SSirikamolWonderful hotel with very helpful and friendly staffs. Delicious breakfast, spacious and very clean room with great facilities. Perfect location only 1 Km from the train East station and the hotel provides free pick up from the train station. Highly recommended!

The location? Perfect. The service? Spot-on. The breakfast buffet? Let’s just say I had three plates and started considering moving in. They’ve got laundry rooms (so you don’t have to do that weird sink-scrubbing thing), shuttles that actually show up, and staff who somehow stay cheerful before noon.
We absolutely loved our stay - comfortable, easy, and full of carbs. Would 100% stay again… assuming they don’t ban me from the buffet station, 😆

RRoquetThis hotel is very new, very clean, and very modern. It is definitely a premium grade hotel. I will not call it ”international” grade because (1) my Australian Mastercard debit card could not be used, (2) not much English is spoken and (3) there is no bar as we know it. None of that matters because (1) staff are adept at using the language translation tools (2) we can use the foreign card to withdraw Chinese cash at most ATM's around the city, and (3) there is a modern mall directly across the road with a supermarket selling everything including a good range of beer, wine, and spirits. Breakfast includes agreeable international selections along with a tempting range of Chinese fare. A FREE late supper is served every evening from 9.30pm which we found quite adequate as our evening meal. The dining room for breakfast and supper is on the 20th floor with spectular city views. Our room on the 17th floor enjoys the same views. Easy-to-use automatic laundry facilities are also provided FREE on the 20th floor. Robots were effectively used to deliver small items to our room. Value for the price is incredible. I was hestitant to give top rating... the word might get out... the price might go up... the quality might go down. But for now, it is what it is... diabolically excellent.

PPengguna Tetamu房間非常乾淨整潔，還有個陽台，躺在床上就能看到雄偉的太行山，酒店周邊環境也非常好，就在太行山腳下，江水從酒店前面流過，酒店後面還有個人工瀑布，還有孩子喜歡的淘氣堡，非常適合親子度假，太行山比我想象的還要美，超長的玻璃棧道，還有遊船等體驗項目也很有意思，推薦坐飛船，相當於從無人機角度看太行山崖壁，很壯觀

The hotel is in an older part of the city. It's quite close to Congtai Park, if you are interested in that. If you are interested in being closer to nightlife (like Handan Dao or Meile Cheng), it might not be the best location for you. However, I suspect the areas with more nightlife could be quite noisy.
There is a very nice Muslim hotpot place right around the corner, just steps from the hotel. The people who work there are friendly and some of them speak a little English.

PPengguna Tetamu第一次來邯鄲沒住過架酒店就想嘗試一下，很棒的一次入住體驗，！環境乾淨清爽，大廳裝修大氣。房間空間寬敞，採光通風都很好，衞生無死角，被褥乾爽沒有異味。工作人員態度温和有禮貌，有需求響應及時。周邊吃喝玩樂都很便利，整體性價比高，入住感受特別舒服，值得推薦

PPengguna TetamuA nice hotel with good facilities. There was a gym + clothes washing facilities. Hotel staffs were nice & friendly + helpful especially when I asked for places of interest & locations. Room was super clean thanks to the housekeeping that must have done a fantastic job. Towels + face towels & disposable sleepers were fully provided. Shower area were big enough for a comfortable bath with toilet nicely divided without having to get floor wet after a nice shower. High-Speed Train Station (Handandong Station) was super conveniently located just across the hotel. It was linked through an underground passageway and through to the hotel car park that leads to lift on level 1 hotel lobby. It was also next to Holiday Inn. A very nice & pleasant stay overall.

TTim from GermanyOverall bad experience. In the beginning they didn’t know that the rooms were paid upfront and asked for an additional deposit. The room had a nice design but it was not well-maintained and not clean. The room door was obviously forcefully opened and only basically repaired. It did not leave the impression that it was really secure. The dining restaurant was quite dirty and not similar to the pictures that only show the breakfast room. If you wanna visit the Nüwa Palace the location is perfect but don’t expect too much from the hotel. I assume there are more convenient places for a more reasonable price.

PPengguna Tetamu位置好景觀好，房間很大，小瓶礦泉水可以一直補充，兩張1.35的床，帶兩個小孩住真的很好。但是真的跟其他評論一樣，隔音不好，晚上感覺樓上有人一直在來回跑，感覺是在地毯上，一直有那種沉悶的咚咚咚聲，由遠及近由近及遠，還有中央空調是整棟樓一起開關的，暖風已經停了，我們去的那兩天正好暖和，這個是前台提前告知的我們自己覺得可以接受，怕冷的就不建議了

TTrilha EspiritualThe room was fine, no complaints about that. However, they give us very little toilet paper, and we always have to ask for more. There's no one who speaks English at the reception desk at any time. As with many other hotels in China, the reservation ticket scrambles our long and confusing western names in ways that are undecipherable to most Chinese, and that always creates some tension at the check-in, because the name in the booking form doesn't match EXACTLY the name on the passport. This is a recurrent problem in China, and it happens everywhere, creating delays and embarrassment. The hotel location is fine, as it is just two blocks away from a large shopping mall, the ”Miller City”. It's overall a good experience, and I'd certainly stay there again.
