”I am very pleased with this hotel. They always offer great value for money, and as always, everything is well-organised and spotless. While the choice for vegetarians at breakfast is a bit limited, it is perfectly acceptable and understandable given the price of the room. In short, I am very satisfied with my stay.

服務貼心，賓至如歸，工作人員的服務真的沒得説，從預訂諮詢就耐心解答。到了之後熱情相迎，幫忙拿行李，推薦了衹有本地人才知道的私藏景點和美食，像老朋友一樣親切。 環境絕佳，天然氧吧！最令人驚艷的是這裏的生態環境！空氣清新得不像話，帶着淡淡的草木香，每呼吸一口都像是在洗肺，二樓有一個無邊恆温泳池🏊，拍照超級出片的。遠山如黛，雲霧繚繞，彷彿住進了風景畫裏完美實現了我們想要放鬆身心、親近自然的願望，絕對會推薦給朋友，並且下次再來！

一個讓人很驚喜的一個民宿，本來衹是抱着試一試的心態訂的，沒想到那麼滿意，同行的兩個家庭也很滿意！一直在感歎這裏真的太好太舒服了！酒店裡的所有小哥哥小姐姐巨好！！！服務態度情切度極佳！！！因為孩子太多了，一會要這個一會要哪個，服務的小哥哥小姐姐全程積極迴應完全沒有不耐煩！而且房間很乾凈！！這是我第一次寫攜程評論，因為真的太意外了，如果不是孩子要補課是一定要續住的。太滿意了！一定會有下一次！！！

The Vienna International Hotel was very clean, spacious and convenient location. Within 15 min of Huizhoubei Railway Station. It is easy to get food ordered on Ele ma directly to your doorstep. For the price, this was an absolutely excellent hotel that exceeded my expectations.

A really amazing isolated place that is landscaped to perfection and idyllic on the eye. The reception is attentive and look after you well. Only feedback from us was that you were surrounded by cats at dinner (begging for food) which some people may love but it interrupted our evening and the quality of the hot pot soup was bland and ingredients basic. Otherwise a thoroughly enjoyable stay and a real escape from society.

It’s a nice clean hotel. Very convenient, lots of restaurant choices nearby. Also their breakfast restaurant on the main floor attracts more than a 1000 locals each day. I had the dim sum and it was very very good

This was a fabulous stay in a beautiful villa. It was even better than expected. The room itself was spacious, the little pool and hot tub were amazing, and in general, the stay was peaceful and quiet. I am not sure how it is when it’s full capacity, it could probably get pretty loud (on Saturday evening the villa next to us was occupied and it was really really loud from the other guests), so it’s probably not a great idea to go during holidays if you want a serene experience. The staff was really helpful and kind, they brought us fruit and ordered food and drinks for us from a local farm. Honestly, I would like to come here every weekend, just to unwind and chill and read by the pool. I will definitely be back!

本次三天兩晚的入住體驗整體落差極大，初見觀感尚可，但全程各類問題不斷，最後還出現疑似****不適，實在令人失望。 酒店剛開業，硬件設施、園區茶園景色、親子户外活動種類這些表層條件確實不錯。但房間空調存在明顯温控故障：我將温度調至26℃，室內實際温度卻低至22℃，入住第二天我直接受涼感冒。工作人員給出的解釋是空調清潔頻繁、房間密封性強，才會持續降温，這套説法完全無法讓人信服。雖不算重大故障，但温控系統缺陷屬實，入住舒適度大打折扣。 相比尚可的硬件，酒店服務、活動安排等軟性服務堪稱短板。酒店坐擁百畝茶園，也配備園區代步助力車，卻沒有任何紙質導覽地圖，管家發來的園區圖片指示不清，客人出行全靠自行摸索。 酒店整體運營完全優先“拍照打卡”，忽視遊客真實遊玩體驗。我們按時到場參與親子手作活動，卻被告知要為專業擺拍團隊（不理解是個什麼團隊）讓路；騎馬體驗也僅服務拍照，十五分鐘體驗流程，甚至想更深度延長時間的項目都沒有設定，流於形式。我本身不熱衷打卡拍照，這種重表面、輕體驗的運營模式，很難契合大灣區人民務實的出行需求。 各類親子活動看似豐富多彩，實際籌備毫無誠意，所有手作項目均交由無專業經驗的在校實習生負責。學生們衹能臨時網上查找教程帶孩子體驗，雖能看出實習生盡力配合，但足以看出酒店自身並未投入專業師資、標準化課程，活動質量敷衍潦草。 而本次行程最致命、最難以接受的問題，是餐飲安全隱患。三天兩晚全程我和孩子均在酒店內就餐，未在外食用任何食物。入住第二晚我突發嚴重腹瀉，起初誤以為是空調受涼便沒有及時反饋；後續腹瀉症狀持續加重，返程高速途中我多次緊急下高速尋找衞生間。回到深圳第二天，我症狀加重，直接前往醫院急診就診，結合就餐記錄與同步出現的腸胃不適，基本可以判定是酒店餐食引發腸胃問題。 距離用餐已過去兩日，我無法留存食物相關直接證據，但全程僅酒店就餐、同步腹瀉、就醫急診這些親身經歷均真實可證。 空有優美環境與嶄新硬件，卻在温控、配套指引、活動服務、餐飲安全多處出現嚴重疏漏，本次入住體驗極差，非常失望，不推薦家庭親子入住。

I am told (by locals) that its the best Hotel in this town. The room is clean and in good size, i slept very well. Fair cost /value relation. Breakfast may not be for a Westener’s taste but there is a coffeeshop and bakery minutes away to solve that. (I could not find a hotel directory in the room, or pencil and paper, and i think the shower / water mixer could deserve an update)

總體值得推薦，還是想多説幾句: 1.核心優勢因該是自己的釣場，確實方便。魚口也還行，而且確實水也沒有魚腥味，且五斤內的魚餐廳給免費清理做菜。 優化建議:湖景房的陽台護欄最好可以改造，目前的固定式的壓根沒法在陽台釣魚，被護欄擋住了不好換魚餌，就算上魚也不好拉魚。感覺做一段可打開的護欄比較可行，要是直接在陽台外再延伸做個釣台就完美了。 2. 民宿的位置其實挺偏的，但是裏面吃住玩都能解決倒還不錯的。也有帳篷房，老婆説挺不錯，我選選看，小朋友們在外面遊樂設施玩的比較開心。 3. 房間硬件其實也還行，當然不能跟大酒店比標準化。 但是還是建議把淋浴換成99元一個的小米的，現在的淋浴堵的太厲害了，洗個澡硬是沒吧身體洗熱。 4. 其他都還可以，服務啥的有求必應。
