房間寬敞沒有異味，住着舒適，洗衣服也方便的，早餐也乾乾淨淨，門口停車也十分方便，服務人員態度很不錯，性價比很高了。

很喜歡來住的地方，枕頭和床剛好舒適，再累，躺在這個床和枕頭上真的很舒緩，還不上火😁😁房間內面積也大，坐有坐的地方，很方便，又不擁擠，房間內礦泉水提供的也及時，下次還會再來哦

1這次入住體驗特別好，房間寬敞明亮、乾淨無異味，角落衞生都做得很細緻。床品柔軟親膚，隔音效果很棒，晚上特別安靜。前台辦理入住退房效率高，服務貼心有禮貌，熱水充足、網速流暢，同等價位性價比首選，強烈推薦！

We stayed here only one night. It's not far from Bayannur railway station but I suggest you to take a taxi since the footpath is not for walking with luggage. From the hotel you can walk to a park and commercial streets where you can find restaurants/supermarkets/bookshops etc. The girl at the front desk allowed us to add her WeChat and gave us kindly the name of a local restaurant that was good and cheap.

酒店位於商區大廈，比較繁華，四周餐飲可選，晚到停車便需要停到遠處去，房間空間較小，衞生一般，一兩百多價格也就不要求那麼多了，但好歹是全國連鎖，相比其他地區的維也納，巴彥淖爾的這家維也納真是讓我大開眼界，首先是在電話中詢問停車位置，那位接線員跟聽不懂普通話似的，溝通障礙，其次是大廳工作人員，門廳的接待人員站立兩旁嘻嘻哈哈聊着天，然後辦理入職時，前台接待跟客人話都沒説完就忙着跟身旁同事扯閑，笑談八卦，轉頭交遞房卡霹靂吧啦黏黏糊糊一串話術八倍速走完流程，繼續跟同事熱聊……真讓人瞠目結舌！

We are surprised that the hotel provides free laundry and send to my room with wet clothes after washing. They didn’t use the dryer to dry my clothes but asked me to hang it inside the room to let it dry itself. For my jean, it is impossible to dry on next day and I had to use hair dryer to dry in order to pack in my luggage. It is a new experience for me.

excellent hotel for a cheap price. the breakfast buffet is great too, i just missed the soy milk... wonderful beds, clean rooms and friendly staff it's a little confusing what's complementary as there are several drinks and teas in the room.

Good location and good room. Older but very clean hotel with a nice foyer. Excellent restaurant located in the lobby. I would stay here again but only one set back was the bed. I like harder beds but this one was incredibly hard. It doesn't look like they were trying to save on money with the mattress. They would just need to added a thicker top mattress and it would still work. For the price it was still a very good option and the management was very kind in changing my booking dates after I made a mistake on my dates.

The room was good with an old but good working aircon, hatd beds and friendly staff. The room had all necessary things like water, kettle, bathroom amenities. There is no breakfast anymore in this hotel, so don't book a room with breakfast. That will cause unhappiness under the staff and for you some extra time with Trip Customer Service if you insist.
