The hotel staff Henry and Laura were super helpful, they helped my deaf brother by translating on google translate app and was helping him calling taxi and many thing! That was super great experience! So thank you all. We will stay again

Perfect stay !!! Top notch hotel. Highly recommand to stay here. Very vrry nice renovated room. Amazing multi options for breakfast never saw that in Brazil. Really nice staff amazing helpful. They do their best to satisfy your needs. Definitely deserve the 5stars and will be back for sure. AMAZING STAY !

Very spacious rooms, with living space and small kitchen. Comfortable bed, and good shower. Very close to the GRU airport, and transfer service works well. The hotel is located at a part of town where there isn't a lot around to do and not very safe to go out at night. Decent restaurant on the premises.

Het hotel was prima voor wat wij nodig hadden. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is een beetje zoek. Ik ben beter gewend bij een 5-sterren Marriott hotel. Op zich niet erg, maar volgende keer voor deze prijs toch een ander hotel kiezen.

Lo que más me gustó del hotel fue la ubicación, solo nos tomó 10 minutos para llegar al aeropuerto (a las 3 am), el personal amable y lo normal del hotel Ibis. Sin embargo, pienso que las instalaciones están un poco descuidadas, la puerta del baño del cuarto en donde me hospedé (piso 15) estaba mal encajada y no cerraba, no había shampoo para bañarse (estaba la botella vacía), el ascensor estaba con aspecto a viejo (tenía una rajadura en el vidrio en la parte de encima) creo que por el precio por noche podrían remodelar las instalaciones. Ya he visitado otros Ibis, 1 en Perú y este es el segundo en Brasil y me decepcionó un poco, pensé que serían como los anteriores en donde me hospedé.

Estuvo todo excelente!!! La ubicación cerca del aeropuerto, el personal, traslado gratuito al hotel. Muy bueno en relación al precio!!!

AIRSIDE hotel, meaning it's located after security and exit passport/immigration control. This hotel is the absolute best option if you have a long connection and/or early flight. Please note that because it's located airside (in the internal departures area) you need a valid, scannable boarding pass in order to access it. The only possible downside if that if there is any issue with getting your boarding pass (for example the day before, if like me you wanna sleep there and be ready to go to your gate the day after) that will always be a risk, as it will likely be too late to get a refund on your booking. However, other than the risk with the boarding pass, this is absolutely the best hotel location wise. It was extremely clean, good bed, shower, room, etc, perfect. Also, I don't smoke, but it may be of interest to some travellers that they have an outside, open air garden, inside the hotel for smokers.

Café da manhã bom. Atendimento ótimo. Melhor atendente, Bárbara!! Ótimo preço. Local silencioso e tem restaurantes próximo, só não tem mercado grande, mas tem uma padaria e mercearia.
