It was the most amazing experience that i had in a hotel until now,at least from Romania,you find everything that you dream of:super good services,all the facilities that you need:spa,billiards,the rooms are amazing,super tasty,various and fresh food at breakfast....an amazing experience,words can t describe what a great feeling I have after this...I can t wait to come back,thank you for all this great experience in just one day 😊🤩

C’est du parfait, il y’a rien à redire. Tout le personnel est au petit soin tout est luxueux. Le personnel parle parfaitement anglais. Du grand luxe !!! Merci pour tout !

Excellent accomodation, plentiful and varied breakfast and highly qualified staff, not to mention the marvelous massages. The restaurant is cozy and they have a nice outside garden and the food is delicious, with a mediteranean touch. Altogether a wonderful experience that we repeate whenever possible.

Amazing hotel! We've been here with one small kid and an infant. The hotel is comfortable and luxury. Rooms are clean, beautiful, new and large. Close to all attractions including the old town (5 min in a car). Good breakfast and staff is so nice and helpful. The spa and pool are at extra cost but also very nice and the children enjoyed. There is a Gymboree where kids can stay without the parents for a few hours, it was helpful for us. In general, it was one of our best decisions in the trip. High value for money!

Only one night, but still memorable. The most comfortable beds and pillows we've seen in a long time. Rooms are very nice and clean, breakfast is 5-star. Perfect for business and very good for leisure too - not the best location for tourists but only 5-6 minutes by taxi or Uber to the center. Highly recommended.

A four star hotel that actually is worth of 5 stars. Lovely aesthetic and top class service, great food.

I spent 6 days at this Hotel and had a lovely time. Pleasantly surprised: - Had my favorite cocktail, Fruit Punch. Even when it was no longer on the menu, they offered to make it for me. Greatly appreciated! - Called about 5-10 minutes before they closed the kitchen due to a weird sleep I function on and had just woken up, they did not let me starve and made me food anyway. - Extremely pleasant and welcoming. Made my stay nice. Recommendations: - While I have nothing to complain about beside one thing [if asked for a wake up call, please follow through? :) I set 5 alarms too but it’s nice to have the reassurence of a 2nd option], I have a couple recommendations: a. You advertise in your booklet that you don’t allow order in because you want to cater to our needs and I must say, you did cater 99%. One small thing that was missing and I would like - please have option for breakfast for those that wake up and have to leave before your 7am opening for breakfast. [unless you do and then I apologize! ] b. It was not clear to me where I can adjust the room temp. I read your booklet which has pictures too [lovely touch!] but I could not find the thing and sometimes would have loved AC on. Overall, I will give you 1000/10, impecable and nice memories. Will come again for Christmas!

This was such a great experience at the Kronwell. The staff was absolutely amazing. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. The breakfast was perfect. It's a boutique hotel and located a little out of the way, however, ubers are readily available. There is a grocery store and a pharmacy nearby. I highly recommend this property.

Kronwell is by far the best large hotel in Brasov. While there are other boutique establishments, Kronwell leads by far as one of the best large hotels I've stayed in Romania. It had a great breakfast, spacious room with a high-rise view, a large number of parking spaces (usually at a premium in other locations) and excellent service from staff. The spa is top class, with a pool and various rexation and sauna rooms.

This was a modern (too modern), clean and comfortable hotel. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of food items. I would have given it an excellent rating, but there were too many weird things to contend with. The location was too far from the city center to walk. We had to take a taxi to and from the old city. It took us the two days we stayed there to figure out how to work the lights. All the switches were on a single panel near the door. The only way to figure out which switch worked which light was through trial and error. Even with all the lights on, the room was very dark. We couldn't get the thermostat to bring the A/C temperature below 22 C (72 F). Equally daunting was the shower. There was a rain shower and a hand-held shower. The only way to reach the controls was to stand under the rain shower and get an initial blast of cold water if you turned the control knob the wrong way. To switch from the rain to the hand-held shower and to turn them off, you had to keep trying to find the exact place to stop turning the knob. The coffee maker in the room was so complicated that I didn't even try to use it the first morning. I managed to get some coffee the second morning, but it wasn't easy. When we stay in a hotel, we want things simple and straightforward. We don't want to spend all our time trying to figure out how everything works.
