這次入住體驗真的超出預期！酒店位置便利，周邊出行、吃飯都很方便，房間乾淨整潔，採光和通風都很好，床品柔軟舒適，睡起來特別安心。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住和退房效率很高，有問題諮詢也都耐心解答。客房衞生做得很細緻，用品齊全，洗漱用品質量也不錯。整體環境安靜雅緻，裝修簡約大氣，公共區域乾淨整潔，讓人感覺很舒服。性價比超高，無論是出差還是旅行都很合適，下次來還會選擇這家，真心推薦給大家！

Room was very spacious, bright & clean :) We got the room upgrade :D The receptionist also very friendly :) Thank you for the room upgrade. We really love it ! Would like to stay again in Friendship Hotel if we come again to Changchun :)

We are very happy with our stay. All the staff were very helpful especially our receptionist 小果，she arranged us free transport to airport and late checkout, also offered free use for the mini bar in fridge although we didn't use it but we are very appreciated her her offer. I would also like to mention the duty manager and her team was very helpful too , her and her colleagues helped us to take our laugages to the hotel mini bus, the journey to the airport was fast and smooth and the driver was very polite. There's so much good things I want to mention about including their cleaning team, including the cleaning supervisor and their team member孫娟，they were very attentive, they seen my glasses was on the table and she left me some cleaning wipes for my glasses. Their breakfast was so delicious and so many options too , including my favourite dim sum, the server 刘奎志was very friendly he can communicate with us in English too. The hotel itself is very large and have a fantastic gym and spa , there's also music restaurant and Japanese restaurant too. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we visit Changchun again and definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to everyone!

Rested before my flight, stayed in this hotel before, feels like a 4 star hotel, near Vitality mall, very clean, amenities super cool -warming toilet seat, body lotion, extra clean room, even humidifier and heavy curtains to sleep. Curtains moving by pressing the button and the breakfast is nice

My family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

Pros: - Great location with access to many small convenience stores and restaurants around - Hotel is housed within one of the highest building in Changchun - Breakfast selection was great and service of staff there was superb - Room assigned was on 33rd floor with great view of the city - Room size was big despite having a small window space - Futuristic and minimalist hotel with robot to send food to your door (deliveries) - About 10 mins walk to “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” and Tram 54 Cons: - Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area - Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep - To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets Overall (Summary) - Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. Cheers

Hampton is always great. Toilet has bidet washer which is fantastic and rare in China. Location is near subway and next to a wonderful park. Fantastic breakfast. An awesome experience.

Hotel is right opposite Changchun train station, however there is a huge round about which have to walk a long way to get to hotel. There are 2 entrances- 贵宾楼＆迎宾楼, so need to be aware hotel front will tell you if get to wrong entrances. The hotel staffs especially the concierge number 013 is very attentive and patient. I very impressed with her firm and rejected 3 guests who believe not hotel guests trying to smoke in for free supper section which meant for hotel guests only. Overall stay was present.

The hotel is well-maintained and the staff services are excellent. My husband has health issues and requires hospital treatment; the staff assisted in calling a taxi. I would also like to thank the duty manager who worked on 26th May. We need to check out and return to our country as soon as possible so we have two nights. She initially only charged for one night which I greatly appreciate. Shangri-La made me feel very welcome.🥰🥰🥰

First time to changchun for holiday then to changbaishan. Chosen this hotel as non smoking and bigger room for a family trip. The most surprise to me is the self service laundry washing and drying including steam ironing in a common room. Easy to use and nice room set up-clean and tidy. My kids has get used to have daily shower, this really helped me a lot easpecially in a winter. Secondly, the reception serive is excellent, polite and approachable. Thirdly,to compliment on the room cleaniness: simpliest set up but has all the necessarity ready, xiao du service,and tleritories..didnnot find any dirty corner in the room. Excellent
