Hotel Dongying dengan Sarapan

We stayed to DEVOTED HOTEL for 3 nights. My experience was very great. Their rooms looks very attractive. It was very neat and clean. Thier staff are very very polite and helful. Their service were at top notch. We really liked it to stayed here. 🤩

臨時改換了酒店訂了同潤大酒店，本來帶小朋友出行比較喜歡品牌連鎖酒店，開始還有點擔心衞生、服務等問題。到達酒店第一刻就開始感受到優質的服務，女生前台還幫忙搬行李運行李到房間，房間寬敞乾淨，細節也都注意很好，歡迎水果、吧枱水飲、一次性衞生用品都應有盡有。本來想去網上推薦的飯店，因為需要等位就不太想去，結果看到酒店就有自助餐，價格便宜品種繁多，甚至烤串、炸串都有，完美解決晚飯和夜宵，超值！早餐稍有點結束過早，不過可以送到房間還是很貼心，一人份的早餐兩個小朋友都吃不完。停車也方便，如果酒店有充電樁會更好！總體而言從吃到住都非常滿意。

What a luxurious hotel! It feels like walking into a palace. This grand hotel is massive, but the rooms a tasteful and comfortable. Exceptionally clean. The staff were the best part. Very friendly and welcoming. They helped me quite a bit and checking in was very easy. For such an affordable price, this was a great hotel. I'd definitely stay here again in the future

Decided to extend my stay here and I’m glad I did. The high standards from my first few days haven't slipped at all. The staff continued to be incredibly helpful, making the extension process seamless and stress-free. The room remained well-maintained and quiet, and having the Wanda Mall and so many great food options nearby made a longer stay very convenient. It’s rare to find a place that stays this consistent day after day—definitely a reliable choice if you're looking for quality and comfort in the area.

Hotel receptionist was all generally good and friendly to hotel guests. Especially to both Hotel Receptionist Liu Yan (刘妍) & Shi Zhou (石卓) shown below as they are both awesome ! Would highly recommend this hotel stay to those heading to Shandong, Dongying ! Cheers ! :)

I am writing to express my disappointment with two aspects of your service. Firstly, I have found that there are no UBS points available for charging. This significantly limits my ability to use the service effectively. Secondly, there is no service available to call for transport, which adds to the inconvenience. I hope these issues can be addressed promptly to improve the overall user experience.

房間不錯，設施交完備，門前停車比較方便，離孫武祠不太遠，前台小姐姐服務很好，早餐比較簡單，雖然個別服務人員以反問説話懟人，但總體還不錯吧，縣城裡不要求太高了！

We stayed at this Blue Horizon about 4 times before Covid, and we always liked it. During our recent stay, there were still a lot of things we liked. The rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room rates are good. The breakfast is excellent. The beds are on the hard side, but that is common in China. You can tell the hotel is getting a little old as it was built in 1994. However, it has been kept in very good condition, and many of the rooms seem like they have been remodeled. The big negative for us was the air conditioning. It was hot in Dongying while we were there. Even when the air conditioning is running normally, it does not work very well. The only control in the room is a fan speed control, and even at high speed, the room does not cool very well. The problem is that they turn off the air conditioning system for hours during the day and night. When the air conditioning was off, the room would get very hot. It was so uncomfortable, that we were forced to check out and move to a different hotel. Apparently the Blue Horizon is having financial problems, and I am guessing that they turn off the air conditioning system to save money. We also heard that the employees are not being paid regularly. That is unfortunate because the employees at this hotel are wonderful.
