Hotel Interlaken District dengan Sarapan

Not close to the train station or lift station. Requires a pretty good uphill walk. About 15-20 min walk uphill from train station, and about 10-15 min walk from the ski lift/gondola. But once you get there, the location is beautiful. The hotel does offer a shuttle/e-car/bus transport. It's quiet, overlooks the town, views of the mountains, perfect secluded space. Hotel is clean, rooms are beautifully designed, compact but functional. Beds are comfortable, loved the rooms. We had a family room which was perfect for our family of four. The family room consists of two separate rooms across from each other in the hallway. In the hallway, there was a private entrance that brought you into the space where the two rooms were located. We loved this, because it turned our hallway between the two rooms into a foyer. Service was attentive and detailed. Loved the welcome beverage at check-in - nice touch, set the tone for the rest of the stay. Bar was cute and menu was creative. Patio deck restaurant was a perfect place for lunch. Amazing view of town and mountains, outdoor kitchen. Restaurant was great - food and service were wonderful. Breakfast was lovely. We do wish they would have changed up a couple things each day, because it was the same thing every day. Pool/Spa area was amazing. It had everything - sauna, steam room, plunge pool, two lounge pools, hot tub, showers. Caution: remember we are in Europe, some people may enter some of the facilities nude. We are personally not accustom to that, so it was definitely a little alarming for our children to see grown adults around naked. It would not be a bad idea for the hotel to have a policy around nudity or at least warn guests at check-in, on the website, or with signage. Wengen was our favorite place we visited on our tour of Switzerland, will be back, and when we come back it will be at this hotel.

Lokasi hotel ini sangat strategik, terletak betul-betul di antara Stesen Kereta Api Grindelwald dan Stesen First, kedua-duanya boleh dicapai dengan berjalan kaki sekitar 5 minit. Bagi mereka yang memandu sendiri, ia juga sangat mudah kerana hotel ini mempunyai tempat letak kereta sendiri. Balkoni bilik menghadap terus ke Gunung Eiger. Memandangkan kami tiba pada waktu malam hari pertama, tiada apa yang dapat dilihat. Namun, saya terpukau apabila membuka pintu balkoni pada pagi keesokan harinya, melihat Dinding Utara Eiger yang diselubungi awan dan kabus. Restoran Barry's di tingkat bawah hotel sangat popular. Walaupun ramai pelancong senegara saya merasakan rasanya tidak kena dengan selera mereka, pada pendapat saya, ia hanyalah standard masakan Eropah yang purata. Bagi mereka yang biasa dengan masakan Barat, ia tidaklah sukar untuk dimakan atau tidaklah teruk. Harga hidangan utama adalah sekitar 40 franc. Logo hotel ini ialah seekor anjing kecil bernama Barry. Dikatakan anjing ini pernah menjadi anjing penyelamat di kawasan ini dan berjaya menyelamatkan ramai pendaki gunung. Oleh itu, ia diperingati dan restoran itu dinamakan 'Barry's'. Restoran itu juga menjual barangan cenderamata bergambar anjing Barry, yang agak menarik.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Wengen. Its location is excellent, right next to the train station and within easy walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. The views are stunning, and having breakfast while overlooking the Swiss Alps was a highlight of the stay. The breakfast itself was also very good. One of my favourite memories was watching the World Cup from our balcony while the crowd gathered downstairs, it created such a fun atmosphere. The restaurant below the hotel plays pleasant music throughout the day and into the evening. It didn’t bother us, but it’s something to keep in mind if you prefer a very quiet stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. If I had one complaint, it would be the smell of cooking that occasionally lingered in the corridor outside the rooms.

The Aarburg Hotel & Café is a charming little spot in Interlaken, just a 15-minute walk from Interlaken West train station. While it’s tempting to take the shortcut, I’d recommend sticking to the main road, especially in snowy weather—it’s much easier for pulling luggage. Check-in was smooth and efficient, but do note there are no lifts in this cozy hotel. Carrying heavy bags up the narrow stairs was a bit of a workout, so pack light if you can. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the coffee—it lived up to all the glowing Google reviews. Breakfast was simple but wholesome, with fresh bread, croissants, yogurt, and healthy toppings like dried berries, almonds, and chia seeds. The café is pet-friendly, so don’t be surprised to see a few furry friends around. The room itself was modest but comfortable. However, as the building is wooden, sounds tend to carry. We wondered if we were bothering other occupants but thankfully, no complaints! The location is peaceful, away from the main road, though the church bells that sound at intervals through the night was a little disturbing on the first night. With a supermarket near the train station for quick snacks and essentials, this hotel is both convenient and quiet. Perfect for couples looking for a laid-back stay. I’d happily book here again if I return to Interlaken.

Thank you Mr Jean-Louis for your generosity and hospitality! It’s nice meeting you in person. Hotel Rossli is clean and comfy, located strategically close to train and bus stops. They also give to us Visitors Card through our stay (doesn’t need further validation, but just hop on and hop off the public transport within the inclusive area which was explained clearly to us during check in) which even covers the public transport to visit St Beatus Waterfall and Isewald for “Steg Crash Landing on You” viewpoint and Brienzersee Lakewalk, The location also made it easy for us to travel to both Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald. Can’t believe we could manage to visit so many places with just a 2 nights stay. The hotel is also within walking distance to nearby grocery stores. Last but not least, the hotel also provides common/shared kitchen with microwave oven and unlimited coffee and teas! And there are many many TV channels, even more TV channels than usual 4 or 5 stars hotels. All in all, highly recommend. Would come back and stay again 😊

We had such a wonderful stay at Lake Lodge Hotel and truly loved our experience here. The receptionist was absolutely amazing — so warm, kind and genuinely helpful. She very kindly upgraded us from a single room to a queen-size bed room, which we deeply appreciated. Her hospitality really made our stay extra special. The hotel offers fantastic value for money. Our room came with a balcony overlooking the lake, and the view is simply stunning. During golden hour, the scenery becomes absolutely gorgeous. Waking up in this quiet little town, facing the calm lake and mountains, feels priceless. It’s peaceful, beautiful and truly relaxing. The offer coffee bread at the breakfast area absolutely free. Migros is about 12 km away, so do plan ahead if you need groceries. There is no lift in the hotel, but we didn’t mind carrying our luggage upstairs. For light sleepers, it’s worth noting that you can hear some activity from nearby rooms or from upstairs and downstairs. However, the hotel is very thoughtful and provides earplugs in the room, which we appreciated. The bathroom is shared, and initially we were unsure about it. But it’s only a few steps away from the room and was not inconvenient at all. There is a wash basin inside the room, which makes things easier and practical. We honestly feel this place is underrated and deserves more recognition and positive reviews. It may be simple, but it offers charm, warmth and one of the most beautiful lake views you can wake up to. Sometimes you don’t need luxury — just a clean bed, a basin, a balcony and a breathtaking view. We loved it so much and would absolutely return. It’s a beautiful place that truly deserves more appreciation.

Great Value & Perfect Base for Interlaken – Hotel Essential by DORITStayed at Hotel Essential by DORIT, it was exactly what we needed for exploring Interlaken.Location: 10/10. You’re 3 min walk from Interlaken West station and right by Lake Thun. Super easy to catch trains to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, or hop on a boat cruise. Tons of restaurants, Coop, and cafés within a 5 min walk. You can’t beat it for convenience.Room: Clean, modern, and smartly designed. We had a Double Room and it made great use of space — comfortable bed, blackout curtains, and a surprisingly good shower with strong water pressure. Not huge, but perfect for travelers who are out all day. The views of the mountains from upper floors are a bonus.Cleanliness: Spotless. Housekeeping did a great job daily, and the whole property feels fresh and new. Breakfast: Simple but quality. Good coffee, fresh bread, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, and fruit. The breakfast room is small but cozy, with big windows. For the price, it’s more than fair. Service: Check-in was smooth and staff were friendly + efficient. They gave solid tips for hikes and printed our train tickets when we asked. The self-check-in kiosk is also handy if you arrive late.Vibe: Minimalist Swiss design with a boutique feel. No pool or spa, but that’s not why you stay here — you’re here to be out in the Jungfrau region all day. The common lounge area is great for planning routes or chilling with a coffee.Minor notes: Walls are a bit thin — we could hear doors closing at night. Also no elevator, so pack light if you’re on a higher floor. Street parking is limited, but the hotel helped us sort a public lot nearby.Overall: For the location, cleanliness, and price point, Hotel Essential by DORIT is hard to beat in Interlaken. The first night the shower in our room was too hot that we couldn't take the shower. It was fixed only on the 2nd day. Breakfast spread is rather limited and charges extra for omelette which are normally included in most breakfast packages. However, they do have hard boiled eggs in their breakfast package. Location is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Interlaken Ost if you're carrying luggage. However there.is a station drop off service offered by the hotel free of charge.
