Hotel Heihe dengan Sarapan

Loved the hotel. It was obvious the hotel is new due to everything being neatly arranged. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom is absolutely perfect with automatic toilet (never seen it in 3 star hotels 🫣). Staff was friendly and helped us with all our questions 🙂↕️ I must say that there are two Ji Hotels in city and our driver messed up and drove us to the wrong one at first, but staff here helped us to get to the needed hotel! So, absolutely recommend, will visit again!

Это первый отель который я забронировал через приложение Trip. И да он соответствует полностью всем описаниям. Чистые номера. Каждый день проводят уборку. Вежливый персонал. Завтрак утром. Бесплатный спортзал. Сам отель находится в центре города, что очень удобно для пеших прогулок. Готов рекомендовать данный вариант как для отдыха с друзьями так и семейного отдыха с детьми.

I had another wonderful stay at this hotel. This was my second time staying here, and both visits have been very pleasant. The hotel is clean, the service is excellent, and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. The location is fantastic, right in front of the river. I was even able to enjoy the fireworks from my room, which made the stay even more special. The hotel is also conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Huafu Mall and the shopping street, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was very nice, with a good selection of food. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Overall is a good stay. I would think they are quite sticky. When I ask for water in the morning they say I said I need pay since I am checking out. So far all the hotel I stayed do give us water even we are checking out. So far so good. It’s the biggest hotel in Nenjiang area. Breakfast mostly local flavor. Automatic curtain and have 2 cubicles and the sink outside so you each do your own stuff without needing to wait for others to finish. Overall, it’s it’s still 8/10.

I have been based in Shanghai for a very long time now, only leaving during the covid years. I love 'my city', (as kitsch as this may sound), but want to explore the north of China, too. My welcome in Heihe was excellent with the driver I found to take me to the hotel doubling as a warm, humorous, and helpful guide. Price wise, it was convenient and easy to reach the hotel for a very fair fare of 100RMB,(about 20 AUD).The experience was further enhanced when I arrived and the two young women who were working at the front desk helping me change rooms to one with a view of the magnificent frozen river/border. The hotel itself is immaculate and has an 'old world charm'. Breakfast is served in splendour but you may want to ascertain which days the the buffet is available. It is wonderful to return to the hotel's warmth after a long day of photography in the snow. Highly recommended.

Снимали семейный номер Смарт, двух комнатный. Из плюсов: расположение отеля, один квартал от набережной, два от шопинг улицы ( квартал это 5 минут пешком). Вечером на выходе из отеля начинается ночной рынок, очень удобно.  По самому отелю: очень удобные кровати, хорошее белое пастельное белье, полотенец 6 на троих, в душе шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, фен. Из минусов номера: не было шкафа и совместный туалет с душем, в туалет идешь по мокрому полу. Но это везде в отелях Китая.  По поводу уборки: горничные меняли полотенца каждый день, докладывали воду и бумагу в туалет, зубные щетки, станки для бритья, тапочки.  Отель однозначно рекомендую. Жили на 4-м этаже, куревом не пахло.

這次入住體驗遠超預期，不管是硬件設施、配套區位還是服務細節，都挑不出一點毛病，強烈推薦給出行的朋友。 一到酒店，前台工作人員就主動上前接待，全程態度温和有禮，業務十分專業。辦理入住、退房手續效率很高，有任何疑問諮詢都能耐心細緻解答，溝通順暢舒心，貼心的服務讓人剛進門就有很好的印象。 房間內部衞生做得無可挑剔，保潔十分用心。地面、桌面、衞浴角落都打掃得一塵不染，床品平整乾淨，沒有異味，洗漱區域乾爽整潔，各類用品擺放規整，細節之處盡顯用心，住起來安心又舒服。 洗衣機好用，烘衣機也非常好用。頂層的旋轉天，餐廳。景色更是無敵！ 酒店的地理位置是一大加分項，一樓緊鄰大型購物商場，逛街、買零食、採購生活用品都十分方便，不用特意繞路遠行，吃飯購物一站式解決，出行便利性直接拉滿。 酒店自助早餐更是驚喜，菜品種類十分豐盛，葷素搭配均衡，麪食、雜糧、甜品、新鮮果蔬、熱粥飲品一應俱全。食材新鮮，菜品口味在線，每一樣都味道美味，口感絕佳，每天早上都能吃得滿足又飽腹，開啟元氣滿滿的一天。 整體綜合條件十分優秀，乾淨整潔的客房、專業貼心的前台服務、出門即商場的絕佳區位，再加上豐盛可口的早餐，方方面面都讓人滿意。性價比很高，不管是旅遊還是商務出行都很合適，下次再來本地還會選擇這家，真心推薦大家入住！

The hotel's territory was nothing special, but the room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways and common areas was quite unpleasant. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the smoke issue could be a deal-breaker for some.

A tired, worn-out hitel which can do better with the upkeep of the place. Leaky bath stalls, moldy ceiling in bathroom are all negatives. Made up for by enthusiastic staff, from front desk, to housekeeping. Kudos to the front desk for being so helpful a number of times. They are excellent! We had our meals at the hotel restaurant both for breakfast and lunch. Spread for breakfast was very good, they changed the dishes a bit daily. Lunch/dinner was good as well.

Stayed two nights in June. Wudalian Chi Scenic Area struggling with the closure of the best sights. This hotel is central, quiet, clean and great value. A Chinese breakfast is included.There are no top end hotels in the area. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from the bus terminal, turn right. Downstairs there are two mini supermarkets. Turn right and then first right for a street with restaurants; unfortunately i didn't note the one we went to but it was by far the busiest. Cross the road from the hotel, turn left and right down a small road just before a small creek; all the way down the end is the new site of the tofu restaurant mentioned in LP
