I had had a really frustrating day and the staff was extremely helpful. They were very patient and polite considering that there was language barrier and I slept so peacefully, the bed was extremely comfortable and I woke feeling a whole lot better. I’d definitely go back

This is a newer version of the good-old Vienna Hotel, just 4 Km away. It is newer indeed; however, the rooms are a lot smaller and less furnished, and the location is a bit isolated, which totally contrasts with the slightly more pricey rates.

I really enjoyed staying here.  The room was very comfortable and the staff was professional.   The hotel is in an older part of the city.  It's quite close to Congtai Park, if you are interested in that.  If you are interested in being closer to nightlife (like Handan Dao or Meile Cheng), it might not be the best location for you.   However, I suspect the areas with more nightlife could be quite noisy.   There is a very nice Muslim hotpot place right around the corner, just steps from the hotel.  The people who work there are friendly and some of them speak a little English.

Hotel is located in prime area not far from Congtai park and HanDanDao (Historical and Cultural District). You can take Didi to Handan High Speed Train Station less than 20 minutes. Lawson (convenience store) is only few step from the hotel. Breakfast is limited choices and locally tasted Accommodation Price is reasonable. Recommended

The room was fine, no complaints about that. However, they give us very little toilet paper, and we always have to ask for more. There's no one who speaks English at the reception desk at any time. As with many other hotels in China, the reservation ticket scrambles our long and confusing western names in ways that are undecipherable to most Chinese, and that always creates some tension at the check-in, because the name in the booking form doesn't match EXACTLY the name on the passport. This is a recurrent problem in China, and it happens everywhere, creating delays and embarrassment. The hotel location is fine, as it is just two blocks away from a large shopping mall, the ”Miller City”. It's overall a good experience, and I'd certainly stay there again.

very spatious room andsuperb location -- apart from the various attractions within walking/cycling distance, it's also right next to a mall complex with many food and shopping options. slight downsides: corridors smelt slightly of smoke and the honking in the daytime is quite disruptive (this is coming from someone who lives by a main road in a very metropolitan city). but overall this hotel is a steal given the accessibility
