AAnonymous UserChoosing Tianquan Hotel was a pleasant surprise! I was a little apprehensive before booking, as some people said it was a bit far, but after checking it out myself, it's not far at all—just a five-minute drive to the visitor center. You can watch the sunrise and sunset, and I even saw a wild fox outside the hotel! During the day, you can also see Sayram Lake from your room. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so you need to drive five minutes to the town, but you need to call ahead to reserve dinner at the hotel; the food is excellent and great value. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, even carrying our luggage to our room. Highly recommended!

There is also a big living supermarket opposite the hotel. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. You can go to the night market after crossing a bridge. It is really comfortable to blow a small wind with friends at night in the night market! The room is spacious and bright, the sanitation is in place, the mattress pillows are soft and comfortable, and the sleep is very good. The service at the front desk is also very warm and intimate. The check-in is also very convenient. The lobby is very bright and the overall price is very high. This time it is because I am going to Sailimu Lake. I chose Bo as a transit. If you have the opportunity to come to Xinjiang again next time, you will definitely choose here if you pass by Bole!

MM244970****The room was incredibly hot, so much so that I felt dizzy and my chest was tight. Even with the AC on the lowest setting, it was still sweltering. I absolutely couldn't sleep at night and was forced to open the window, but even then, it was still extremely hot. When I checked out, I thought it was just our room, but almost everyone checking out was complaining about the room temperature being too high. It felt like being in a sauna. For anyone planning to stay here, please confirm the room temperature before checking in. The location is good, though. I hope they improve this.

We decided to try out this luxury glamping hotel with our kids, and I initially worried the process might be complicated. However, from the moment we stepped into the lobby, the thoughtful service from the front desk staff immediately put us at ease.
During check-in, the front desk team not only patiently explained the hotel facilities and suggested nearby attractions but also thoughtfully prepared a small plush toy for our child. They even remembered our casual request for a quiet room and went out of their way to assign us a room with an absolutely stunning view. Their constant smiles, professional demeanor, and genuine warmth instantly melted away any travel fatigue we had from being on the road with kids.
Stepping into the room was an even greater surprise! It was spacious, bright, and incredibly well-designed, feeling anything but cramped. The attention to detail was impeccable: not only was the bedding wonderfully soft and comfortable, but they even provided a thoughtful step stool at the bathroom vanity for kids. Outside the window, the view was nothing but lush, natural scenery – offering beautiful mountain views by day and breathtaking sunsets in the evening. Our child loved watching birds right from the window, truly embodying that 'sleeping amidst nature' luxury experience. The room's cleanliness was also beyond reproach; every corner was spotless, so we had no concerns about our child touching any dust.
Both the personalized and attentive service from the front desk and the exceptional quality and design of the room far surpassed our expectations. This is undoubtedly a hidden gem for family getaways, and we're already eagerly anticipating our next visit!

MM501124****I went back to Xinjiang to visit family and see Sayram Lake. To ensure a more comfortable stay, I skipped the scenic area and instead flew to Bole overnight after watching the sunset. Then, I rushed back to the scenic area early the next morning to watch the sunrise. It was off-season, and the hotel was a great value. The room rate was 100 yuan, and they included a delicious breakfast. The only downside was that the floor heating in the room was too hot, so I fell asleep with the window open. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

Environment: The rooms are generally good, with a small courtyard, but the surroundings are still under construction, so you may not see much.
Because it is a newly built commercial area, it is very convenient to eat and shop around. There is also a Kudi near the hotel, and we didn’t forget our coffee.
The hotel is at the north gate of Sailimu Lake. Generally, tourist groups will enter from the east gate and then exit from the north gate. I suggest entering from the north gate and exiting from the east gate to avoid the large group.

The rooms are spacious and bright, every corner is spotless, and the bedding is dry and odor-free. The location is superb, close to tourist attractions and transportation hubs, so you don't have to wander around with your luggage. The receptionist, Sisi, is attentive and helpful, answering all questions quickly and efficiently. After my stay, I truly felt it was excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

MM37013****The hotel is outside the scenic area, but it offers views of Sai Lake. The young man at the front desk helped me open a blind box and turned it into a lakeside cabin, and even provided breakfast. To make matters worse, the weather was perfect – I got to see both the stars and the sunrise! Thank you ❤️ (The sunrise was on the mountain to the left of the hotel). The room had heating, air conditioning, and a humidifier, making it perfect for autumn and winter. The breakfast was a very generous Chinese-style meal! After breakfast, you can go hiking in the pine forest.
