Hotel Mississauga dengan Sarapan

Stayed here before as I had a previously positive experience. This time, not so much. Shower was full of black and pink mold. Room had musty, unappealing smell. Old white man working at the front desk was rude and blatantly lied about hotel policies, only changing his answer when I called him out. I am a Diamond member and will be staying elsewhere next time.

Stayed overnight from Mississauga before heading into Toronto core, location is convenient being close to the 407. However, the entry road requires turning across 3 lanes of incoming traffic, and during rush hour with large transport trucks, it's nearly impossible without kind drivers letting you through. That's a real headache. Not to mention in addition to lack of noise insulation from the take off of airplanes so close by, traffic along the lanes of highway were also noticable. BUT the hotel and staff more than make up for it. Friendly, professional service from check-in onward. Breakfast spread is excellent: hot options plus pancake/waffle stations. The gym is impressively modernized with quality equipment. The room layout is efficiently designed, compact but functional, clean, and comfortable. One note: constant reminders to register your vehicle and display the parking pass are everywhere: lobby signs, key cards, and verbal check-in prompts. Anyone complaining about getting ticketed is being irresponsible; the policy is heavily visible and pushed repeatedly. Bottom line: great value for a clean, modern stay near the airport/highway. Just time your arrival carefully. Recommended for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize convenience and service over luxury.

Stayed here on my layover in Toronto. Very nice. I didn’t eat or order anything unfortunately I was too tired and chose to sleep in the incredibly comfortable bed the whole time. I always like to choose Marriott brand hotels when possible and this experience just continues to reinforce that decision. I will say the hotel is a bit of a trek coming from terminal 3 with bags, as the hotel is in terminal 1. All in all it was good tho. Staff was very polite and helpful as well. I didn’t take a photo so please enjoy this child’s artwork of a beloved paper airplane.

It was a nice comfortable room but the hotel was a let down for us. First we needed to wait for 15 minutes for a check in with a small child in our arms at night, because there was only one receptionist who was also working as a cashier to a shop in the hotel and just prioritised the people leaving the shop instead of the coming guests. The thought of combining a receptionist and a cashier being a good idea is beyond me. The swimming pool was another let down. We booked it for the slide but in the pool we learnt our almost 5 years old daughter is too small for the slide. We offered we could slide with her, but it was also not allowed. We complained and literally nothing was suggested as a solution. Not even an apology. The posters for the slides are very misleading and when booking there was no information clearly visible that there are such restrictions for the slide, that is so eagerly advertised. All in all, this was the worst stay we have had for a while due to the incredibly poor service.

Well-located in the cluster of hotels that are next to the airport. The airport shuttle arrived within 15 minutes of waiting at the terminal (no need to commute out of the airport), though as always I believe all these hotels should manage their shuttle services a bit better especially because so many of the hotel names are similar and yet they require different shuttles. The room was pretty standard with a bathtub shower, sink and long counter-top, closet, TV, coffee making amenities, desk chair, and long desk-like counter under the TV where I could easily place my items on. The room was comfortable, the temperature of the heater/AC could be controlled by you, and the bed was large and comfortable. I will make note that there is a lot of light since you can see part of the airport's lights which are always on, and the curtain covers most but not all of this light. Breakfast had a good spread and variety, including: bagels, mini croissants, muffins, boiled & scrambled eggs, ham, sausage, toast, potatoes, baked beans, cream cheese, jams, peanut butter, yoghurt, milk, cereal, and a waffle-making machine. For drinks, there was juice as well as stations for hot water with tea options in bags and 3 types of hot coffee roast at the ready. The food was quite good and filling for the continuation of my trip, plus the small pastries made it easy to take along with me. My personal concerns are the fact all the dishes are single-use paper and the cutlery is single-use plastic, which I feel is a lot of waste they generate everyday, but a lot of hotels are like this in this area (probably because people take a pack with them on their trips).

We were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for. The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable. The wifi might seems have a problem too. On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience. I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.

The location is great and just what you need for a night close to the airport before an early flight. The rooms are spacious and although dated, things looked clean. Having said that, the bathtub drain was clogged which meant water would pool well above our ankles after a quick shower, which was a bit disgusting. I also woke up to my legs and feet full of what seemed to be mosquito bites, which was super unpleasant. At first we thought it could have been bed bugs, but thankfully it was just mosquitos or something similar. All in all, for the price I’d think twice about staying here unless you just want a place to lay your head for a few hours.

Hotel is clean and nice to stay. However, the shuttle service is very troublesome, we need to call them after we arrive and as for international travellers it's very inconvenient. And the shuttle service does not pick up the phone. It made us very anxious as we are first time to the country. Emailed the hotel for enquiry on the shuttle service few days before hand but no reply too.

Great stay near the airport. We arrived to the hotel walking from terminal 3 which took us around 15 min. We also used the shuttle service to go back to terminal on the next day and took us only few minutes. Breakfast was also good . Room very clean and spacious. Shower was great. Very convenient overall

The kitchen suites are absolutely gorgeous and have all you need to cook ! It felt just like home instead of a hotel. The rooms are big with comfortable beds and pillows. Elevators can get busy during peak hours. Friendly staff and fast check-in process. Lots of parking.
