Hotel Kinshasa dengan Sarapan

Staying at the Novotel was a fascinating experience in terms of the location of the hotel, friendliness of the staff and the quality of the services provided by staff across the board, starting from the cleaners, technical staff, bar and restaurant staff and the reception personnel. They are all always ready to bend over backwards to satisfy hotel clients. They always do their work with a smile.

Très belle emplacement au centre Ville de Kinshasa avec une vue sur le terrain golf de Kinshasa.

Overall, everything was fine during my stay. I had no expectation before coming here, so it was okay.

酒店不大，但很精緻，不在核心位置，但性價比很高，房費衹需要同檔次房間的一半，重要的是，中晚餐能提供正宗的中餐，非常滿足我的胃，酒店頂樓有花園，居然還有太湖石和假山，據説將開設鐵板燒等特式餐飲，期待下次到金沙薩出差可以品嚐。

Overall acceptable but one of the frontdesk re eptionist is very agressive and not helpful .. the other receptionists were nice . The hotel doesn't have any amenities , gym is in bad condition , swimming pool is more of a fountain than it is a pool

Not so good reviews first wrong room allotted inspite of booking week before.Room changed next day again room wardrobe door broken could fall any time ,no bathroom running water again room changed 3rd day 3rd room bedside light broken any time could fall on bed so only 3star hotel and not 4star.

Stella était un bon hôtel mais récemment le service laisse a désirer ,nous espérons qu'il innove et remonte la pente .
