Hotel Changde dengan Sarapan

I stayed at Ji Hotel while visiting family, and I was impressed by everything. The hotel was so clean, the design was modern yet with a traditional touch, the hotel staff was very friendly and always smiling and made sure all of our needs were met, and the cleaning lady was so nice and always made sure we had lots of water in the room. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of local flavors and the best coffee we had in China. The view from the hotel is amazing and we sometimes just hangout in the room to enjoy the view. We had such a good stay and will definitely be back!

Very helpful staff and very sincere in attending to our questions! A nice quiet hotel that’s near to 河街 and overall a very comfortable stay! The staff was very attentive and helped us receive our buys too! They took the extra mile and even provided us with some drinks and snacks after we checked out! 👍👍👍

The hotel was adequate. It is close to the railway station and feels like a railway hotel. The room was quiet but needs some updating.

I had a great experience in this hotel, hotel was really nice and clean, amenities and room cleaned daily, it is really premium hotel experience. I went to a hotel restaurant, we were a group of around 8 people food was really nice and service was good I recommend this hotel, will come back :)

這次入住體驗超出預期，酒店整體設施完善齊全，電梯運行平穩，公共區域整潔大氣，客房內桌椅、衞浴、軟裝都保養得很好，用品配置到位，住着很舒心。停車是最大亮點，停車場車位充足，進出通道寬敞，倒車、取車都很方便，不用繞路找位置。房間衞生做得特別到位，地面無灰塵，床鋪平整柔軟，衞生間沒有異味，洗漱台、淋浴區擦拭得乾乾淨淨，邊角也沒有污漬。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住退房效率高，性價比在線，出行自駕首選，下次來還會選這家

Kemudahan: Hiasannya agak ketinggalan zaman, dan perabotnya juga agak lama, tetapi kebersihan secara keseluruhannya baik, jadi saya agak berpuas hati. Pemandangan dari tingkap juga bagus. Perkhidmatan: Kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat ramah dan secara proaktif bertanya tentang pilihan saya dan mengatur bilik semasa daftar masuk. Perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Semasa waktu puncak, apabila robot penghantar makanan kewalahan, seorang kakitangan akan membantu menyediakan makanan.

一次非常滿意的入住體驗，酒店整體設計簡約高級，乾淨整潔，環境安靜舒適，很適合放鬆休息。房間採光通風良好，設施齊全好用，床品舒適柔軟，衞生間乾淨無異味。前台服務專業高效，態度友好耐心，讓人感覺十分貼心。酒店地理位置優越，出行方便，周邊生活便利，居住體驗感拉滿，不管是商務出行還是休閑旅遊都很適合，值得五星好評推薦。

家庭親子酒店 遊樂園設施，前台送了票説商店阿姨在的時候可以讓阿姨開門。然後去問商店阿姨，阿姨説每天十點到晚上八點可以玩，當時是晚上六點，讓我們第二天十點去。到這裏沒問題也可以理解。緊接着叫住我，問我是送的票還是買的票，説送的票要初八才能玩，買的票可以給開門。問題是前台也沒讓我買票啊。酒店充電樁佔位嚴重。當晚打電話問前台，是快充還是慢充，如果衹有快充會產生佔位費嗎，酒店前台的回答是不知道，沒充過。然後我早上五點為了便宜去充電，結果就是一堆車沖完了佔位。還有車拉着線到拉桿外面充。為了親子酒店和充電訂的這家，結果就這樣。

The hotel is not bad as a budget option for solo student travelers, but with one very significant caveat. Pros of why it suits students and solo travelers: · Price. The main selling point. One of the lowest prices in the city. · Location. Very convenient for spending the night after walks/partying. Close to the center/inexpensive cafes. · Atmosphere. Lots of other young people traveling alone or in small groups. Easy to meet people and find company. · Basic amenities. Wi-Fi and outlets by the beds are available. BUT! A critical downside: · No towels. This is very inconvenient. The front desk only issues one small disposable towel (like a paper one, but made of non-woven fabric). It's only good for drying off once, and then it becomes unusable. You have to ask for a new one every day, which is not always convenient, especially if you leave early in the morning. Also, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Conclusion and recommendation: If you are a student traveling alone, your goal is a cheap bed in a good location, not comfort, and you are willing to put up with this inconvenience — then you can consider this hotel. Rating: 6/10

Check-in lady is really bad. She is so confused with using my credit card for authorisation. She was not welcoming at all. Very very stupid person. I asked her many times that i am first time here, and what can i do here? She just said to take a look at the map. I was not happy at all. She has no heart to make my stay in Taoyuan happy. However, the next day, lucky for me, two interns were very nice to show me around the whole estate. They were very patient with me, and my feelings changed about Taoyuan. I loved it. Then today, when I check-out, to my surprise, the same lady at the checkout again. That stupid person screwed up my check out and did bot return my authorisation credit to my credit card. She called me to say that the authorisation failed when i first checked in. Oh my god. This is really impossible! What made me angry was that she took ¥0.01. This give me problem with my credit card company. This stupid person make me hate my trip to your property. Beginning and end!
