"I booked two days ago, planning to come after visiting Sayram Lake, and noted that I didn't want a last-minute room. The hotel even called yesterday afternoon to ask about my needs, which I thought was pretty good. But when I arrived in the early morning, even though the guests were clearly exhausted (two adults and two children), the check-in process was slow. The receptionist woman acted like I owed her money; I just wanted to get a room and sleep. The man was nice, but he offered to upgrade me without mentioning it was a last-minute room. If I had known it was a last-minute room, I wouldn't have asked for the upgrade. The two of them seemed like a mess. They told me there would be breakfast, but I said I hadn't booked it, and they still gave me a last-minute room! There was a noisy vacuum cleaner in the morning, the air conditioner buttons were hard to press, and the new hotel floor had hollow spots. For 600 yuan, this room is truly awful. I stayed in a much better hotel in Urumqi for over 500 yuan. I should have booked the Hilton; it wasn't that popular."

"I rarely recommend any hotel, including those I've stayed in during my trip to Altay. I've stayed in so many log cabins, but none have touched me as much as this one. I guess I have an innate love for ethnic things. Every item—the cabinets, the carpets, the lighting—was perfectly to my liking. Opening the curtains reveals snow-capped mountains, and there's even a ski resort opposite! It's simply indescribable. The breakfast was also fantastic, very refined. The hotel staff were all so friendly and their service was excellent (I almost felt a little embarrassed). Although there was a slight hiccup, it was handled promptly and didn't affect my stay at all. Plus, the hotel's location is absolutely amazing! It's just a few minutes' drive to the east gate of Sayram Lake, making getting around incredibly convenient. There are restaurants and eateries all around, it's truly wonderful."

"Had a great experience at the newly opened Ji Hotel! The room was spacious and came with an electric humidifier, which was a lifesaver given Xinjiang's dry climate. We visited during the Dragon Boat Festival, and they even had special activities like fan painting and sachet making, which really added to the festive atmosphere. "Facilities: The hotel's hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo were all of good quality. They provided a travel-sized pair of toothbrushes and enough toothpaste for half a month. The drinking cups were individually wrapped in plastic, making them convenient to take on the road. The attention to detail in the amenities for travelers was impressive. Right in the hotel lobby, there's a self-service machine to buy Sayram Lake tickets. The hotel is located just behind the Old East Gate, and it's very convenient to drive to the New East Gate area for dining. After staying a few days, I no longer needed navigation to get to and from the lake for meals. Room: The duplex room had two bathrooms, one on each floor. The bedding was excellent, and I slept very comfortably with the two types of pillows provided. On the fourth floor, there's a platform that gets plenty of sunlight and is very quiet, offering lake views. The laundry room on the basement level had relatively new and clean ironing facilities. The hotel also has a campsite within the 'Dianjiangtai' area. I even borrowed the hotel's kettle to make coffee and watch the sunset by the lake, which was very satisfying. In July, during Xinjiang's peak season, hotels are fully booked. Many hotels priced between 1500-2000 on Ctrip often receive average reviews for their accommodation experience. This hotel was recommended by Ctrip's itinerary planner, Yan Yan, and I personally feel that the amenities are five-star+ with a great personalized butler service experience. The yogurt at the hotel breakfast was delicious!"

"The city of Bole is a pleasant surprise and I am quite satisfied with it. The front desk staff provided excellent service and helped us upgrade the room type. It was very comfortable and cozy as soon as we entered. The decoration was also very unique. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, which was not a problem for two people. It was a good deal when I booked it, about 130, which was very cost-effective in the off-season. The sleep was also very comfortable, and the bedding was very skin-friendly and did not cause allergies. The sound insulation was OK, not too noisy, which was good."
