What a lovely place to stay. This boutique hotel was in such a great location, close to everything in the old town. Just a short walk to some lovely traditional restaurants. The cable car is very close as are all the historic buildings. The hotel is extremely clean and smells divine. Large rooms and great showers. It feels very modern and new with lots of attention to detail. You can control all the lighting and temperature. We were welcomed with a glass of prosecco and friendly helpful staff. The breakfasts were varied and plentiful. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

If I could give it 10 stars, I would! The building itself is located in the perfect spot in Brașov, I couldn't ask for better! It's full of character and charm, the rooms are very spacious and the decor fits the charm of the hotel perfectly! In terms of beds, they are extremely soft and comfortable, I slept like on a cloud! Cleanliness was top notch, could not fault it! We also dined at Wagner's Loft and it was the most delicious food ever, I'm really glad we didn't decide to eat at one of the many, many other places, it would have been a shame to miss this gem! However although there are many things I appreciate about Casa Wagner, the absolute diamonds of this place are the staff!! The most friendly, attentive, helpful people that really make this place sparkle! They get the extra 5⭐ to take it to 10! From Wagner's Loft - Sorina, the girl with lots of tattoos and the girl with pink hair, as well as the hotel receptionist (long, brown hair and braces), were spectacular! Sorry I didn't catch their names! I hope they will get a big bonus, they definitely have earned it! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Can't wait now to go to Casa Wagner in Sighisoara on the next holiday!!

¡Lujo por fuera y viejo por dentro, todo fachada! Llegamos en julio y estuvimos 5 noches. El primer día llegamos tarde porque veníamos de otra ciudad lejana que queríamos visitar, y resulta que nos encontramos en la recepción con un huésped, quejándose de que su habitación no tenía aire acondicionado y que era difícil de aguantar, con un calor de 38 Cº afuera. Yo le pregunté que si lo que hemos reservado tenía aire acondicionado y me dijo que no. Lo que pasaba que es un hotel de 4 estrellas con parte del edificio de 3 estrellas y esa ala costaba 84 € /noche y no tenía ascensor ni aire acondicionado, una locura para los sueldos en Rumania. Tuvimos que pagar 40 € de diferencia por noche de suplemento para qué nos alojaran en una habitación con aire acondicionado y ascensor. Me parece un poco estafa que no pongan claro la falta de aire acondicionado, sobre todo en verano. Aparte de que todos estos días el desayuno muy escaso y más de lo mismo, en restaurante de 3 estrellas cutre... ¡No es oro todo lo que reluce!

En conjunto, el hotel no está mal, pero es un tres estrellas un poco justo. Necesitaría una renovación en la decoración y en los baños. Los muebles de las habitaciones parecen sacados de los años 70 del siglo pasado. Faltan enchufes: solamente pudimos encontrar uno en toda la habitación. La ducha es pequeña, aunque funcional y en general está todo limpio. El personal hace su trabajo, pero no va más allá. El desayuno, te mantiene hasta la hora de comer pero es poco variado y tardan bastante en reponer. Hay una señora que va entrando y saliendo de la cocina y repone según le parece; y también pone mala cara si te ha caído una miga al cortar el pan... Está muy cerca del centro comercial AFI Brasov y no muy lejos del centro de la ciudad ni de la estación de tren. Aunque está indicado en el momento de hacer la reserva, recordar que el hotel no dispone de ascensor. El aparcamiento gratuito es un plus pero es pequeño. Nosotros tuvimos suerte y encontramos sitio cada día, pero no hay tantas plazas como habitaciones.

Super Lodge on the bottom of the plateau. Crazy view all around and loads of things to do all year round. Recommended for boarding. Tight experience almost as if in a coin collecting rampage console type patch box. Running down the hill a bit sloppy but really nice and friendly people.

Great service, breakfast was good, room was fine, plenty of free parking...restaurant was good...Staff was great... My issue is they use the name Ramada and Google maps lists it as : ”Ramada by Wyndham” but then I went to check out I was told that I would not be earning rewards for my stay...How can this establishment use the name Ramada but not acknowledge Wyndham rewards??? The main reason I selected the hotel was when I drove by I thought ”great I will earn some more rewards for staying here”...I am very disappointed they can use the name but not offer the rewards....

MMarininlonIt is located on a quiet street, on top of a hill in Prund-Schei Area. Free parking. The steep walk downhill to the city centre takes about 15 min. When we came back after dinner, we took Ubers at about RON10/15/trip. Nice views over the wooden hills towards Poiana Brasov, hills where unfortunately a lot of buildings were built in recent years. Large and well decorated room, king size bed with excellent firm mattress, nice bathroom, air-condition, which, despite the heatwave outside, we used very little – the air at night was very pleasant. The breakfast was good but should be improved with some local quality products. Very good service.

The hotel is in an excellent location and very modern and clean inside. Would recommend. The only bits to watch out for are parking, which is nearly impossible near the hotel and it wasn't easy to find out where the hotel parking is (it's 15min walk away). Additionally, the weather was great when we visited and we couldn't get any seating by the pool, as it's small, but this could be solved by going earlier.

The room was perfect - two bedrooms, super stylish, cool bathroom and AMAZING shower!! Great location in the old town and the hotel staff were really helpful! Choosing a hotel in Brasov is hard - the online information is quite opaque - so let me help and just suggest you stay here :) One night in this lovely town / area isn’t quite enough but equally, we had a great time.

PPengguna TetamuThe service was excellent from the check in which was made by Roxana to the restaurant, SPA and the housekeeping staff. The rooms are very nice, vintage but modern, you feel the experience of the mountain side, the fresh air. The SPA is very modern, the inside pool and outside jacuzzi were amazing, so relaxing and comfortable. Răzvan from front office was very nice also, helpful, but i would like to thank from the bottom of my heart to Miruna, who served us at the restaurant, she made my stay outstanding, always smiling and asking if everything was alright, very efficient and friendly. By the way, the food was delicious. WHORTY!! SIMPLY THE BESY !

PPengguna TetamuThis place is in a perfect location for the main square and the cable car to the mountain, giving you access to all the local eating places, bars and attractions like the Black Church. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was large and very comfortable. The shower was good, with nice water pressure and plenty of hot water. There is a fridge, but no air con. However, we put the fan on a couple of times, and that was fine. Housekeeping comes in daily. Despite being so central, it is a lovely quiet place to stay. My only criticism is that there is no way I could make some tea in the room. The coffee machine in the lobby was appreciated, but a kettle for us tea lovers would be a great addition.

PPengguna TetamuI really wanted to like Casa Chitic, the photos looked great and it seemed very good value for money. The location is ideal - bars and restaurants are right around the corner but it isn't a noisy location. The rooms are big enough and nicely decorated and back onto a courtyard where you can sit outside. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, unfortunately there were a couple of issues. First, the reception is not 24 hours. We arrived at 6:45pm and had to check ourselves in. This was super easy but there is no one on hand if you have problems. In the room there was a single pillow and one towel between two people. I messaged immediately but this wasn't rectified until the next day (and even then we only had two thin pillows provided). On another occasion, we ran out of loo roll in the evening and had to go into town to buy our own. The hotel could do with being a bit more generous with these essential provisions. The aircon did not work at all during our stay. It would come on but didn't blow cold air and when I mentioned it the staff did not seem at all surprised. We were allowed to move rooms but the issue was exactly the same so I actually think it's just an ineffective system. The room was absolutely sweltering and it was difficult to sleep. If these details could be ironed out it would be a really lovely hotel.

JjajaDeLaCaransebesPlus: Emplacement central, Accès rapide à la place et au centre historique. Prix attractif Moins: La chambre ne correspondait à aucune de celles en photos sur le site. Insalubre et vétuste, draps tachés, présence de cheveux dans les draps, frigo très bruyant, mal insonorisé (bruits venant des autres chambres et ballet des femmes de ménages dès 9h), tables de nuit poussiéreuses, j'ai dû faire le ménage dans la chambre avant de pouvoir m'y installer. Pas de pression au robinet et dans la douche, très compliqué de prendre une douche avec un si petit débit d'eau. Serviettes tachées et déchirées, rideaux occultants trop petits pour couvrir l'intégralité de la fenêtre, donc réveillé dès 5h du matin par les rayons du soleil.
