從入住到退房全程無憂，前台辦理速度很快，服務好，，客房安靜衞生，視野很好，位置很好，去柳葉湖大小河街都很近，環境雅緻，邊上晚上環境很好，跑步很方便，走廊香氛很舒服，房間佈局合理，洗漱用品品質在線，服務貼心，是一次超棒的入住體驗！真心推薦給大家！

I had a great experience in this hotel, hotel was really nice and clean, amenities and room cleaned daily, it is really premium hotel experience. I went to a hotel restaurant, we were a group of around 8 people food was really nice and service was good I recommend this hotel, will come back :)

第一次住全季4.0，感覺還蠻不錯的。 大堂裝修典雅，停車非常方便，有地面也有地下停車場。 原木色裝修，有一定高級感。 電視機的投屏功能還算流暢，洗澡水温暖，床鋪舒適。 小缺點是層高略低，然後衹有一台電梯，因為他這個樓體是跟別的商業體共用的。 前台服務很好，我本來想續住的，然後還幫忙跟銷售經理爭取了不錯的價格。

The hotel was adequate. It is close to the railway station and feels like a railway hotel. The room was quiet but needs some updating.

Kemudahan: Hiasannya agak ketinggalan zaman, dan perabotnya juga agak lama, tetapi kebersihan secara keseluruhannya baik, jadi saya agak berpuas hati. Pemandangan dari tingkap juga bagus. Perkhidmatan: Kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat ramah dan secara proaktif bertanya tentang pilihan saya dan mengatur bilik semasa daftar masuk. Perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Semasa waktu puncak, apabila robot penghantar makanan kewalahan, seorang kakitangan akan membantu menyediakan makanan.

I arrived late at night during the holidays, and the staff were incredibly warm and helpful. They provided excellent service and assisted us with our luggage right away. The hotel’s location is also fantastic and very convenient. Unfortunately, because we arrived so late, the only room available had a very strong smell of mold, and the air felt quite stale and not fresh. It was a disappointment given how great the service was. I highly recommend other travelers check in as early as possible to secure a better room.

Hotel ini adalah satu kejutan. Dewan itu penuh dengan mahoni, dan semua perabot dan bekalan diperbuat daripada kayu mahoni Wangian kayu yang kuat sangat baik. Seluruh hotel adalah antik, berbau elegan, berkualiti tinggi, dan bekalan dan perkakas semuanya sangat baik. Di sebelah menyerong adalah stesen kereta api berkelajuan tinggi. The hotel is not bad as a budget option for solo student travelers, but with one very significant caveat. Pros of why it suits students and solo travelers: · Price. The main selling point. One of the lowest prices in the city. · Location. Very convenient for spending the night after walks/partying. Close to the center/inexpensive cafes. · Atmosphere. Lots of other young people traveling alone or in small groups. Easy to meet people and find company. · Basic amenities. Wi-Fi and outlets by the beds are available. BUT! A critical downside: · No towels. This is very inconvenient. The front desk only issues one small disposable towel (like a paper one, but made of non-woven fabric). It's only good for drying off once, and then it becomes unusable. You have to ask for a new one every day, which is not always convenient, especially if you leave early in the morning. Also, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Conclusion and recommendation: If you are a student traveling alone, your goal is a cheap bed in a good location, not comfort, and you are willing to put up with this inconvenience — then you can consider this hotel. Rating: 6/10

家庭親子酒店 遊樂園設施，前台送了票説商店阿姨在的時候可以讓阿姨開門。然後去問商店阿姨，阿姨説每天十點到晚上八點可以玩，當時是晚上六點，讓我們第二天十點去。到這裏沒問題也可以理解。緊接着叫住我，問我是送的票還是買的票，説送的票要初八才能玩，買的票可以給開門。問題是前台也沒讓我買票啊。酒店充電樁佔位嚴重。當晚打電話問前台，是快充還是慢充，如果衹有快充會產生佔位費嗎，酒店前台的回答是不知道，沒充過。然後我早上五點為了便宜去充電，結果就是一堆車沖完了佔位。還有車拉着線到拉桿外面充。為了親子酒店和充電訂的這家，結果就這樣。

I highly recommend this hotel. We even get to play the hot springs as well. I love how it includes the grow spring ticket as well as the buffet breakfast. My baby girl enjoyed the hot spring as well. This is also my first time to try a hot spring! This hotel will leave a lasting impression. We will always gladly comeback here. My husband also enjoyed the hotel service and the hot spring tried the gym, I love how the hotel has a lot of functions and many activities to choose from. 😍😍😍
