PPengguna Tetamu房東的姐姐開車接我們，需要做區間車到西海草原站點，然後在開車10分鐘就到草原腹地很多牛羊。唯一遺憾的是房東沒有自己的馬在蒙古包供客人騎馬。老闆姐姐的廚藝很好。不知道吃飯需要預訂，到達後都晚上10點多了，餓的不行，給老闆姐姐説了，幫做兩碗麪，接着姐姐很大方直接來了半盆，而且是西紅柿羊肉的，三個羊蹄，我和娃兩人硬是把麪條吃完了，付老闆姐姐60元，娃説這麪很超值！
由於厚衣服忘在包的車上，到了蒙古包太冷了，借了老闆姐姐的馬甲和姐姐女兒的衞衣。非常感謝！老闆姐姐不僅人長的漂亮，駕駛技術也是一流，關鍵飯菜做的確實好吃！

Room: spotless and comfortable, we were upgraded to the top floor with a lake view
Breakfast: superb with lots of variety
Staff: very welcoming and friendly
Amenities: free afternoon tea, free evening snacks, viewing platform on the roof and washers/dryers (which we took advantage of)
Honestly for the price point… it’s better than most large chain hotels!

PPengguna TetamuServis sangat baik, pakcik pengawal keselamatan bantu bawakan beg, pagi-pagi nampak cermin kereta beku, dia terus tolong bersihkan ais. Makcik pembersih pun rajin bertegur sapa dan sangat suka menolong. Bahagian depan (front desk) pun bagus, bila kami cakap nak tempah makan malam, mereka terus bagi baucar diskaun. Buah-buahan selamat datang cantik dan sedap juga. Air mandi kuat dan saliran air pun bagus. Sangat berpuas hati.

Kawasan sekitar tidak begitu sesuai untuk mencari tempat makan, jadi pastikan anda makan di bandar sebelum datang. Ia sangat dekat dengan kawasan tarikan pelancong. Berpuas hati!

TTravellingwinston018Amazing location. You wake up and you see the Sayram Lake. The boss is super patient and helpful. Dinner was fresh and cooked for us along with breakfast. Fresh Fruits and dried fruits were prepared for us too. The boss even arranged for us to be driven from Yining.
Was a super memorable experience and would recommend it to anyone who would like to see Sayram lake while enjoying an authentic experience in a Yurt. Wonderful.

PPengguna TetamuThe host was very helpful and warm. The location on trip map wasn't as accurate as they had to shift their location due to the new government rules.
Even though the location wasn't right beside the lake, we still had a very good experience. You can still see the view of the lake during sunrise and sunset. Also, we had the best skewers and pilaf rice at the yurt.
Most importantly, the blankets and bedsheets are clean.
Highly recommend if you want to experience a cosy yurt stay experience with a nice view.

PPengguna Tetamu蒙古包在賽里木湖北門處，位置直接能看到湖，老闆會開車來北門接。蒙古包很大，就算下雨也比露營有安全感得多。供暖是燒炭爐子，剛燒起的時候可以穿短袖，後半夜燒完了有點冷，可以讓老闆備點炭，晚上醒了自己加。老闆和老闆娘人都很好，他們家可以吃飯，體驗地道的別樣風貌，羊肉串吃完了沒來得及拍照，炒羊肉拍了一張應該是紅燒的做法，羊肉很鮮美，早上剛殺的羊羊皮都還在地上。強烈推薦入住體驗，可以看夜景落日，也方便早起看日出環湖自駕，草地上還有田鼠，羊，牛，馬等各種小動物。

Yy3nch1ngWe booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us.
Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient.
There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful.
The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park.
Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated.
Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

PPengguna TetamuThe property did not match the photos advertised. Both the room and the view were quite different from what was shown online. In particular, the actual view was on a completely different side, which was disappointing.
The cleanliness was only average and could definitely be improved. There was also no hair dryer provided in the room. In addition, the bathroom fixtures, including the shower and faucets, looked old and poorly maintained, with visible signs of wear and a lack of proper upkeep.
The food was acceptable, with a reasonable selection, but nothing particularly memorable.
Considering the price, I don’t feel the stay offered good value for money. I believe the property would provide a much better experience if it improved its cleanliness, maintained its facilities more regularly, and used photos that accurately represent the actual rooms and views.

PPengguna Tetamu氈房裡有暖爐，晚上一點都不冷，旱廁乾淨無異味，完全不影響體驗！推開門就是賽里木湖，躺在床上都能看湖景，太絕了。
環境：滿滿的哈薩克民族風情，氈房收拾得乾乾淨淨，晚上抬頭就是銀河星空，早上被日出和湖邊吃草的牛羊叫醒，這種體驗在城市裡根本找不到。
服務：老闆人超熱情，提前幫我們規劃路線，還幫拿行李，親手做的手抓飯和奶茶太正宗了，家人都讚不絕口，下次來賽里木湖還住這兒！
