The soft services were excellent; the front desk staff was particularly gentle and kind during check-in, guiding me to the elevator and even helping me switch drinks. These small details are commendable. Plus, with summer here, the front desk even prepared popsicles, which were perfect for cooling down. The fridge magnets next to them were also very nicely designed and unique."
