Absolutely 5 stars staying experience. The staffs are super friendly, they started welcoming the moment we stepped out from the taxi, helping us to carry our luggages. The front desk staff, Yen Zi, was very helpful and friendly. This hotel provide ”butler” service via wechat and private car to transfer guests from hotel to the ”Red Bridge” and return. The interior design is very Zen feel. Our room is facing the river bank and the back of the hotel is connected to the ancient city. Definitely will stay here again if we ever come back to this ancient city in future.

We booked the triple room and family room. The kid tent and mats were a bit dirty to have kids crawling in and out. Room was big, everything is smart but heating is really bad our room was at 5 degrees and even thru out the night it only heated up to 18. In the morning it started blowing AC no matter what temperature u set it at there was not heat Breakfast was not appealing… not very good however hotel is close to a lot of food option
