Hotel Heihe dengan Sarapan

Loved the hotel. It was obvious the hotel is new due to everything being neatly arranged. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom is absolutely perfect with automatic toilet (never seen it in 3 star hotels 🫣). Staff was friendly and helped us with all our questions 🙂↕️ I must say that there are two Ji Hotels in city and our driver messed up and drove us to the wrong one at first, but staff here helped us to get to the needed hotel! So, absolutely recommend, will visit again!

Отель хороший, путешествовали семьей. Расположение немного далеко от центра, примерно 1км, комната была убрана, чистое постельное белье и полотенца, все просьбы на свежесть в номере и отсутствие запаха сигарет были выполнены на ура, номер тихий. Завтраки вкусные, но много чего есть острого и все в основном подстроено под их пищу, в целом за такую стоимость номер просто идеальный, спасибо большое персоналу за гостеприимство!

I had another wonderful stay at this hotel. This was my second time staying here, and both visits have been very pleasant. The hotel is clean, the service is excellent, and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. The location is fantastic, right in front of the river. I was even able to enjoy the fireworks from my room, which made the stay even more special. The hotel is also conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Huafu Mall and the shopping street, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was very nice, with a good selection of food. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

酒店性價比沒的説，嫩江物價也便宜，吃江魚很便宜，就是攜程寫的江景實際入住確實沒有。去入住的還是要有一點心理預期。酒店停車場辦的蘇州購物展停車不是很方便，但是門衞大哥特別好，幫我們搬運了行李。必須好評

I have been based in Shanghai for a very long time now, only leaving during the covid years. I love 'my city', (as kitsch as this may sound), but want to explore the north of China, too. My welcome in Heihe was excellent with the driver I found to take me to the hotel doubling as a warm, humorous, and helpful guide. Price wise, it was convenient and easy to reach the hotel for a very fair fare of 100RMB,(about 20 AUD).The experience was further enhanced when I arrived and the two young women who were working at the front desk helping me change rooms to one with a view of the magnificent frozen river/border. The hotel itself is immaculate and has an 'old world charm'. Breakfast is served in splendour but you may want to ascertain which days the the buffet is available. It is wonderful to return to the hotel's warmth after a long day of photography in the snow. Highly recommended.

The river view room means facing the river but you cannot see the river. It is a little misleading. Staff can speak russian but they don’t speak English. The location is great. Close to shops and they have a restaurant at the ground floor. I don’t like how the staff are smoking in the lobby/reception but maybe that’s a cultural thing I don’t understand. The rooms are good value for money.

Старенький санаторий, была проездом . Номера повидавшие многое). Старый ремонт. Уборка в 9 утра. Чисто , но не уютно. Природа и территория красивая , ухоженная. Большинство отдыхающих русские, приехали на лечение. Есть процедуру в соседнем здании. Массаж , озонотерапия, китайская медицина. Завтрак включен, но мне не очень понравился, достаточно жирная пища для санатория. Фруктов мало, если поздно прийдешь то нет совсе. Завтрак с 7 до 8:30. За отдельную плату обед или ужин 45 юаней. Огромный плюс что один раз при заезде выдали карточку на бассейн в подарок. Сходила на массаж ступней 50 юаней. Вика мастер, делает отлично. Можно пить воду из источника минеральную на первом этаже из термосов. На ресепшен не говорят совсем по русски, это не минус. Минус в том что им нет ни какого дела до людей , как я которые приезжаю на несколько дней в одного , а не группой. Я попросила вызвать такси до вокзала, но мне ответили что нет(. Ехать до санатория от жд вокзала минут 30 . И должны понимать , нет цивилизации совсем. Кафе, кофейни и тд это не про этот город. Просто отдых , природа, тишина и все!

Good hotel for staying a few nights. Service level is good, just ask for whatever you need. Room is quite warm and big. Two free water bottles in the bathroom, the rest in the room is paid. Cleaning depended on the day, no new free water was given. Supermarket across the street that opens till late and almost all attractions are in walkable distance. ”Hot Springs” cost 33 yuan extra, separated by gender, female is on the first floor. Best to go late as it's a public place, had the 3 pools for myself after 10pm.

Right opposite two attractions across the road. Likely use to be some fancy hotel but has since been under new management. Towel smells a little mouldy but location is great and service is excellent. The chef even came up to asked what I would like to have for breakfast and specially prepared me a local salted egg which is delicious. I was leaving early at 8am and the front staff starts the breakfast earlier so I can eat before I take a long bus ride.The room have aged with solid wood furniture which I have not seen in hotel for a while. But the service makes up for it. Oh yeah, bus station to Heihe or Harbin is nearby which could be useful for travelers.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel, unless there is no other option or you are in tight budget. Hotel is in good location, near to scenic spots in WuDaLianChi and restaurants. However, the hotel entrance is higher than the car park, you need to drag your luggage up more than 20 steps of staircase to get to the reception. The hotel is at extreme mode of energy saving, the corridor is in complete darkness most of the time, it make you feel like you are inside a ******* house. The bathroom is smelly urine that didn't go away. There's no bottle water, no tissue in the room, except a small toilet roll.
