衞生清潔、設施完備，晚間在深池中泡個澡解乏舒服。環境優雅、庭院中喝茶放空非常愜意。地處銀杏村中心，步行銀杏廣場、銀杏王景點約5分鐘。老闆熱情真誠，服務周到，並提供免費接機，村口接送，抽空駕駛遊覽電瓶車帶我們在銀杏村周邊一遊，景色宜人。老闆的廚藝也非常了得，銀杏燉雞鮮美、大救駕美味、餌絲等，酒水可免費暢飲，其飯菜可口，價格實惠，食材有機。兩位美女小姐姐熱情好客、貼心友善，有求必應。一次非常滿意的旅程，非常棒，值得下次再次惠顧！

Truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The room is beautifully decorated in a zen theme, we stayed at the courtyard facing room which was extremely peaceful. The room itself is huge, clean and furnished with smart technology. The service of the staff and owners is one of the best I've experienced, we arrived at 8am in the morning and were picked up at the airport. Breakfast prepared each morning was also very good, tea and coffee were also provided for free at request. The location of the hotel is also extremely convenient as it is situated in the old town. Upon leaving, the owners also gave us complimentary care packages of rose tea to bring home and arranged for our transportation to our next destination. Highly recommend this stay and would definitely come back again!

這次入住這家民宿真的太驚喜了，完全超出預期，是近期住過體驗感最好的一家，真心強烈推薦給大家！ 民宿整體環境特別温馨治癒，裝修風格簡約又有格調，每一處細節都能看出店主的用心佈置。進門就感覺乾淨敞亮，全屋打掃得一塵不染，地板、桌面沒有一點灰塵，床鋪被褥乾淨柔軟，陽光灑進房間特別舒服，氛圍感直接拉滿。 房間設施配備特別齊全，空調、網速都很給力，洗漱用品品質很好，衞生間乾濕分離，通風效果好沒有異味。日常簡單做飯完全沒問題，生活日用品也準備得很周到，完全不用自己額外添置，住着就和家裡一樣自在愜意。 地理位置也特別優越，出行特別方便，周邊商超、餐館、小吃店都很近，步行就能到達，逛街吃飯買菜都特別省事。小區環境安靜安全，安保到位，晚上休息特別安穩，完全沒有嘈雜聲，特別適合休閑度假、短途出行居住。 房東人超級貼心温柔，溝通特別順暢，提前會詳細告知入住路線和注意事項，有任何問題隨時回覆，態度特別熱情，全程自助入住也很方便，私密性很好。性價比真的超高，環境、衞生、服務、位置都無可挑剔，住着舒心又安心。 已經果斷收藏店鋪了，下次再來還會優先選擇

五星滿分推薦卓雅度假温泉山野，這次騰沖入住體驗直接超出預期！ 整家民宿藏在山林間，環境清幽靜謐，小院造景別緻雅緻，隨處都是精心佈置的小細節，氛圍感拉滿，度假感十足。 老闆和老闆娘人特別實在，待人熱情周到，全程有任何需求都會耐心幫忙，還會貼心分享本地遊玩、吃菌攻略，像在朋友家做客一樣暖心。 房間打掃得一塵不染，各個角落都收拾得乾乾淨淨，居住舒適度很高。私湯温泉水質温潤舒服，奔波一天泡上一會兒，全身疲憊全都消散。 配套設施特別齊全，有獨立洗衣房出門旅行太方便；公區自帶茶室、咖啡廳，閑下來喝茶喝咖啡、靜靜放空特別愜意。 民宿提供的早餐味道超讚，食材新鮮，口味地道。 從環境、服務、硬件到餐飲全都挑不出毛病，整體體驗滿分，下次再來騰沖還會選擇這裏！

The B&B was amazing. I stayed here with my wife and other family (total 7 people) in the summer of 2026. They provided an airport pickup for us that went smoothly. The rooms are very clean and cozy, and they provide fruit and snack trays for each room daily. The bathroom toilet is equipped with a nice bidet, the mini fridge has a few drinks included, there are small amenities such as steam eye masks, and all daily necessities are provided (e.g., toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, nail clippers, etc). There is also a common area for people to hang out, and their lobby has additional amenities not in the room (e.g., pads, tiger balm, etc). Additionally, they can provide breakfast, which includes local cuisine like er si or mi xian with many different toppings and side dishes. In addition to this, all the staff are super friendly, and the boss provided an accurate and curated list of things to do, places to eat at, and valuable recommendations as a local. My entire family loved the stay at this B&B, and if we come back to Tengchong in the future we will definitely stay here.

Nuangui Homestay I sent emails to Nuangui via trip.com on 24 Nov and 30 Nov to arrange for complimentary pick up. I got no reply to my 2 emails. I telephoned Nuangui via trip.com on 1 Dec before flying out to TengChong, a lady answered the phone, she insisted she didn't receive my 2 emails, but promised to arrange pick up. When we arrived in TengChong we were picked up and dropped off at the entrance of HeShun and given a gps map sharing location and told to find our own way to the minsu after eating because their staff/boss refused to meet and greet us at the HeShun entrance. At the time it was around 9.30pm. Despite the gps map sharing, we spent a long time walking around dark, narrow, quiet streets of HeShun looking for something to eat and then later the minsu location. In the end we couldn't find the minsu. There was no one around to ask for durections and it was quite dark and very cold. By around 11.15pm we finally gave up looking and called the minsu to come and find us and take us to the minsu. They only answered after a few minutes of calling. It was lucky we insisted on calling, we would never have found the minsu by ourselves. The minsu itself was great, comfortable and clean. The location is convenient (when u know where it is and how to get there). The minsu staff took our luggage all the way, from the airport to the minsu, which was very helpful, I wouldn't have made it to the minsu if I had to carry my own luggage because a lot of the HsShun streets are uneven, uphill and many steps. The only hic up was the bath, originally we thought it wasn't working because there was no hot water coming out from the hot water tap. After 3 nights of stay, we later found out that the taps were installed incorrectly, C water tap meant hot water and the other way round. Also, even though staying in minsu in HeShun, you still have to pay entrance tickets, that wasn't pointed out on the minsu details.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this place was honestly one of the highlights of my trip to Tengchong. The location is absolutely beautiful. It’s tucked away in the mountains, surrounded by greenery and open fields, so it feels peaceful and secluded without being too far from the main attractions. Waking up to misty mountain views every morning was such a treat. The biggest reason I booked this place was the private hot spring, and it did not disappoint. The hot spring water comes directly from Rehai and is available 24/7. Having a private soaking pool in the courtyard was amazing—completely private, quiet, and perfect after a long day of exploring. After visiting Rehai and the surrounding attractions, soaking in the warm mineral water felt incredibly relaxing. My muscles felt less sore, and I slept so well afterward. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. The bed was soft, the bathroom was modern and well-maintained, and even the toiletries felt high quality. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared. What really stood out was the service. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with fresh local fruit, and they took the time to explain how to use the hot spring and recommend places to visit nearby. They were always quick to help whenever we had questions. Breakfast here was delicious, with local Tengchong specialties like freshly cooked rice noodles and eggs. There’s also a nice spot to grab coffee and relax around the property. Whether you’re visiting as a couple, with family, or bringing your parents for a relaxing wellness getaway, I would definitely recommend this place. If I ever return to Tengchong, I’d stay here again without hesitation.

環境不錯，開車進去那段路有點窄，側邊有個門走出去三分鐘就到野鴨湖，去艾思奇故居、大水車很近，吃飯、喝茶、咖啡的地方都很方便。晚上可以去側院泡温泉，很舒服。以後有時間會再來多住幾天。

We booked two rooms. Upon checking in, we found that the toiletries were not complete. The bar soap, comb, toothbrush and shaving kit were missing in one of the rooms. The toilet paper was apparently not topped up and ran out in half a day. One of the towels smelled of cigarette smoke. Room make-up service needs improvement as well. Although towels were replaced, the beds were not made. Used cups were also not replaced. Breakfast was buffet-style on the first day. Coffee was not provided. The only beverages provided were milk and coffee berry tea. On the second day, the breakfast was given as a set, not buffet style, even though it was stated on Trip.com that the breakfast is buffet-style. Each of us received a bowl of rice noodles, a hard-boiled egg, a mantou, a piece of corn, a pack of biscuit and a glass of milk. I asked if peanuts can be given as part of the condiments for the rice noodles as there were peanuts on the first day. The response was that peanuts are only given for buffet-style breakfast.

On the day I arrived, it was raining. The taxi driver dropped me off at the Heshun village entrance gate, as cars cannot get in the village. I then called the Hostel and asked to be picked up at the entrance (this is a standard service for all the hostels inside the village), which was 10 min away by walk. The receptionist said ”they didnt have any transportation method” to pick me up, asked me to walk. When I politely told her that I am a person coming from another country (despite being able to speak chinese), also I was carrying a 20kg suitcase and a backpack, she said ”it'll be okay since you will be walking downhill”. This was a very rude and surprising response. In the end, she called me back but I was already halfway there. I am giving 2/5 for service because the breakfast was decent. The altitude of the receptionist is unacceptable and almost ruined my experience.
