать этот отель для остановки. До острова добирались с Транга- такси за 1.5 часа довезло. На остров арендовали лодку за 600 Бат, чтобы не ждать паром. Брали экскурсию на Крадан и в пещеру за 700 Бат.. Изначально на нем хотели остановиться. Снорк на Крадане хороший, но никаких едален, кроме отельных нет. На Ко Муке с этим без проблем-много ресторанчиков. В последний день брали стейки рыбные на кило, кальмаров, и лобстера небольшого и сок. За все отдали 760 бат на двоих. На Ко Липе ценник уже был выше на весь сиафуд. На Липе на скоростной лодке добирались. Билеты можно спокойно на месте купить. Все лежаки, если покупаешь что-нибудь из еды- бесплатные. Мы брали сок. На ЧарлиБич очень понравился ресторанчик-и вид красивый и еда вкусная. Остров менее тусовочный, чем Липе. Туристов не много, и в этом прелесть его. Опять на него вернулась бы на несколько дней, чтобы поснорклить на Крадане.

We stayed at Pawapi Resort for 2 nights only after unfortunately making a bit of a mistake with the original accommodation we booked - which wasn't great at all! We had a sea view villa, our villa was one of the last ones in the row at the back but it was still really nice. The villa itself is HUGE. Don't expect it to be super modern, they are slightly dated inside but this is still a relatively underdeveloped island compared to others in Thailand, so considering this we were really impressed. It was extremely clean, comfortable and everything worked perfectly - the aircon was amazing (it was almost too cold at times!) and the shower was great. The infinity pool is stunning, really well maintained, quiet with there always being sun loungers and parasols available. The view over the beach is a real highlight. The beach it's on it beautiful, the sun rises are stunning. It's really quiet yet only a 5 min walk to the beach restaurants and bars so really conveniently located. It is on the expensive side in comparison to other accommodation you can get on the island, but my advice would be to be pay that little bit more if you want something on the nicer side.

We zouden hier 5 nachten blijven, maar de eerste nacht was een van onze bungalows niet beschikbaar, dus even een nachtje elders op het resort. Ook was een kamer van mindere kwaliteit dan we geboekt hadden, maar hiervoor kregen we keurig geld terug. De huisjes waren prima, gelegen in een grote tuin die goed onderhouden werd. In de tuin kon je ook gemasseerd worden, was lekker en heel goed! Er werd geen ontbijt maar wel koffie geserveerd, dus we hadden een voorraad koekjes aangeschaft. Voor de lunch en het avondeten moet je een kwartiertje lopen door het bos en je kwam dan uit bij Fisherman's Kitchen, een uitstekend en goedkoop restaurant. In de avond gingen we nog even naar een soort bar voor niet-moslims. Je kon ook lekker koud bier meenemen naar de bungalows. Het resort ligt afgelegen en is alleen geschikt als je er een brommertje huurt bij het resort om het eiland over te gaan, dan heb je alle vrijheid. Je kunt ook een private tour boeken om het hele eiland te bezoeken of een boot reserveren voor een dugong-tour. Een wandeling door het achterland is ook een aanrader. Eigenlijk heb je hier aan 3 à 4 nachten genoeg. Het personeel is heel hulpvaardig. Door een storm was het onmogelijk om naar een volgend eiland te varen, maar er werd een fantastisch alternatief aangeboden over het vasteland: 5 verschillende vervoermiddelen sloten op de minuut aan op het volgende traject. Chapeau!

Reef Resorts success is due to what you can’t see! Not only do rooms have facilities that others don’t… a kettle, aircon, fridge etc., they have Kradan’s best Thai food and management…Italian Genta and local Jack, who totally interact with guests all day long…in meeting every need, in little gestures, in fun, jokes, games around the bar with other guests and when you’ve been here a few days their staff get to know you personally and interact too… it becomes like being on holiday with friends snd family!

ผมมานอนห้อง deluxe sea breeze (ไม่ติดทะเล,ที่พักอยู่ด้านหลัง) 1 คืน ราคาประมาณ 3,600 บาท พนักงานต้อนรับอัธยาศัยดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ผมมาเที่ยวกับแฟน และเพื่อนอีก 1 คน มาถึงที่พักตอนประมาณเวลา 18:30 ผมกับแฟนนอนที่เดอ ธารา พอเก็บของเสร็จ(เจ้าหน้าที่มาเปิดแอร์ไว้ให้ แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็นแต่ยังไม่มีน้ำรั่ว) แล้วออกไปส่งเพื่อนที่พักอีกที่หนึ่ง ราคาประมาณ 800 บาท ไปถึงที่พักของเพื่อน เจ้าหน้าที่มาต้อนรับด้วย welcome drink และแจ้งว่ามีปัญหาเรื่องห้องน้ำมีน้ำรั่ว ให้รอแก้ไขสักครู่หนึ่ง เพื่อนเลยตัดสินใจฝากของไว้แล้วออกไปรับประทานอาหารกันระหว่างรอแก้ไข วันนั้นผมไปเที่ยวเกาะต่างๆ ดำน้ำทั้งวัน แล้วเข้าเกาะมุกมาเพื่อรับประทานอาหาร และรีบพักผ่อนเพราะเหนื่อยมาทั้งวัน พอผมรับประทานอาหารเสร็จ ผมกลับห้องมาตอนประมาณ 20:40 มีน้ำแอร์หยดเต็มพื้นห้อง และ แอร์ไม่เย็น โทรแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ตอน 20:44 ได้รับคำตอบว่าเดี๋ยวจะมาดู เวลาผ่านไป 30 นาที ยังไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่มาดูแอร์ให้ ผมเลยเดินไปแจ้งที่เคาร์เตอร์อีกครั้ง ถึงมีเจ้าหน้าที่เดินตามมาดูให้พร้อมผ้าเช็คเท้า 1 ผืน สรุปคือเจ้าหน้าที่กลุ่มแรกแก้ไขไม่ได้ มาเช็ดทำความสะอาดให้อย่างเดียว แล้วตามช่างอีกที ช่างซ่อมเสร็จเวลาประมาณ 22:00 , ระหว่างซ่อมผมก็นั่งๆนอนๆอยู่ในห้องพูดคุยสอบถามทั่วไป เจ้าหน้าที่พูดเหมือนว่าเรื่องแบบนี้เกิดขึ้นบ่อย เป็นปกติ ผมก็งงๆว่าผมต้องทำใจยอมรับให้คุ้นชินกับเรื่องแบบนี้หรอ, ระหว่างซ่อม แฟนผมก็พยายามติดต่อกับผู้จัดการไปด้วย เพราะเจ้าหน้าที่หน้างานไม่สามารถตอบคำถาม หรือ หาทางแก้ไขอื่นๆ ได้นอกจากรอซ่อม (เช่น ถ้าซ่อมไม่ได้จะให้ไปนอนไหนเพราะห้องอื่นๆเต็มหมดแล้ว รอซ่อมนานเป็นชั่วโมงแล้วมีชดเชยอะไรไหม) เจ้าหน้าที่หน้างานบอกให้โทรศัพท์คุยกับเบอร์ ********** ซึ่งยังไม่ใช่ผู้จัดการอยู่ดี ตอบคำถามไม่ได้เช่นกัน ได้แต่ย้อนถามมาว่าช่างยังไม่ไปดูหรอค่ะ(แฟนผมถามชื่อคนที่คุยด้วย เผื่อได้คุยกับผู้จัดการ แล้วจะได้เช็คว่าที่คุณแจ้งมาตรงกับนโยบายการให้บริการของโรงแรมไหม เจ้าหน้าที่ที่คุยด้วยบอกไม่สะดวกให้) แล้วก็โยนให้ไปคุยกับแอดมินเพจใน FB พอติดต่อไปใน FB ก็ไม่ได้ช่วยอะไรเลย นอกจากแค่ถามว่ามีช่างไปดูหรือยัง ช่างยังอยู่ในห้องไหม คือที่อยากได้จริงๆไม่ใช่การชดเชยหรือเงิน อยากได้ยินคือ “คำขอโทษ/ขออภัยในความไม่สะดวก และความรวดเร็วในการบริการแก้ไข” ซึ่งไม่ได้ยินและไม่ได้เห็นเลยตั้งแต่ระดับล่าง, โทรศัพท์คุย หรือ ทาง FB ในทางตรงกันข้ามห้องพักเพื่อนราคา 800 บาท ห้องน้ำรั่ว เค้ารีบขอโทษ จัดการซ่อม พอซ่อมไม่ได้ เค้าจัดการหาทางออกให้ หาที่พักอีกที่หนึ่งให้ทันที อยากแนะนำ 1. ผมกับแฟนเข้าใจว่ามันเหมือนอุบัติเหตุที่ไม่คาดคิด ทางโรงแรมก็ไม่อยากให้เกิด แต่เมื่อเกิดแล้วคุณมีวิธีการจัดการยังไง ผมรอครึ่งชั่วโมง ยังไม่มีใครมาเลย ต้องไปตามอีกรอบ ระหว่างซ่อมก็ให้นอนรอในห้องที่ซ่อมนั้นแหละ ปิดแอร์ สบายใจเลย, ความรวดเร็วในการแก้ไขไม่มีเลย 2. เจ้าหน้าที่ระดับล่างการบริการอาหาร เสิร์ฟ การต้อนรับพอใช้ครับ แต่เรื่องการจัดการแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน ช่องทางการร้องเรียน ช่องทางการติดต่อบุคคลที่มีอำนาจในการตัดสินใจเรื่องแบบนี้ คือ ไม่มีเลย, มีแต่โยนกันไปโยนกันมา 3. WiFi ห้องข้างหลังก็ไม่ถึง ต้องเดินมาเล่นที่โซนรับประทานอาหารถึงจะใช้ได้, ก๊อกน้ำ/ที่แขวนสายฉีด/ฝักบัว น่าจะต้องดูแลความแข็งแรงนะครับ มันโยกเยก ใกล้จะหลุด 4. ถ้าราคาแบบนี้แพงเกินการบริการครับ ทำเลที่ตั้งคุณอาจจะดีติดทะเล แต่การบริการแบบนี้ ผมไปนอนห้อง 800 ยังสบายใจกว่าครับ ขอบคุณครับ

Расположен удобно, везде пешком дойти можно До пляжа Чарли Бич ехали на тук-туке, а до Силави пешком-5 -8 минут неспешным шагом. Завтрак подают прямо в номер. Чистенько, убирают по твоему заказу. Не хватало тумбочек прикроватных. Территория красивая, зеленая. Персонал вежливый и готов выполнить все пожелания ваши. Посмотрев другие отели на острове, могу спокойно рекомендовать этот отель для остановки. До острова добирались с Транга- такси за 1.5 часа довезло. На остров арендовали лодку за 600 Бат, чтобы не ждать паром. Брали экскурсию на Крадан и в пещеру за 700 Бат.. Изначально на нем хотели остановиться. Снорк на Крадане хороший, но никаких едален, кроме отельных нет. На Ко Муке с этим без проблем-много ресторанчиков. В последний день брали стейки рыбные на кило, кальмаров, и лобстера небольшого и сок. За все отдали 760 бат на двоих. На Ко Липе ценник уже был выше на весь сиафуд. На Липе на скоростной лодке добирались. Билеты можно спокойно на месте купить. Все лежаки, если покупаешь что-нибудь из еды- бесплатные. Мы брали сок. На ЧарлиБич очень понравился ресторанчик-и вид красивый и еда вкусная. Остров менее тусовочный, чем Липе. Туристов не много, и в этом прелесть его. Опять на него вернулась бы на несколько дней, чтобы поснорклить на Крадане.

We stayed at Pawapi Resort for 2 nights only after unfortunately making a bit of a mistake with the original accommodation we booked - which wasn't great at all! We had a sea view villa, our villa was one of the last ones in the row at the back but it was still really nice. The villa itself is HUGE. Don't expect it to be super modern, they are slightly dated inside but this is still a relatively underdeveloped island compared to others in Thailand, so considering this we were really impressed. It was extremely clean, comfortable and everything worked perfectly - the aircon was amazing (it was almost too cold at times!) and the shower was great. The infinity pool is stunning, really well maintained, quiet with there always being sun loungers and parasols available. The view over the beach is a real highlight. The beach it's on it beautiful, the sun rises are stunning. It's really quiet yet only a 5 min walk to the beach restaurants and bars so really conveniently located. It is on the expensive side in comparison to other accommodation you can get on the island, but my advice would be to be pay that little bit more if you want something on the nicer side.

ผมมานอนห้อง deluxe sea breeze (ไม่ติดทะเล,ที่พักอยู่ด้านหลัง) 1 คืน ราคาประมาณ 3,600 บาท พนักงานต้อนรับอัธยาศัยดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ผมมาเที่ยวกับแฟน และเพื่อนอีก 1 คน มาถึงที่พักตอนประมาณเวลา 18:30 ผมกับแฟนนอนที่เดอ ธารา พอเก็บของเสร็จ(เจ้าหน้าที่มาเปิดแอร์ไว้ให้ แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็นแต่ยังไม่มีน้ำรั่ว) แล้วออกไปส่งเพื่อนที่พักอีกที่หนึ่ง ราคาประมาณ 800 บาท ไปถึงที่พักของเพื่อน เจ้าหน้าที่มาต้อนรับด้วย welcome drink และแจ้งว่ามีปัญหาเรื่องห้องน้ำมีน้ำรั่ว ให้รอแก้ไขสักครู่หนึ่ง เพื่อนเลยตัดสินใจฝากของไว้แล้วออกไปรับประทานอาหารกันระหว่างรอแก้ไข วันนั้นผมไปเที่ยวเกาะต่างๆ ดำน้ำทั้งวัน แล้วเข้าเกาะมุกมาเพื่อรับประทานอาหาร และรีบพักผ่อนเพราะเหนื่อยมาทั้งวัน พอผมรับประทานอาหารเสร็จ ผมกลับห้องมาตอนประมาณ 20:40 มีน้ำแอร์หยดเต็มพื้นห้อง และ แอร์ไม่เย็น โทรแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ตอน 20:44 ได้รับคำตอบว่าเดี๋ยวจะมาดู เวลาผ่านไป 30 นาที ยังไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่มาดูแอร์ให้ ผมเลยเดินไปแจ้งที่เคาร์เตอร์อีกครั้ง ถึงมีเจ้าหน้าที่เดินตามมาดูให้พร้อมผ้าเช็คเท้า 1 ผืน สรุปคือเจ้าหน้าที่กลุ่มแรกแก้ไขไม่ได้ มาเช็ดทำความสะอาดให้อย่างเดียว แล้วตามช่างอีกที ช่างซ่อมเสร็จเวลาประมาณ 22:00 , ระหว่างซ่อมผมก็นั่งๆนอนๆอยู่ในห้องพูดคุยสอบถามทั่วไป เจ้าหน้าที่พูดเหมือนว่าเรื่องแบบนี้เกิดขึ้นบ่อย เป็นปกติ ผมก็งงๆว่าผมต้องทำใจยอมรับให้คุ้นชินกับเรื่องแบบนี้หรอ, ระหว่างซ่อม แฟนผมก็พยายามติดต่อกับผู้จัดการไปด้วย เพราะเจ้าหน้าที่หน้างานไม่สามารถตอบคำถาม หรือ หาทางแก้ไขอื่นๆ ได้นอกจากรอซ่อม (เช่น ถ้าซ่อมไม่ได้จะให้ไปนอนไหนเพราะห้องอื่นๆเต็มหมดแล้ว รอซ่อมนานเป็นชั่วโมงแล้วมีชดเชยอะไรไหม) เจ้าหน้าที่หน้างานบอกให้โทรศัพท์คุยกับเบอร์ ********** ซึ่งยังไม่ใช่ผู้จัดการอยู่ดี ตอบคำถามไม่ได้เช่นกัน ได้แต่ย้อนถามมาว่าช่างยังไม่ไปดูหรอค่ะ(แฟนผมถามชื่อคนที่คุยด้วย เผื่อได้คุยกับผู้จัดการ แล้วจะได้เช็คว่าที่คุณแจ้งมาตรงกับนโยบายการให้บริการของโรงแรมไหม เจ้าหน้าที่ที่คุยด้วยบอกไม่สะดวกให้) แล้วก็โยนให้ไปคุยกับแอดมินเพจใน FB พอติดต่อไปใน FB ก็ไม่ได้ช่วยอะไรเลย นอกจากแค่ถามว่ามีช่างไปดูหรือยัง ช่างยังอยู่ในห้องไหม คือที่อยากได้จริงๆไม่ใช่การชดเชยหรือเงิน อยากได้ยินคือ “คำขอโทษ/ขออภัยในความไม่สะดวก และความรวดเร็วในการบริการแก้ไข” ซึ่งไม่ได้ยินและไม่ได้เห็นเลยตั้งแต่ระดับล่าง, โทรศัพท์คุย หรือ ทาง FB ในทางตรงกันข้ามห้องพักเพื่อนราคา 800 บาท ห้องน้ำรั่ว เค้ารีบขอโทษ จัดการซ่อม พอซ่อมไม่ได้ เค้าจัดการหาทางออกให้ หาที่พักอีกที่หนึ่งให้ทันที อยากแนะนำ 1. ผมกับแฟนเข้าใจว่ามันเหมือนอุบัติเหตุที่ไม่คาดคิด ทางโรงแรมก็ไม่อยากให้เกิด แต่เมื่อเกิดแล้วคุณมีวิธีการจัดการยังไง ผมรอครึ่งชั่วโมง ยังไม่มีใครมาเลย ต้องไปตามอีกรอบ ระหว่างซ่อมก็ให้นอนรอในห้องที่ซ่อมนั้นแหละ ปิดแอร์ สบายใจเลย, ความรวดเร็วในการแก้ไขไม่มีเลย 2. เจ้าหน้าที่ระดับล่างการบริการอาหาร เสิร์ฟ การต้อนรับพอใช้ครับ แต่เรื่องการจัดการแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน ช่องทางการร้องเรียน ช่องทางการติดต่อบุคคลที่มีอำนาจในการตัดสินใจเรื่องแบบนี้ คือ ไม่มีเลย, มีแต่โยนกันไปโยนกันมา 3. WiFi ห้องข้างหลังก็ไม่ถึง ต้องเดินมาเล่นที่โซนรับประทานอาหารถึงจะใช้ได้, ก๊อกน้ำ/ที่แขวนสายฉีด/ฝักบัว น่าจะต้องดูแลความแข็งแรงนะครับ มันโยกเยก ใกล้จะหลุด 4. ถ้าราคาแบบนี้แพงเกินการบริการครับ ทำเลที่ตั้งคุณอาจจะดีติดทะเล แต่การบริการแบบนี้ ผมไปนอนห้อง 800 ยังสบายใจกว่าครับ ขอบคุณครับ
