"The city of Bole is a pleasant surprise and I am quite satisfied with it. The front desk staff provided excellent service and helped us upgrade the room type. It was very comfortable and cozy as soon as we entered. The decoration was also very unique. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, which was not a problem for two people. It was a good deal when I booked it, about 130, which was very cost-effective in the off-season. The sleep was also very comfortable, and the bedding was very skin-friendly and did not cause allergies. The sound insulation was OK, not too noisy, which was good."

"On September 26, 2025, my husband and I drove from Tangshan City, Hebei Province to Xinjiang to Sailimu Lake and checked into this hotel. It was beyond my expectation. The hotel facilities were advanced, with smart toilets, smart curtains, and very good hygiene. There were no dead corners. We stayed in 15 or 16 hotels along the way, but only this one had a body scale. It was so thoughtful to be able to weigh ourselves. It was really comfortable to stay here. I took a photo of the hotel before checking out."

"Avoid this Atour at all costs! Their twin room is on the top floor, and they didn't warn us about any strange noises before check-in. At night, we discovered a continuous humming sound. We were told it was due to the hot water pump on the roof, which makes noise whenever someone uses water! When we called the front desk, their solution was to offer eye masks. Later, they suggested we switch rooms at midnight! I've stayed at Atour hotels in other cities and have never experienced such terrible service!!!"

When checking in at night, the front desk asked us to scan the hotel's QR code and then exit once we reached the coupon page, which felt like a push for promotion and wasn't a great experience. Guests will naturally promote a good hotel; I hope they consider removing this step in the future."

The hotel's front desk manager, a man, was incredibly patient with the children. As soon as we checked in, he gave them local specialty snacks, and in the evening, he even sent fruit to the kids – so incredibly thoughtful! The hotel environment was clean and hygienic, and the loft room facilities were very family-friendly for groups. You can really tell that the hotel considers families with children in every detail, which made our trip with the kids much easier. We will definitely choose this place again next time!"

Everything is super clean, from the towels to the bath towels. The bed is large and comfortable. I loved the environment – plenty of dining options nearby, and it's nice and quiet since it's not right on the main road. I'm picky about my sleep, and my request for a quiet room was handled perfectly over the phone. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly easy to communicate with. There was also a super helpful lady who assisted with luggage. Overall, a great experience in Xinjiang! The breakfast was unbelievably generous! Since it was Sunday, it was served until 12 PM, so it covered both breakfast and lunch."

"Pros: The room was clean and tidy, the bed was large enough, and there was a place to dry clothes near the entrance. Convenient transportation, right by the roadside. The wet and dry areas were well separated, and the mirror had a light. Also, this was the only room I stayed in during my 8 days that had a full-length mirror; I thought full-length mirrors weren't common in hotels in Xinjiang. Cons: The elevator had a strange smell, and the headboard and furniture were a bit old."

"I'm too lazy to write reviews, but I do when I'm really upset. This Atour hotel deserves a zero – it's the worst Atour I've ever stayed at, bar none. I booked a business room for three nights, and they didn't replenish basic amenities like tissues and water for three days, let alone toothbrushes. On the last night, I called the front desk and specifically asked for two bottles of body lotion. They brought up a tiny one, which wasn't enough for two people, just enough for our limbs. Is this Atour hotel even legitimate? They seem so stingy with everything they provide. I thought I even paid for the room!"

"I chose a hotel nearby so I could visit Sayram Lake a second time. The price was definitely high, but I was okay with that because I read reviews beforehand and knew there was still construction going on nearby. However, the hotel still had a strong smell of new renovations, which was quite pungent at night. I'd suggest putting an air purifier in the room. Also, regarding breakfast, the restaurant area was too small. Sometimes one person would occupy an entire table, and when it got busy, you had to stand and wait. The staff didn't intervene, which made for a very poor experience."
