Hotel Daerah Changsha dengan Sarapan

Very impressed with this hotel in Xingsha. Excellent facilities, room and bed was fantastic , reception very helpful. Has a simple bar and its own hotel drop off . Reception on the 6th floor. Even has a nice swimming pool .

The location was excellent, and the staff were always kind and helpful throughout my stay. However, there were two issues that affected my experience. First, I had requested a room close to the elevator because I was traveling with several heavy bags and a musical instrument. Unfortunately, my room was quite far from the elevator. Most of the hallway was covered with thick carpet, which made it very difficult to roll my suitcase and carry my instrument. Second, although I specifically requested a non-smoking room, the room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The odor seemed to have soaked into the room and was quite unpleasant during my stay. Overall, the hotel has a great location and friendly staff, but I hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

I booked for my colleague to stay here 4 days, he like this hotel clean and feel comfortable. Breakfast is good.

The room is well-designed with high-quality materials and features such as electronic curtains and heated toilet. But what really stands out even more is the quality of service. The staff were helpful even though I did not speak Chinese. Communication is mostly done through Wechat. Management frequently checks with guests to make sure everything is alright. Even when the robot is too busy to make delivery to your room, the staff is willing in its place. I can see why this hotel deserves its excellent rating.

Super good. The quality/price ratio was amazing. Free pickup and drop-off to the airport. Stylish and modern room, very good size for our group. I will definitely stay here again if I have another chance to visit.

我已經入住幾次了，對酒店很喜歡，環境很好然後感覺衞生也是很到位的 這個價位已經算好的了，包括他的投影儀也很不錯然後整體房間也很大 服務也很好，幫我升級了房型也包含了早餐 是預訂的kfc的早餐～ 唯一小小不足是花灑 有點松，放不穩，但是水壓挺大的～ 酒店環境乾淨整潔，服務熱情周到，房間舒適安靜，地理位置優越，入住體驗特別好，性價比超高值得推薦！

巨推薦長沙的這家酒店，雖然離市區有點距離，但旁邊走幾分鐘就是地鐵站，還有接送機服務，店裡的小哥哥小姐姐服務都特別👍🏻，如果對住宿環境和條件要求比較高的可以沖，我們出行都是地鐵，如果回來遲就打的順風車，價格也不貴，主打一個該花花該省省

Nice location as we were there for business purposes. It is connected to the convention hall. The hotel is 10 minute drive to a Shopping mall with lots of food.

Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!
