🌿✨ Puruo Mountain Retreat — A Truly Wonderful Experience! 🏔️❤️ What a beautiful and peaceful place! 🌸 The surroundings are stunning, but what truly touched us was the exceptional hospitality. 🙏😊 The staff are incredibly helpful, kind, and always ready to solve any problem with a sweet smile. When we had an issue with our room, they immediately apologized and arranged a better room for us, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. 🛏️✨ Their genuine care, quick response, and thoughtful gesture truly touched our hearts. 💕 We highly recommend Puruo Mountain Retreat and would definitely love to visit again! 🌿🏔️❤️

👍十分滿意的體驗 出發前看到網上一些負評很忐忑，説性價比很低。然而住了之後我覺得性價有的。 服務：畢竟我聽説今晚酒店衹有三個房客人。還給我們免費升了套房，提前就見了十幾人管家羣👍而且他們很靈活變通，我説天氣太熱了，那個時候採茶早上起不來，下午又太熱。能不能按我們的時間來，然後他們三分鐘就給我們安排好了👍 設施：硬件對得起這個價格，不是那些民宿可以媲美的。雖然酒店主打親子，但其實親子會有點無聊，有個小小的小童樂園，還有個迷你小童池，就沒有了。反而情侶比較合適，特別愛運動的可以日落時候去踩單車或者跑步。衞生不用説，是好的。 環境：茶園的景色在天晴的時候很美，雖然不大，但是一個多小時車程可以脱離城市的煩囂，還是一個不錯的選擇。店員還介紹了我們去小光影咖啡店（隔壁有賣雞的小農場），也是不錯的。 餐飲：意外驚喜，本來想着客人這麼少，餐飲肯定不怎麼開放。週中人不多，不開早餐自助餐（到10:30），但10:30的時候還問我們要不要點餐，可以送來我們房間，而且口味完全按我的備註。晚餐更加驚喜，套餐包的西餐不好吃，但是我們自己買了走地雞給酒店加工，酒店的中餐非常好吃的👍 娛樂：推薦大家騎自行車，他家的自行車質量很好，還是助力車，一點都不累。

服務貼心，賓至如歸，工作人員的服務真的沒得説，從預訂諮詢就耐心解答。到了之後熱情相迎，幫忙拿行李，推薦了衹有本地人才知道的私藏景點和美食，像老朋友一樣親切。 環境絕佳，天然氧吧！最令人驚艷的是這裏的生態環境！空氣清新得不像話，帶着淡淡的草木香，每呼吸一口都像是在洗肺，二樓有一個無邊恆温泳池🏊，拍照超級出片的。遠山如黛，雲霧繚繞，彷彿住進了風景畫裏完美實現了我們想要放鬆身心、親近自然的願望，絕對會推薦給朋友，並且下次再來！

Such an amazing place to spend your weekends or holidays at! The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful! They set up a special group chat for me and my boyfriend so they could update us on different activities in the stay and also for us to write our requests down if there are any. The room is fantastic: the mattress is super nice, feels like you’re sleeping in a cloud, Japanese style toilet, great specious shower, amazing view from the window, and even a projector for watching movies in rainy days. The valley is absolutely gorgeous, animals are friendly and look free and happy. The staff is really taking a good care of both animals and the involvement. We’d love to come back again.

The Vienna International Hotel was very clean, spacious and convenient location. Within 15 min of Huizhoubei Railway Station. It is easy to get food ordered on Ele ma directly to your doorstep. For the price, this was an absolutely excellent hotel that exceeded my expectations.

真的絕了！進去直接打開新世界大門！園區看着大，其實去哪都不遠，天熱不想走直接喊車，招手就停，巨方便。 吃的也不用愁，餐廳味道很在線，不用跑出去找吃的。帶了長者小孩來，大人小孩都玩嗨了，娃賴着不肯走。 服務也是沒話説，隨叫隨到，態度超nice！最最最驚喜的是，這麼多樹和草地，居然！沒！蚊！子！ 下次必須再來刷完剩下的項目，閉眼沖不虧！

This was a fabulous stay in a beautiful villa. It was even better than expected. The room itself was spacious, the little pool and hot tub were amazing, and in general, the stay was peaceful and quiet. I am not sure how it is when it’s full capacity, it could probably get pretty loud (on Saturday evening the villa next to us was occupied and it was really really loud from the other guests), so it’s probably not a great idea to go during holidays if you want a serene experience. The staff was really helpful and kind, they brought us fruit and ordered food and drinks for us from a local farm. Honestly, I would like to come here every weekend, just to unwind and chill and read by the pool. I will definitely be back!

I am told (by locals) that its the best Hotel in this town. The room is clean and in good size, i slept very well. Fair cost /value relation. Breakfast may not be for a Westener’s taste but there is a coffeeshop and bakery minutes away to solve that. (I could not find a hotel directory in the room, or pencil and paper, and i think the shower / water mixer could deserve an update)

We have spent just an unforgettable time there. The houses were great, all new and comfortable. The nature just amazing, very calm, fishing was good, you have a place for BBQ, so we were totally satisfied with everything! Also wanted to say THANKS to the guy at the reception, he was so kind and was helping with everything!

位置很棒，酒店很期盼，下次還要去住，早餐品種不多，但是味道都做得還不錯，有葷有素，而且比較安靜，周圍環境也很好，酒店大堂也很奇葩
