I called the front desk in the middle of the night to complain about a mahjong room, and they said it was on the 16th floor. "The reception is on the 14th floor. After exiting the elevator, I looked around and thought no one was there, but it turns out the staff were sitting at the front desk and couldn't see me at all. I was startled when I realized a guest had arrived and stood up. There was a clear shortage of staff at breakfast. One minute I was stepping on a chopstick, the next on a disposable cup, and no one was doing anything. I stood there waiting for the table to be cleared for five minutes. Then the milk ran out… It was a complete mess. The parking lot is on the 4th floor, actually marked as 3F, but there was no sign saying "Parking Lot" next to it. The room had space for a small refrigerator, but there was none. The bathroom countertop was very small, with nowhere to put cosmetics. Most importantly, the bathroom lighting was completely unsuitable for makeup; it was so dark I couldn't even apply eyeliner. I do not recommend this stay."
