"This was my first stay at Wyndham Garden, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The latex pillows provided made for a great night's sleep. **Amenities**: The room was equipped with smart home appliances. A single 'XiaoDu' (smart assistant) controlled the electronics, alarm clock, and sound system, which was incredibly convenient. The toilet was also a smart toilet. **Cleanliness**: The room was very clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to find bath balls and bath salts provided for the bathtub. **Environment**: There's some construction nearby, so earplugs were thoughtfully provided. However, perhaps because it was the weekend, I didn't experience any noise. The room's soundproofing was excellent. **Service**: I want to give special thanks to the front desk lady. I left in such a hurry that I didn't get her name, but she was incredibly polite during both check-in and check-out and went out of her way to meet my needs. The cleaning lady on the 19th floor was also very polite and always greeted me. My trip was a bit rushed this time, so I didn't get to try the afternoon tea, but the mini-bar had a great selection. I'll definitely come back to stay again if I get the chance!"

"This is an apartment-style hotel, and I booked a family suite. The second floor of the duplex was incredibly low, making it feel very cramped. In terms of cleanliness, it seemed passable at first glance, but it didn't stand up to close scrutiny. For example, there was a lot of dust accumulated on both sides of the bedside table on the second floor, clearly indicating inadequate cleaning. The room was supposed to have a refrigerator, but upon opening it, I found it was moldy, which was unpleasant. The most surprising thing was the service attitude – I haven't encountered anything this bad in a long time. When I checked in, I turned on the air conditioning, but after more than ten minutes it wasn't cooling much, so I called the front desk. The air conditioning technician came quickly, but he spoke loudly and impatiently as soon as he entered. We explained the problem with the air conditioning, and he just said dismissively, "It'll be fine if you run it for a while," repeatedly emphasizing, "You can check out or change rooms." His attitude was truly speechless; is this the service a hotel should provide? The air conditioning worked for more than half an hour. I won't be coming back."

"Facilities: Overall, no major issues, pretty standard, everything you'd expect was there. However, problems like loose power outlets in the room, no delivery robots so you have to pick up takeout downstairs, and light leakage from the blackout curtains were quite prominent. Cleanliness: The mouthwash cups, Collins glasses, and the inside of the kettle had significant fluff residue. The kettle and table also had uncleaned liquid stains. The full-length mirror had large stains. Environment: There aren't many supermarkets or restaurants nearby. It's very close to the train station and they offer shuttle service. The pool is clean but only opens at 12 PM, so if you're an early morning swimmer, you should check the times beforehand. Overall, it's suitable for a brief stopover if you're catching a high-speed train. The linens and amenities are definitely commendable, and the room layout is quite spacious. The service was also good."

"I have always chosen the Dongcheng brand, and the new Yishang store is very good. The most touching thing is the smile of Yishang welcoming you and the beautiful lady when you walk into the hotel! The fireplace in the hotel lobby is very interesting and realistic! The room is fully intelligent and Xiaodu is very easy to use. You can open and close the curtains, music and TV with a call! I checked in at night. After entering the room, around 9 o'clock, the lady at the front desk brought me snacks and white fungus soup, which was very considerate♥️! The overall experience of the room is very good, the bedding is clean and comfortable and does not feel damp. What’s more, I had a good night’s sleep with the eye mask and earplugs prepared by the lady at the front desk. Before leaving the store, I had a bowl of beef noodle soup that the lady recommended. The store manager introduced the broth made from big bones, which is fresh every day. The pre-ordered beef stamp has authentic Changsha taste, and it tastes really good👍! I will continue to support the Yishang brand and will stay again if I have the opportunity to come to Changsha. I hope I will have the same satisfactory experience as always"
