Hotel Hunchun dengan Sarapan

This hotel is amazing. We had a free early check in, the staff of the hotel offered us a discount for the breakfast. The breakfast wasn't big, but it was enough to have a very satisfying meal. The staff were very attentive, hospitable and sweet with us. They offered us a room on the upper floor so that the street noises didn't bother us. The room was so nice! It was cozy, very convenient and super clean - one of the best hotel rooms we've ever stayed at.

When I first started looking for a place to stay in Hunchun, I was a bit unsure about which hotel to pick. The city isn’t that big, so there weren’t too many options to choose from. Luckily, I came across Atour, and I immediately felt at ease. I’ve stayed with this brand several times before, so I knew I could expect a comfortable experience, and I was right! The room was cozy, the staff were super friendly, and everything felt clean and well taken care of. I really enjoyed my stay at Atour Hunchun, and I’ll definitely come back here the next time I visit the city😁💯

We stayed in a Business king Room at the Chaoman Hotel for three nights.  we were able to check in and check out smoothly and done within 5 mins. Staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Decor is a bit dated but rooms are spacious and well supplied. Shower is pretty efficient. Housekeeping is great and the lady was very helpful and sweet. Consistently good service by staff across the hotel, from the front desk staff to restaurant.  Over all, a very pleasant 3-day stay.

The hotel is in a good location for walking around, very clean with comfortable beds. There is laundry and a gym. The front desk is very helpful!

Отдыхали с супругом и сыном! Номер на третьем этаже-семейный улучшенный супер люкс! Очень большой номер: гостиная и отдельная спальня, гардеробная комната-огромное зеркало (очень удобно), большой холодильник, различные напитки, комплимент от отеля-фрукты и закуски, маска для глаз и беруши (приятно)! Огромная ванная комната: умный унитаз, душ, джакузи! 🛁 Все средства: шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, увлажняющее средство для тела. Халаты, тапочки для принятия душа! Завтраки удивили и порадовали просто очень: такого разнообразия блюд не видела нигде! Всё очень вкусно!!! Сервис просто на высоте!

this is a very beautiful and magnificent hotel! i am staying here for the first time! the guys at the reception are very friendly and welcoming. they speak different languages, which is very convenient for foreign guests. the hotel is made in beautiful color combinations. soft bed, wide and spacious room, delicious and varied breakfast. beautiful hall with a photo zone. i recommend this hotel and want to come back here again!

I'm a british traveller with a Chinese wife. I'm mostly located in China and I speak the language. Hunchun is near to Russia and most of the guests were Russian. Some of the staff can speak a few words of Russian but not much. And no English! The Hotel itself is modern, clean and very technically equipped. The toilet seat is heated, and it flushes itself. The shower took a bit of working out, but once I had mastered it, it was possibly the best shower I'd had in years. The shower is partitioned from the rest of the toilet, which isn't always the case in China. There's an AI person who greets you in Chinese when you enter, but we couldn't work out what the purpose of this was. It didn't understand English and my wife couldn't get a lot of sense out of it in Chinese. But everything else worked, including the curtains which opened and closed remotely. The TV was large and of an excellent quality. The bed was firm, but not hard like some Chinese beds can be, and we slept very comfortably. The breakfast was OK, but nothing special. My wife and I are diabetic, so we avoid sweet things. Although there was plenty of meat, vegetables and eggs to keep us going for the day, there was only sweetened coffee, sweetened milk tea and I think sweetened soy milk, in the drinks machine. We managed to get plain hot water out of the machine, but there was only paper cups provided, which was a disappointment considering the price we'd paid and the excellent standard of everything else. I would suggest a coffee machine and milk available at breakfast, and maybe a hot water urn and some tea bags. And some proper cups! I think a place of such good quality deserves a bit more of a variety of food. It was OK, but not great. Disappointing. For people on a low budget (like we were) one should bear in mind that the location isn't very central and it's a bus ride and a 25 minute walk, from the high speed rail station. Taxis are not very expensive but we don't have much money so we got local buses which are not very frequent. So I consider the location to be the most disappointing aspect of this hotel. Everything else was either fine, or excellent. We would definitely consider going there again in the future. It was also the only hotel that has allowed us the late checkout which I've been promised by Trip.com. Thank you!

This is a great place to stay! It's the perfect combination of tranquility and entertainment. I was given a cozy and clean room with a beautiful view of the city and the sunrise. I requested a room that was quieter, and I couldn't even hear the music from the evening events. The breakfasts were delicious, and there was a good menu for lunch or dinner. The room had everything I needed. The reception staff was helpful, even if you didn't speak Chinese or English. Don't worry about your luggage or bags after shopping; you can take a shuttle to the hotel entrance, which is closer to your room.

Остановились в гостинице вместе с семьёй, брала семейный номер с тремя кроватями, администратор увидя двоих детей предложила двухкомнатный номер без доплат, номер очень просторный, каждый день очень тщательная уборка, все принадлежности есть, два кондиционера, напротив гостиницы баня, внизу есть магазинчик продуктовый, отдаленность от торговой улицы, минут 7 на такси. Очень дружелюбный персонал, в гостинице предлагают завтраки 20 юаней с человека, можно покушать рис, омлет с помидорами, корейские салатики, тосты с манговым джемом. Завтрак нам тоже сделали в подарок, очень приятно. Остались очень довольны размещением и отношением, обязательно вернемся
