Pertama kali menginap di kedai ini, saya rasa persekitarannya sangat selesa, cahayanya sangat baik, dan pakcik yang datang ke stesen untuk menjemput kami juga sangat baik (sarapan yang dia buat juga sedap), dan saya sangat kagum dengan balkoni luar. Matahari terbenam sangat menakjubkan! Pemandangan sangat luas! Akhirnya, pemandangan malam bandar purba Phoenix patut dilihat!

Nice room (upgraded)with balcony overlooking the river.
Owner is nice to pick us up and sent us off at the bus terminal to FengHuang Train Station. Food choices along the river bank and near the main road outside the hotel.
Note: It's a approx 15mins slow walk to Hong Qiao Bridge link to the town.

1、老闆人熱情實在，介紹的遊玩詳盡；
2、房間新，衞生乾淨，上下兩層有特色，洗漱乾濕區分的很好；
3、陽台看風景超舒服，有院子，有山林，樓下古城風貌一覽無餘；
4、性價比很高，晚上安靜，白天四周的鳥兒青蛙叫聲很舒服，好久沒有這樣感受過大自然了。
等不忙的時候，還要再來。

Ini bukan kali pertama saya menginap, cadangan dari seorang kawan memang bagus. Persekitaran, kemudahan dan perkhidmatan semuanya baik. Di pinggir Sungai Tuojiang, berjalan-jalan dan berehat, mencerminkan pemandangan yang berubah dan tidak berubah pada pukul empat. Saya tidak mahu berubah jika saya sudah biasa

實話實說房間非常棒，進入房間是肉眼可見的乾淨整潔，裝修風格也很不錯，住起來很舒服很溫馨就跟在家一樣，也能感受到民宿管家姐姐的用心，一步一個小感動。這次入住感覺是住得最舒服的一-次，外出也很方便，進出都便捷，強烈推薦這家店鋪，超級愛。管家姐姐也是特別貼心，給我們發了攻略，在空閑時間也帶我們-起出去了，真的愛了！

我們是週五晚到達了鳳凰古城，一下車就感受到了民宿的熱情。因為天下小雨，我們人生地不熟，接站小哥第一時間聯繫我們，到站口接我們，還未入住就讓我覺得體驗感很好。入住後發現，民宿環境也很好。乾淨整潔的環境，古色古香的裝潢，還有可以觀景的寬敞陽台，都讓人眼前一亮。這次因為行程匆忙，衹在鳳凰古城呆了一晚，但是感受到的善意與專業是滿滿的！今後還會和家人朋友再來，還住“三生三世”！

This hotel is nestled by the riverside and boasts a cozy Chinese-style lobby. The staff were helpful in guiding us through our travels.
However, the morning tranquility was disrupted by a noisy travel boat at 6:30 am, which was quite frustrating for those seeking a lazy holiday.
Additionally, contacting them in advance for airport transfers is necessary, as Trip.com messages went unanswered.
Getting an online taxi proved challenging. Furthermore, the bathroom drainage was poor, and we encountered mosquitoes and insects in the room.

The owners were overall extremely kind, and they even upgraded our room for free. They also even walked us to the bus station when we left. The room was very clean and it was a great deal at its price. It was a perfect stay, and I would recommend anyone to stay here as well.

AAlejandro Ch.This boutique hotel is run by really nice and helpful people. We arrived around 9:00pm to the high speed railway station and there were no taxis or Didi available. We took the direct bus from the station to Qifeng Square which was a 7min walk from Hongqiao bridge and they went to pick us up to Qifeng square to help with our luggage (by foot of course, it’s basically a pedestrian area) ☺️. They were also kind enough to drop us off again to Qifeng square and helped with the bus tickets. Awesome customer service.
The location of the hotel was in the middle of everything, the balcony was a highlight. Maybe cleanliness could be improved, and some things like the bathroom carpet should be replaced. But that’s it.
Oh, there’s also this thing: while Fenghuang town is beautiful at night, it’s basically a party town when the sun sets. There’s a bar opposite to the hotel as other comments point out, but that’s not the only bar in the area. Wherever you walk along the river you will find a bar blasting music. Such a beautiful town ruined at night by bad local government regulations. If you like to sleep before 11:30pm (when music stops), maybe stay somewhere far away from the river. If sleeping late is okay for you, then this hotel works perfectly for the night.

CcooltravellerThe hotel is located at the bank of Tuo Jiang river, about 100 m from Hongqiao bridge. In the case confusing about the direction, just call the hotel after alight from the car/taxi on the Hongqiao bridge and they would be happily to pick you up. We didn't have any problem to find the hotel ourselves since we are quite familiar using Baidu Map and the hotel location quite precise on Baidu Map.
Just like any other hotels with Diaojiaolou (Hanging Building) style in Fenghuang Ancient City, the hotel lobby is very small since the use of space is very important for them. However, the room that we stayed was quite spacious and clean with the balcony facing Tuo Jiang river. The owner was very generous to upgrade our room to Double King Bed (2 beds of size 180x200cm. The beds are comfy. The room comes with Chinese Style Tea Making Set on the balcony so we can relax enjoying the view of the river while sipping cups of tea. The waterflow at the shower was strong and the hot water worked well.
The owner was very friendly and attentive. She gave us the late checkout since our train leaving Fenghuang was late in the afternoon. Very recommended to stay here.

CCrystalismPickup - it should be included but they did not. I had to ask and subsequently lady boss said will reimburse.
Location - pretty convenient as it is the edge of touristy area and less noisy. It’s located at a car park where you can easily get to the hotel.
Check in - was smooth.
Room - ok, near but the bed is super hard. The toilet is a fake Japanese style toilet that doesn’t work. View from the room is not bad. Can see the bridges.
Check out - we were asked to go out of the car park to get a taxi for RMB26 or if turn into the parking it’s RMB40. How can 1 turn 50m into the parking costs this much extra? It’s ridiculous and sounded like some collaboration between hotel and driver. If they can drop at the doorstep in the parking I don’t get why the extra charge when leaving the place. So silly.
This hotel is much more expensive than other properties and decently located but given a choice I may not want to stay here due to all the grey area points I listed above.
If you’re charging much more than others, your service must be much better than them too. Not to say bad, just not good enough.

1. Cangkuk, atau rak gantung, untuk tuala di pancuran mandian dan singki. Tidak ada cara untuk mengeringkan tuala selepas mandi.
2. Basuh kain. Untuk hotel yang bagus, kain basuh (atau kain muka) perlu disediakan. Mereka tidak mahal.
3. Air di bilik mandi akan terjejas oleh air tandas dan paip sink. Ia akan menjadi sangat panas. Agak mengejutkan memandangkan ini adalah hotel baru.
4. Servis kereta terutama ke stesen keretapi. Kami meminta kaunter penerimaan tetamu untuk memanggil kami teksi. Tanggapan mereka adalah membawa kami ke jalan utama, yang berkemungkinan 300 hingga 400 meter. Tidak sesuai dengan dua beg pakaian dan beberapa beg barangan. Look for the number 158 on the blue plaque and you’ll find the hotel.
Love the way the staff here treat their guests. Very professional and helpful. The staff are always willing to help such as taking your heavy luggage up to the third floor and down to the lobby.
We asked one of their staff to give us suggestions on the places to eat. Since he knew we can’t speak Chinese, he sent us to the one with English menu and pictures. How thoughtful!
They also take you to the high-speed train station after checking out.
The room is lovely and the balcony is totally charming. You can just sit and chill there with the bridge and river in the background, enjoying people watching.
However, the door of the bathroom needs improvement.
Overall, this hotel is the place we’ll stay again if we revisit Fenghuang.

It is located at the end river section, so you can still see the lighting up at night but not as much as the middle section.
The room was clean but the cushions on the chairs (balcony) were stained. Would suggest to not put cushions and just have Rattan chairs.
The room is located at the fourth floor so we had to carry our suitcases up. We read the reviews prior booking so we kind of expected it too and didn't come as a shock.
The staffs were very kind and help us to carry the suitcases together.
We had an early day next day and the kitchen staffs served us our breakfast prior to the official breakfast start time.

PPengguna TetamuThis hostel was everything I was looking for - run by a very warm and welcoming family who offered me dinner and breakfast for no extra charge. Although they spoke as little English as I do Chinese, they were happy to tolerate my attempts at the language and make conversation through translation apps where the language barrier was too great - the young guy even had some funny banter via WeChat. He recommended a tour of the nearby Miao village of Dehang. While the tour guide did not speak any English, this was very good value even for a non-Chinese speaker, since it included transport, lunch, a tour of the village, several scenic spots, and the Aizhai Bridge. I'd definitely taking this option if it's also offered to you! The only negatives were that the facilities of the hostel itself were fairly basic - it had everything I needed but it's not luxurious if that's what you're after - and that when I asked for a recommendation for a bar the one that I was sent to was a bit overpriced (but then I think this is the case for most places along the river in Fenghuang).
